Stopped in this Hibbet Sports today and it seems to be a nice place. I was instantly greeted by a friendly associate, so that was a plus for me. Store has a Footlocker feel to it. You can purchase sports apparel here, along with basketball, and running shoes. I would recommend this place and would visit here again.

Staff acted like I was wasting their time & people selling fake LV bags in store. Bad service.

When this place has fcfs expect the employees to buy all the pairs of new releases then say not gonna sell to public smh what does that even mean

I have always had a great experience at this place, I drive 45 min just to shop there and pass up many other shoe stores due to how great customer service was, I sho we up one day and there is young new employees in and needless to say customer service was terrible, I just left I thought hey I would try it again, I went last night and experience just as bad, terrible for someone who always spends money . Just know. I will never return again .

Worst customer service ever. Even ordering online to pick up not there no sizes available. Just the worst experience at this store. Talk about just cursing and acting like it is cute. No one speaks and says How are you doing, I dont think I will ever go back. Better to ordee and get delivered. Was here for 2 hours to return and pick up. Sad customer service is not like it use to be.

They dont carry shoes over size 12 so if youre an adult man they aint got shoes for you.

The place to get shoes for sports and super friendly sales staff. I love this place. I drive all the way from south Austin to get exclusive shoes for my sons.

Terrible service! Passing by through SA, so we stopped by to look for some football cleats. BIG waste of our time as the cashier Denika conversated with 3 ladies while we waited and none of the 2 other employees acknowledged us. We’ve always purchased from Hibbett online and our first in person experience was also our last. Hibbett Sports should provide their sales team with proper etiquette and customer service training. Her name was printed on our sales receipt and sadly Hibbett doesn’t provide a survey option on their receipts. So decided to post here.

It’s an okay place. No much variety of shoes but they have good prices. Keep on mind that prices online might not be the same in store. Also employees seem to have nice days where they treat you well and sometimes you will get a horrible costumer service.

Bad customer service from the black girl with the bambi eyelashes, i asked her if i could get the pair of shoe thats on display and all they have to do is put another shoe out. She looks at me like i just asked a stupid question and gets smart with me so i walked off. Then she had to put all those shoes back that i asked her to get, i know she was mad. Learn better customer service!!

Dont order from their site..they me the wrong size shoe and blames me..not to mention you cant even use the site to start a return or check your order status..I will never order from this place again just based off of the customer service alone

Great customer services. I visted the hibbetts store on WW. White Road in San Antonio,Texas on January 25,2019 and was greeted by all 3 employees working that afternoon. They was very respectful,answered all questions i asked. The lady that waited on me was very nice and respectful even took the time to find me&my husbands account in Kentucky.. Thanks for your excellent services will most definitely be visiting that store very soon. I placed my order online for the yellow&black Jordans 1 mid but since the employess were so kind especially the lady that waited on me i ended up buying another pair of Jordans 1.
