I have to say this place is good! Very professional, friendly and customer service oriented!!! Jason Walden was my service agent and he was great but, scheduling girls, customer manager and shuttle drive all where great!They were supper busy that day for my oil change, I walked in and they accommodated me with shuttle and stress free service. As a Realtor I depend on my car, and have to have it maintained. Thank you!

Had been looking for a truck for a few months and while driving by one day I felt I saw the one. I met Gordon during my initial visit to see the truck, he answered all of my questions and was a super awesome guy. I ended up going back to the dealership later that evening, and Gordon made the sales process all so easy! Gordon, and the rest of staff made the entire process pleasant and enjoyable. Will definitely be back for my next vehicle!

Great staff that is willing to go that extra mile to help you. Bill in financing is awesome, he has a great life story and I enjoyed listening to it. Justin is the service department is outstanding. Him and Bill took great care of me and I recommend them for all your needs. The maintenance team there fixed my truck the right way and it runs great. All the sales staff here dont pressure you to buy a car. They let you do your looking and when your ready to talk, its like magic. They do what they can to make your day satisfying.

I purchased a used car from Cloniger Toyota. I had a 3pm appointment but I waited so long that I went to dinner and came back to complete the purchase. Fast forward to receiving a call that the tags are in. I called back the same day and left a message. The following week I began calling again about the tags. I was transferred to a full voicemail box 6 times. On the 5th call I told them that the box was full and asked if someone else could help me. She told me to hold on and transferred me to the same full voicemail. I decided to try the contact us online. I accidentally contacted Scott Clark Toyota instead of Cloniger. Clark Toyota called me immediately and I have still not received a response from Cloniger. Needless to say I would highly recommend Clark Toyota instead of Cloniger if you want any respect!

Service department is terrible...stay away!I made an appointment to bring my Toyota in to have my brakes checked and, if need be, serviced. During this call, I was informed that the entire service would be completed in several hours. Appointment was at 12 Noon. Upon my showing up exactly on time, service “tech” told me that she will get back to me within an hour about an estimate. I dropped off my car and had a friend give me a ride home while I waited. Three hours later... no call. I then called my “tech” to see what was going on. Of course, she was unavailable, so I left a message. Another hour.. no call. I called again. This time, “tech” was ‘in a meeting’. I then called the front desk, they put me on hold, then after about a 20 minute wait, the front desk receptionist told me that they were waiting for brake pads and car would not be ready until the following day. Forget it; I told them to just put everything back together, do no servicing, and I will pick up my car immediately. I refused to pay any fees as well. Complete waste of a day.The “tech” that I dealt with was lazy, arrogant, rude, and totally inept.Takeyour business elsewhere; have your car serviced at a different auto mechanic and buy your vehicles at any other dealer than this place.

Nice people however the service center overcharged me for labor and some services not rendered. Also dealt with an issue of getting my correct information fixed on several occasions. Should of went with my gut and not paid them but did so out of necessity. Will not be back for service.

Waste of time. Contacted them about a truck. Made a very fair offer. Didnt hear back and the next morning the truck went up 10k in price. Overnight. Tried negotiating with several sales people only to be met with ridiculous claims. I wouldnt say they were disrespectful but definitely not respectful. Shady sales tactics. I get that its the times were in right now but definitely some price gouging going on here. Nothing terribly shocking with any of this (dealerships....) but man wouldnt it be nice if dealerships across the country decided not to take advantage of the aftermath of a pandemic. If your looking for a dealership that wont try to take you to the cleaners on price (theyre out there) this is not the place. Spoke to 5 different people including the manager. The BS flows all the way up hill. If you dont believe me read through the 1 star reviews. Seems to be a consistency well squashed. Go read them

Called to make an appointment for a tire rotation. Call went to voicemail. Left my message and was promptly called back and scheduled my appointment for the next day.Arrived 5 minutes early and was greeted professionally and courteously. Vehicle was taken, tires rotated and all was done in an hour.This was my third time being at the dealership for scheduled maintenance. Twice with my current and once with my former Tundra.All 3 times there hasn’t been any issues. Hence my returning for maintenance. The only reason I don’t rate the dealership a 5 star rating is they don’t wash vehicles after performing maintenance. It’s a rather petty thing on my part, but most of the dealerships I have dealt with in other areas do offer the washes. But that’s just me.

