Great store with helpful folks. We love the recliner and crib we bought. They work very well, great options so we were able to match our decor. Much more helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable than the big box stores. Definitely recommend for any new or expecting parents

Awesome family owned business, Mike and Antonette were amazing. My wife and I went window shopping for a rocking chair. We were promptly greeted and were allowed to walk around without any sales pressure. We went back a total of 3 times before deciding to buy. We priced shopped other stores and online. This was the only store we were able to test drive the items and get a knowledgeable sales person who helped us make our decision. They also helped us understand the difference between strollers and car seats.Reasons to buy here: amazing customer service, offer local delivery at reasonable price, extremely knowledgeable of all their products, only required half of total cost as deposit, Antonette is car seat installer certified
Highly recommend coming here to purchase a car seat! They helped us through the whole process and installed all 3 car seats we were looking at to see which one fit best in our car. To our surprise, the car seat we initially thought would be too big for our car, ended up being the best fit. The owner even had both my husband and I install to make sure we could go home and do It on our own correctly. The price was not that different from purchasing online and the time, convenience, and quality of service was more than worth it.
They sell things that they dont have in stock. No order updates in days after purchase until you have to approach them. It caused me a lot of troubles and missing good deals from other providers. They may charge you more than the original price by telling you the specific item you bought is not available. (But it showed In stock, order now! on there website LOL)To be fair, the online chat customer service was above average. It may only take 1-2 hrs to half day for them to reply your message. And they have no control over the inventory or website I guess.Very disappointing experience. Im sure it was my very first time and very last time to buy anything from this website. I would recommend anyone to avoid this seller.
We had the BEST experience at Kids n Cribs. We are first-time parents and literally have no idea what we are doing. Before ordering nursery furniture online we wanted to see the models in person. We saw that Kids n Cribs sells a specific brand, so we made the drive from Santa Rosa to Pleasant Hill (55 miles) to check them out in person.When we arrived, we were greeted by Antoinette and her husband Mike. We checked out the cribs but my husband wasnt impressed. Antoinette directed us towards other cribs and furniture that would hold up better over time and immediately were sold. We opted for an entire nursery furniture set based on their recommendations.We were a little bummed that the shipping would take a couple of months, but we thought it was worth it and we wanted to support a small family-owned business.When it was finally time to be delivered, Mike and an employee set-up and installed all of the furniture (at an additional cost) in under an hour. They used blankets on the stairs to make sure nothing was scratched- practically white-glove delivery!We are so happy with our purchases from Kids n Cribs. I would highly recommend buying all of your baby necessities there... support local businesses!

