Bought a contactor and auxiliary switch and specifically asked for a 24 V coil. The sells rep had no clue what I was even talking about after several minutes of explaining I thought he understood and bought the contactor he gave me. It turned out he gave me a contactor with a 200 - 240 V coil . Even though I was told I could bring it back if it did not work and it was unused. They refused to take it back They refused to take it back the next day with the excuses like Alan Bradley are very picky about returns, and I wrote mid coast on the box. Forget this place total Jerks!!

Great place. Lots of allen bradley equipment on hand. If they dont have it they can get it pretty quick. They also have a good technical resource in house for troubleshooting, planning, and all around general info.
