WOW. I have lived in many places and have experience with everything from monitored services to equipment packages. When I scheduled Johnny to come see our property, I knew I was dealing with a professional when he called to say he could come earlier than I expected. Then, he calmly listened to what my security goals were, gave me a variety of solutions, and helped me choose. HE DID NOT OVERSELL ME, which I really appreciated. The two other companies I called for tried to sell me contracts for monitoring with leased equipment - which was outrageously expensive compared to this. When Clay came out to install, he was professional, engaging, and took me through the entire set up. (And when I explained that I was living alone for a bit, he made sure to install as soon as possible which was awesome.) Clay even invited me to video him explaining the set up, in case I forgot. These are good guys. They know their stuff and the equipment is top-notch quality with a very easy and secure app. I am very happy and will likely add some more components as I get used to this easy and highly professional system.