Terrible experience. Drove two hours to see a vehicle (with an appointment with manager Jaime) to only find out that it was sold about an hour and a half before I arrived. No call, nothing. Was then told that Jaime was not there today by an employee when I had an appointment with him. Asked another associate and they pointed me to his office where I was told the car just sold and they didn’t have time to let me know. Ridiculous and would 100% NOT recommend anybody do business with Cloninger Toyota.

We bought our car from Cloninger through Richard. He was amazing! He was so laid back and very comfortable to talk with. My husband and I both dislike going to dealerships. We hate to be sold to. Needs must, though and we are so glad we stumbled upon this car at this dealership. It was and continues to be a great experience!We’ve had our car a week and Richard texted to ask how we are liking the car and how it is working for us. There is a slight issue with a fender and he said to bring it in and they would fix it right away.Great service, even greater people!We will be back!

My car went to the body shop out back and they didn’t even know when it was going to be done. the lady on the phone knows nothing so idk why she’s even involved with the BODY SHOP aspect of it. took my car on tuesday 10/5 and it wasn’t even being worked on until monday 10/11. insurance said it was only going to take 5 days so let’s hope i can get my car tomorrow. if you’re going to call up there for anything ask to talk to a guy about your car. the woman knows nothing.

The majority of the visits were very well handled.The visit on 7/19/21 was concerning. The lines to enter into the bay are very confusing, people do NOT really know how to negotiate the lanes.The information provided for the 2013 Venza included a Maintenance Log, which indicates . . . checklist includes space for your Toyota dealership to certify that you obtained Genuine Toyota Service for your vehicle. The dealership will mark the dealer service verification area with the stamp of the dealership, (which was done) the date, and the mileage. Also the checklist was to be checked that the specific service was completed.Unfortunately, no items were checked as being completed, no date, no date the service was performed nor the mileage was entered.The invoice provided on 7/19/21, showed the oil used was Conventional Oil. All previous invoices indicated synthetic oil. When I went to the dealership the next day to ascertain exactly what type of oil was put into the Venza, Justin Webb said they did use synthetic oil because something showed that was what should be used. Proper entry of supplies as well as complete entry into the Maintenance Log is essential to the proper maintenance of any vehicle.

I gave 1 star because I couldnt give 0. Had a service performed 6 weeks ago. First they overcharged me for my service. I got a service package and was charged individually for things. Then they came out and tried convincing me there was services that needed done that are not mentioned as being performed according to the manual that came with my car. They then informed me my rear brakes were totally worn out and unsafe so I ordered parts to replace the rear brakes only to find out my rear brakes were at about 60 percent life remaining. I also noticed they broke 3 of my hubcabs. I have emailed, called and used the online chat 7 pr 8 times to get them to at least make some offer on my hubcabs, even if they wont fix the overcharge. But here it is 6 weeks later and I have not had a single call, email or online chat returned. No idea what it is going to cost me to replace my hubcaps. I wil avoid this dealer for service in the future. They lie, they overcharge and they break things and refuse to do anything about it. My advice to anyone needing service work.....go to any other dealer.

The initial meeting was very positive but after I purchased it and found some issues that needed to be fixed the sales person became very rude and acted like he did not want to be bothered. I am still waiting on my tags as well as my weather mats that were promised. The manager did attempt correct things (which I appreciated) but I am still waiting and if the tags are not received by tomorrow I will not be able to drive my vehicle. I felt there was a lack of professionalism from the sales person nd his behavior should not be tolerated.

