Delivered a non-working machine. Clearly hadnt been tested prior to delivery. Poor service hours, only offering to have someone look at it after 11am.

Update on this, I recieved a call from a very professional gentleman offering resolution to this issue. I was very impressed that someone was listening and he is going to make sure they honor their services. By Friday, I will see if my fridge works out and if it does not then they will replace it. Thank you for reaching out and restoring my faith in the business. I will keep this review updated...New Update: Trevino Appliance went over and beyond to make sure we were not without a fridge and even upgraded us with a stainless steel brand new refrigerator. They didnt hesitate to help us out.. I am beyond happy in regards to the results of this situation. I will continue services and definitely recommend them to everyone...

They are really nice ... I had a problem with my washer they told me to take it in so they can see whats wrong with it they were not able to fix it but he let me get another washer . I would recommend this place they treat you so nice and help you get what you are looking for

This company sold a broken freezer and then doubled down that they had said they were selling a “used” item, as if used and broken are the same thing. All this during a pandemic. They are absolutely trying to take advantage of the current situation.

My grandma dyer broke she tried calling and wasnt able to leave a message on their vm. I called and the man said it will be 10 to 20 dollars for the part they wont charge for labor. All morning I was receiving calls while at work,we just calling to make sure someone there. I finally get a call its going to be 35 dollars it was two parts we replace.It wouldve been 65 but Im only charging half. Thats not what I was told. I was going to pay by phone they said we charge a 10 dollar fee by phone and the man said,will you can pay in cash. My grandma pays it in cash and asked for a receipt and gentleman said we dont give receipts. I will file a complaint with the BBB. Scammers

Worst place ever !!! Got a washer and dryer from here it broke within less than a month called them to get it fixed and they just give u attitude and hang up on you never got an answer or never heard from them again. They are just there for the money