We have gone to Kids N Cribs for both of our childrens convertible cribs and dressers. We have purchased Ramina furniture and it is gorgeous and high quality! The staff has always been nice and friendly, as well as punctual and professional during deliveries and assembly. They went out of their way to communicate on our behalf with the manufacturer for a fix that we needed . Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture for their little ones.
We came in here one day to look for an alternative infant car seat for my then 3 month old. Antoinette was so helpful and knowledgeable of her products that we decided to purchase a new infant car seat based on her recommendation. From then on, I buy all of my LO’s gear from her. Pack n play, high chair (even one she actually didn’t carry in her store), convertible car seat and a light weight stroller! Highly highly recommend!
This review is for an online purchase. Before you purchase, be aware of the shipping policy. I was contacted after my online purchase to alert me to the 6-8 week shipping delay. During week 8 I contacted the store and was told my furniture would ship the following day. I find it concerning that my contact may have been the only thing to trigger shipping. I paid $200+ in shipping fees and there were no shipping options provided. The furniture was dumped on a pallet, two weeks later (taking almost 10 weeks from purchase) on the sidewalk in front of my house. I then had to hire movers to move the dresser 10 feet inside my house. Just one more thing for this expectant mom to have to deal with. The store contact was borderline rude and completely apathetic (simply directing me to a link with shipping info) when I contacted him about shipping options. While I prefer to stay away from big box stores, they definitely offer more economical shipping and better shipping options.
My husband and I came to Kids N Cribs for nursery furniture after the recommendation of multiple friends. Mike greeted us. He showed us various options, answered our many questions on numerous visits to the store, and ultimately helped us decide on the Silva Jackson crib, dresser, changing station and nightstand, and the Best Chairs Bilana glider. It is a beautiful set and very high quality. We know this will be our daughters furniture for a long time and happy with our purchase. Mike and his team delivered the furniture and installed it in a very timely manner. The changing stand was delayed due to COVID, and they brought us a loaner to use until ours arrived. We were very appreciative of this offer.During our first visit, I wanted to show my husband the stroller I knew I wanted. I saw so many people with the Uppa Baby Vista and thought it would be the perfect stroller system for us. After talking with Mike and Antionette, we realized the Uppa Baby Vista was not the right fit for us. Mike and Antionette introduced us to the Peg Perego Agio. We loved it was more lightweight, smaller design and could convert to a double stroller that holds two children up to 50 lbs. The car seat safety features blew us away. We also loved that Antoinette would install the car seat for us. We have been using this system for three months and so glad we went with the Peg Perego. It is a smooth-riding system, we get multiple compliments on the design, and our baby LOVES the car seat! The installation from Antionette was so informative, and she made sure the car seats were installed correctly, and we were comfortable installing on our own. When our baby was born, she was born early and a bit smaller than we anticipated. After talking with Antionette from the hospital, she suggested my husband come over and have the base reinstalled. We were so grateful to know our baby was coming home from the hospital in a car seat installed correctly for her size.Purchasing our furniture and stroller/car seat from Kids N Cribs was the best decision! They make you feel part of the Kids N Cribs family and are there to answer all your questions. They were also a massive help in managing our online registry and helped our family purchase furniture over the phone. Our family, who purchased through Kids N Cribs, has nothing but positive feedback!

They called me to cancel my order because the piece couldnt be shipped by itself. We all know thats a BS excuse to just cancel the order because they probably set up the item incorrectly in the system and it wasnt accounting for the shipping. Anything can be shipped by itself provided you pack it correctly. This is probably false advertising.Of course I went to the website after the fact and miraculously it was including the shipping.You should change the description and mention that the mirror cant be bought by itself.
Love the kids furniture options. We bought a Maxtrix day bed that can convert into a bunkbed when our second child is out of a crib. Also purchased a child’s desk. Pricing matched the Maxtrix online price, and Kids N Cribs delivered and installed for a reasonable fee. The product is high quality. We are very happy with this purchase.

We bought our crib, dresser, car seat and stroller from Kidsn Cribs and couldnt be happier! Its rare to find people working retail these days who truly care about what they do and their customers. No wonder theyve been in the family business for decades in contra costa county. This is mom and pop service, with quality products, like it should be. I had searched all the online stores for cribs. Everything that had a style I liked had such mixed reviews. A crib & dresser set would be listed as solid wood, but the reviews noted that only some parts were solid and other parts compressed board. We really wanted to see the Furnature in person. My husband found Kids N Cribs on a google search & we hit the road. It took us longer to get there than we expected as we were traveling from Napa. We arrived only 10 min before they closed. The woman at the front desk (I later learned was one of owners) greeted us kindly & answered all our many questions as we made our way through the store. She was very patient & never rushed us. We were a little anxious about making such a large purchase, but once we learned that it was a family Business we were much more comfortable. (The service is always better when your dealing with people that actually care and have a vested interest in your experience.) We feel so good knowing our purchase will support a family business. I’m so glad we found them. We would have otherwise ended up with a set from Macy’s or Costco... But getting to feel the quality of the pieces in person & having someone there to explain the difference between the options is so crucial to the whole experience. The quality of the pieces we purchased were far superior to similar priced options at other locations. I would highly recommend Kids N Cribs to all Parents. Good overall experience, staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Only issue was the slow delivery time (vendor issue, not Kids N Cribs) as it took over 2 months to deliver our furniture, when quoted time frame was 4-6 weeks.
