I purchased a defective product from this location that I frequently shop at. I went to exchange the product without the receipt and was told that the receipt was needed to exchange the product. I found the receipt, I was then told that the product can not be exchanged..Never had a bad experience here b4, but instead of a solution Justin (self proclaimed District Manager) provided nothing but excuses. I’ve worked at headshop b4 I’m aware of policies against the returning/exchanging of water pipes/pipes. Being that it used orally obviously it cant be returned or exchanged, but my item was not. I just needed a working item that was obviously defective.What upsets me even more about Justin is that I went to another one of your locations and my experience was the complete opposite. Not only did they take their time to check my item, they exchanged it with a different product to prevent any further issues.Even though this location is closer. I won’t be going here anymore until your Dm knows how to treat their customersUnacceptable

Count your change when you buy stuff here guys, apparently the cashier likes stealing change smh. Just went in today for a pack of mini-swishers and paid with a 20$ bill and some how ended with 15.70$, it didnt click until I got in my car and saw that she changed the amount tended to 17.85, when i told my buddy about what happened he said the same thing happened to him when he bought some papers. she probably changes the amount tended with other clients and probably leaves with a good amount of extra cash after her shift. I mean seriously who pays for something that is 2.15$ with 17.85?

Bought a 50 dollar bottle of expired CBG gummies. Didn’t open package tried returning to another location told me I had to go back to same location. Did this today they had to call the manager wouldn’t offer an exchange of the same product non expired. I purchased less than 2 weeks ago and it’s a health product. The only thing they could offer is 25 percent off another product if I purchased more😬😬. Staff need to check products to make sure they are not expired pretty sure they pulled another bottle off the shelf that was expired while I was there. Easier to buy off Amazon in my opinion.

Best place to find that one unique thing everyone loves to use or play with and you can play a little tune on the piano outside, or enjoy a nice cold beverage while you shop. They have so much variety of many things i can and cant say on here. The employees are fun and you can tell they enjoy their jobs and will help answer any questions you might have, even the random ones. Great place.

I came in first thing this morning to exchange an item I had purchased previously 10/23/2020 (receipt attached). The first girl told me they’d accept the exchange but couldn’t give me a refund. I did NOT want a refund because the items purchased were for Christmas gift and I needed to make additional purchases. When I went back to the counter Lynette(sp?) said she couldn’t help me because my purchase was sooooo long ago and it’s their store policy. I advised Lynette that I wasn’t aware of the policy and she rudely replied it’s on the receipt (which it is not). Lynette continued to be rude by interrupting and being condescending saying things “like you said; it’s only $7”. I come to this store 2-4 a month and spend at least $40-$80 a visit. The return policy is NOT printed on the receipt, nor does the in store policy reference their 30day policy which Lynette so rudely misquoted as she was NOT show me on the attached store policy. In store policy list items they do not exchanges or returns on and my item is not listed. I was denied a contact for the manager, so please contact me to address to resolve the issue and so I may make my additional purchases, then update my review.