🤬🤬🤬 I went in to get my oil changed at 5,000 miles but was told I only needed my tires rotated and that I didn’t need my oil changed until the 10,000 mile service. I am now missing 2 of the 4 wheel caps. AND having a hard time getting them replaced!!! I don’t know if they just didn’t put them back on or were not put back on correctly. I didn’t have a problem with the wheel caps coming off in the 2 months I have had my 4 Runner. But after having my tires rotated I now am missing 2! What the heck??? I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS AT ALL!!!

Horrible customer service and very misleading sales tactics. They had a car posted on the website & I called in not once, but twice to make sure that it was still there & that the price listed was not a glitch. I was told twice by Becka that the price listed was correct & that the vehicle was there. She told me to screenshot it, which I did…I show up & am greeted by a very unfriendly salesperson. The car was there, but listed for $15,000 more than advertised for. I called twice to make sure that it wasn’t a mistake and drove 45 minutes to waste my time. To top it, they weren’t willing to negotiate whatsoever.Moral of the story is, they will use sales tactics to get you into the dealership & not deliver.

I was very pleased with Cloninger Toyota. A representative contacted me regularly for updates and I received email updates each Tuesday and Thursday. Mariah was my representative and she was always pleasant and knowledgeable about my car. She pushed to get the original parts, and reached out to the insurance company to support me. I felt that I could relax, because I knew Cloninger Toyota had my best interest at heart. They went above and beyond, to put my car in the same shape, it was in, prior to my accident. I cant stay enough good things about them. Anytime I called, I was connected to Mariah with little to no wait. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and would recommend them to anyone, in need of repairs. We had a fantastic experience at Cloninger Toyota. Gordon Rober went above and beyond helping me find the right AWD Highlander. I was looking for a specific color and model so he tracked it down and brought it in for me to look at. We love the car and he couldnt have been more accommodating. Jamie Fritts, general sales manager, also paid attention to our needs. We didnt want to spend time indoors with the pandemic and they made sure everything was clean and sanitized and made sure we were able to complete our paperwork quickly and efficiently. This is our third Highlander and we will be back to Cloninger Toyota in the future.

My service writer Mickey Price was very unfriendly and had a terrible attitude to be dealing with customers all day. Work I asked for was not completed and wanted to charge me as if it had been. Receptionists answering the phone was unprofessional and rude. A mechanic was asked to come out and explain to me the problem with why my vehicle couldnt be fixed just said that this was an old vehicle and had been used and abused and these problems are to be expected. VERY VERY unsatisfied. Will NEVER return or recommend Cloninger ford to anyone

I love the truck, price was fair, and the buying experience was painless. My salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. The problems started 3 months later when I got a collections call from the bank with which I had the previous loan for my trade-in vehicle. They were letting me know that Cloninger never sent the payoff and now I was past due and my credit was negatively impacted. Ive never had a bill go to collections in my life until now, so thanks guys.Then after a small fended bender in February my insurance company sent me to their body shop for a new bumper. It took over two weeks and communication was a joke. I had to call multiple times to get simple updates and when it was finally ready they had installed a mismatched headlight assembly. Mine were smoke and they put on a chrome and hoped I just wouldnt notice. The technician said he would order a replacement the next morning but after 8 days and a few unanswered calls I was able to catch him off guard and he actually answered the phone only to tell me he cant seem to find a replacement smoke headlight assembly and would get another chrome one free of charge so they match and that was really my only option. That was 5 days ago and Ive heard nothing since.

Highly disappointed in their service department. Made a 730 appointment for standard maintenance (tire rotation). Initial tech I spoke with was rude. Multiple staff running around, goofing off. TV in kids area of waiting room had some loud show on that frequently had bleeps for curse words. Took well over an hour just to rotate tires. I know they do not care, but I will not be back.

Although the service department of this dealership has improved some of its practices in recent years, there are still quite a few problems. First, the service center is slow, unspeakably slow. Even when making an appointment I still have to wait more than an hour to have an oil change and trie rotation. You would think a dealership of this size would be able to hire enough service technicians to get oil changes done quickly. Second, the process by which they check you out is ultimately flawed. There have been multiple times I have waited 30-45 minutes after being told my car was finished with service. I have stood around outside and waited for my car to be pulled around and it never happened. I had to return to the desk and tell them I was still waiting. I never had a problem with the folks here being unkind, but this has not translated into efficiency for me. I am sorry to say I will not be returning the Cloninger Toyota in the future.

