We had a great experience here. My 89 year old mother in law needed a rollator, and someone recommended that we purchase one at Walgreens. I picked one up in a box for $139.99, with absolutely no assistance or advice from the store. Before I delivered the box to my mother-in-law, the office staff at her retirement community recommended Adroit Medical Equipment, along with an information card advertising basically the same rollator for only $79.95. I called the store, and Curtis was very helpful and was patient with our questions. When we arrived at the store, he greeted us by name and was genuinely helpful. We left with a brand new ASSEMBLED rollator, adjusted for her petite height. Adroit visits the local retirement centers on a regular basis, and emphasized if any adjustments were needed or if we have any questions, to let them know and they would visit her where she lives. We saved $60 and received fabulous customer service. Thank you, Curtis!
