I worked with Justin over at RADSWAG to get me some haha embroidered for my company.I’ve got a logo that borderlines on illustration with details and it’s never embroidered well. They were able to take that and make small, unnoticeable tweaks to the embroidery file and the results were phenomenal. I absolutely love how our promotional hats turned out.

Working with Justin has been a very unfortunate journey. I contacted him about 2 months ago to get a few shirts done. I met up with him to give him the product to print on. He said he would get it done. Weeks went by and I didn’t hear from him, so I reached out. He messaged me telling me that my product was lost and I needed to send him links to my product so he could buy them again online. I did just that, and then a week later Justin claimed that he found my original product again and that he would do the prints. Weeks go by, I heard nothing and there was no update on my prints (keep in mind I only wanted 3 shirts printed on, a very small order that shouldn’t take long). I finally told Justin to just send my product back because it was obvious that my print job wasn’t happening. He said he would ship the product back. Weeks go by again, and I don’t have my product back, and haven’t heard a response from him after multiple attempts to reach out. I will never, ever use Justin or his services again. I’ve lost product and money, and the whole process felt like a circus act - nothing ever getting done, and taking weeks to respond to my messages. I’m not happy and would not recommend Radswag to any of my clients or friends.

Talk about the BEST of the best! I ordered some custom keychains from Radswag, and was told I may be able to get them before Christmas, which was a pleasantly surprising expectation. Result? I got them Dec 21! EXCEEDING all expectations by a far shot! Always the best! Thank you!

Justin and the Rad Swag team are super heroes! I reached out to him to get a little revamp on our logos and he blew me away. Justin took wonderful care of me! I hosted a customer event and procrastinated ordering promotional items. On short notice, he provided amazing, high quality customer gifts (all with our company logo) in time for my event.
