Went in person ordered 4 signs paid for 4 signs. Had to change the order to only 3 signs. Didnt even receive the correct size on one. Was offered one dollar and change refund for the sign I no longer needed. Was never informed of a service fee nor there is a minimum sq ft for purchase. Will not recommend nor return for any future service.

Had a emergency i had to get done today, and i mean today on some lettering i had to have on our tow truck.1 phone call is all it took and 1hr later i had a text message from Virginia stating pull up, its ready.Keep in mind they close at 5pm and they stayed open to get me taken care of. Hands down the greatest ordeal ever!Not only that, before i even had time to pay for the lettering and install, Tanner back there in the back had it done quicker than you can blink!Came outa nowhere and just gave me a thumbs up and said all done.you guys have come through for me time and time again, from having our signage ready on time, to making our tshirts and stickers, to taking care of us in these random emergencies! you guys and gals have a customer for life!That being said, if the owner/manager is reading this.....Once everything is calmed down and returned to somewhat normal, treat your staff to a steak dinner, it is very well deserved with everything going on at the moment, there isnt one time that i have seen a single mad or frustrated person at fast signs. I purchased a vinyl banner from Fast Signs. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and efficient. I was so impressed with the follow through. You can tell they all take great pride in their work. The final result more than exceeded my expectations.

Dont let anybody kid you! I ordered two custom signs with Headers and Footers for different messages. I provided all the Artwork to their specifications. It took about a week to get the order. I picked up the order at their shop. I checked to verify the completeness of my order. When I started to assemble the headers and footers, All the drill holes were drilled wrong and didnt fit. I called the company and advised them of the problem. They acted very nonchalant about the lack of attention to detail. I told them I needed the signs asap at this point. They couldnt just redrill the holes because it would be sloppy so required redoing headers and footers. Then I found out they had used two different types of angle iron for each sign. That required them making one of the signs again from scratch with the right angle iron which they did not have in stock and had to order. At no time did I detect any regret or sense of urgency on their part. I was able to get one sign cobbled together with one header and one footer. It has now been over 9 days since I redelivered the signs, footers and headers back to them. Still havent heard a word from them on status, they seem totally unconcerned at this point.As for me, once I receive my correct order, hopefully soon, I will not be doing anymore business with them and I will advise anyone who asked for my recommendation not to use this company.

Gave our business great service at first, however light kept going out so after the 3rd time of repairing it they just ignored our calls. Its been over 3 months now that we have been ignored. We should stuck with All About Signs instead of putting our trust in a huge cooperation that has many different franchise owners.
