Do not go here! I placed an order moths ago and spent over $25K. Ill save you the details but warning, these guys are underhanded and not trustworthy! Go elsewhere! I finally had to go to another place, specifically Wilson Appliance, and the customer service was light years beyond Jorge and JT at this store! Pretty sure Lowe’s would be better than these guys. Furthermore, to give you the full story, they called and said my appliances were in. Our home was not lockable yet so couldn’t take delivery. We would have been glad to pay for them and take delivery and store but we’re never asked to do so. Instead you all gave them to someone else and never told us until we called to schedule delivery. Jorge was rude on the phone and JT seemed to not give two cents. So there you have it.

I will not be back. My first experience was waiting for 45 minutes for Ruben to get off a call when I arrived at the agreed upon time. He printed the appliance sheets and wrote a quote in pen. Not very formal.... I then asked for quotes on the Matte White Cafe Appliances being considered and he refused. He said “per his local rep they are not sure they will produce them anymore” and Ruben told me he won’t waste his time and I “just need to tell my clients no”. I called Cafe directly and confirmed that these items are in production and have a may completion timeline. Ruben has a rude tone and told me he would be fine loosing them business if I can find it elsewhere because I’m wasting his time.I’m not sure as a company y’all would agree with that but I agree If I can’t even get good customer service or a quote I will go purchase my full set of appliances from cafe elsewhere and I will also purchase my sub zero fridge elsewhere. It’s sad yalls prices are very competitive but I guess you get what you pay for. Low prices equal rude salesman.

Had to go there twice to get a response for an appliance request. The first time I was there, a sales associate got all the information I was looking for, and my contact information. Waited a week...... crickets. Called them, and they stated all of our sales persons are away this week at some meeting. Really? So whats the point in keeping the doors open that week? Anyway, had to go back a second time and was assisted by a different sales person.

If i could give them a minus score i would. Honestly the sales people are great...the pricing and products also are good. However the installation is abominable! The carelessness of the the installer caused a gas leak by breaking the seal of the regulator of our cook top when he forced the oven into place. Luckily we noticed it a year later and many propane refills. No one was hurt however the negligence and lack of concern may give any one pause for using this company. They came out and fixed it and as compensation we requested the last propane fill of $471 be reimbursed. We thought that was very fair but obviously not fair enough for our lives and safety. They offered us $250 as the installer was a third party vendor. How would you feel? The company should have not even given the additional a second thought and made up the difference. They hired the contractor and if the installer is not able to pay $471 then possibly Factory Builder needs to reconsider who they have representing them. Being offered payment is an obvious admission of negligence and responsibility. Corporate has never returned my calls....not great at taking care of issues once you have given them the dollars. Glad we did not have a more severe outcome and for that i am thankful but a warning needs to go out!

As a Custom Home Builder, we have been very pleased with FBS. They work hard to meet our needs, give us the best pricing possible, and stay on top of our jobs. If there is ever an issue, they listen well and take care of any problems in a timely manner. We can definitely recommend them as a great company to do business with.

We purchased a Thermador refrigerator, and from the beginning of the transaction to the final installation, we had to inquire repeatedly, deal with inaccurate information, and pay more for installation than originally estimated. For the most simple of requests--model and SN, we were sent to the salespersons mail box and recording. The store is set up for builders primarily, and even though the designer recommended Factory Builder Stores, the service for non-builders appears not to be quite set up for the retail customer. GASP! Sears is more reliable!!

Sean was my sales rep and did a fantastic job getting my appliances delivered and installed on time. He also helped me out in a bind by getting me an oven at the last minute and having it installed the day of closing. I highly recommend him and Factory Builders. I would use them again without question.

We bought a washer and dryer from Factory Builders on September 26, 2018. The dryer worked very nicely for a week and half and then would not start. I called for service and no one can come until 2 weeks after the dryer stopped working. I called Ruben who sold me the dryer. He would never call me back so then I called the Vice President Paul and he never called me back either.I would never purchase anything again from Factoey Builders. Absolutely horrible service.

We love Factor Builder Store. David is very knowledgeable and is awesome at helping all of our clients. They work with all budgets and blessed to be able to work with such rockstars.

Everything is well laid out. Its nice to be able to see what the appliances or cabinets would look like in an actual kitchen mock-up. Great appliances.

We have purchased several times from FBS, it has been a great experience. Katie Bunch is a true professional. She made sure we had all the cabinets we needed and fillers. We pretty much knew what we wanted. She came to the house and measured, making sure our plan fit the space. Provided drawings making install a breeze. The caninets look awesome. No damage in delivery, no missing or wrong cabinets. Delivery date was as promised. I would highly recommend FBS and Katie Bunch!

Installed broken appliances and won’t come back to repair or replace. Did not install all cabinets and adjust and will not come back. Over 60k in cabinets and 25k in appliances.

Very disappointed with the level of customer service we received from our local salesman at the San Antonio location.

Trying to get warranty work was an uphill battle. Sales and install staff were dismissive, and it was like pulling teeth to get them to follow through with what was necessary to finish the job. Still never got everything fixed that needed to be fixed. They just dont care about the quality of their work.
