Two Brothers roofing, our local company, pride themselves on quality customer service and communication, and we expect the same when we do business with others as well...Our company has been exclusively purchasing from West End for the last 2 years. We were tired of getting the run around at other warehouses and little to no customer service exists in this industry...Spect, southern shingles, etc...In my opinion, west end is different, they care about your feedback and want to make it right. When something isnt up to par, the individuals over at West End strive to make it right. In addition, when we are in a pinch, they do their best to bend over backwards. Even though we are small fish compared to the other larger contractors, the team at West End always treats us with the same level of care.If your looking for quality products, amazing product knowledge, and great customer service whether you are a homeowner or contractor...this is the place to go--you wont regret it.

If you are a contractor skip this place. Always disorganized and rude people working the desk. Would go to any other supplier over this one (even ABC)

Terrible place to order your material from if you’re dealing with Daniel Trevino. 9 out of 10 jobs delivered have not been on time - and I don’t mean 10-15 minutes late - I’m talking hours late or even having to be moved to the following day. Half of those jobs already had the roof torn off and we were and still are in the middle of storm season in San Antonio, which means the weather can go from 0% to 100% chance of rain in a matter of a few hours. What all of these issues have in common is one, singular individual who just doesn’t seem to have a single iota of care within him, Daniel Trevino. You got his number? Good luck getting ahold of him, or have him call you back, or return a text. Daniel is supposed to be the contact on material delivery, where it’s at, why it’s late, etc. Every single time my material was late, assurances of it being 10 minutes away were ever-present but, the material certainly wasn’t 10 minutes away, or 20, or even 3-4 hours away in some cases. Or like today, the material was never even loaded onto the truck - which was supposed to be delivered, “no later than 12”. The best part is, Daniel was not the one telling me or my GM this - it was other employees at Beacon that apparently Daniel WILL answer his phone for to relay, well lies basically.I think the worst part about today, is it took me 2 hours of being at the supply house coordinating with multiple employees to figure out that the particular shingles to be delivered AREN’T EVEN IN STOCK... ANYWHERE WITHIN THE STATE OF TEXAS. The material order was put in a few days ago. That was a few days of notice you had to tell us that the material was unavailable - that didn’t happen.Today was the straw that broke this camel’s back. Thanks to Daniel’s lack of care I’ve now had to downgrade and credit back the upgrade cost to this customer, explain to this customer why he can’t get the specific color of shingle he requested, and explain to him why this job has gone from an easy one day tear off and replacement, to a two day, “beat the bad weather” scenario. While this whole cluster-f is going on Daniel even made a physical appearance at the supply house and completely ignored the entire situation, walked straight past me - still trying to figure out what in the actual F is going on - and into his office. Not even so much as an apology. Daniel seriously needs to be either fired or heavily reprimanded because he has successfully killed at LEAST 20 additional jobs that I’ve had lined up. Because his incompetency is directly reflected onto me when viewed from a customer’s perspective. Thanks for that.I’d like to lastly give some praise to three individuals who actually give a damn about their clients;Cindy, you’re wonderful and absolutely none of this was or is your fault - you were able to contact the driver to find out where the material truck was, you also were the one to let me know that the particular shingle was not available anywhere you single handedly coordinated everything and gave me the actual information I needed right away.Tim, actually taking ownership of the situation and handling it to the best of your abilities - even personally delivering some of the materials to help get this job back on track - thank you for that.Stephen Kuligowski, I understand that there’s only so much you can do in your position. With that being said you definitely go above and beyond for every situation and are pulling your hair out just as much if not more than we are. I appreciate what you do for us on the daily.

As for truck drivers, this place sucks. They dont have a place to park while you wait and if you park outside on the road you will get a ticket plus you will have to wait a good 2.5 to 4 hours to get unloaded after you arrive