I went to 7 different car dealership today and absolutely no one came out to talk with me EXCEPT at Cloninger Toyota and that alone means a lot to me. I didnt buy a car but I made a appointment in 2 days to go back and see about buying a car that was offered to me. I told the salesman that I would like some time to do some online research on that car before making a decision. The salesman name is Elijio (Eli) Adames and he was very polite, was not a pushy salesman. I will definitely be going back in 2 days to see if we can work out some kind of deal. Im old fashioned and I believe that a car salesman should come out and talk to potential customers and not having to go inside a find a salesman. I commend Mr. Adames for being the ONLY car salesman out of 7 different car dealership that CAME OUT TO ME TO SEE IF HE COULD HELP ME IN ANY WAY. I hope that things go well in 2 days from now.

I left my car to have the tailgate problem assessed and then inspected for a new tag. I had to call to find out if the car was finished and was told they were still working on it. So I was without a car most of the day. I felt this was a little too long for no more was done than that.

Took car in for road trip maintenance and I had a coupon. I wanted $100 because I use synthetic oil. Not sure if I got that, did not receive car check sheet. My husband was told they had to jump the car and it needed a battery. I bought that battery from Toyota in 2018 and I bought the top of the line. My car has not been having trouble cranking unless they left stuff on. My husband said it was running when he got it. He took it to autozone for them to check it, so I could take it back to where I bought it from. Theman said it was a 100% and that they were trying to rip me off. My car has not had be jumped at all and it cranks right up even in cold weather. Integrity is everything and good customer service is important to me. Cloniger has disappointed me in both areas. I want be returning to have my car services completed.

Will I be referring my friends to Cloninger, without a doubt!I have never had a pleasurable experience at any dealership but this was the first. The salesman Angel Lopez took his time with showing me 4 vehicles and before I could ask a question about different manufacturers he had the answers. He wasnt pushy with selling me one but made me feel confident about any choice I made.Now about the finance manager Thomas Dunlap, this guy straight to the point...what are you looking to put down...what type of payments, any particular rate you wanna stay near and the type of cars?I felt like I was definitely in the driver seat and all the lights were green. I had some flaws on my credit which he advised to clean up in the future but this guy felt like a family member when we spoke.Thomas made me feel like I was in a Harry Potter movie and he was a wizard where unbelievable things happen. I went here thinking I didnt stand a chance and went straight to this guy Thomas Dunlap. He was very upfront and straight to the point when it came to what I needed to do to get in a car. Their service department is the best. You get in and out quickly, they know what they are doing and I felt their prices were great compared to other dealers I have gone to.Also their sales department is also great and I am so sorry we could not finalize the deal but it was not because of them, there was something wrong with the car and it had to go in for repairs before it could be sold. I did purchase a car elsewhere but I am still going to Cloninger for my service.

I called ahead and setup an oil change for first thing in the morning on my dads truck for him. When I arrived, it took nearly ten minutes (I kept track) for a service advisor to even acknowledge I was there despite standing nearly right in front of his desk. When I did finally get his attention, the service advisor seemed to be be anything but interested in his job and or assisting me with my dads truck. The service advisor created no expectation for how long it would take to complete the oil change and pointed me torwards the customer lounge. I sat in the lounge for two hours waiting for the oil change to be completed WITHOUT any updates. I finally got tired of waiting so went to get an update and found the keys laying on the desk. When I asked the service advisor for a status and noted that it appeared as though my service had been completed, he acknowledged my inquiry by telling me it would be just a few more minutes with the same vigor he had shown during our initial encounter TWO hours prior. Overall, the experience was poor enough that I will use another Toyota dealer for service when/if necessary next time. Before dismissing this review, please understand that I worked as a fixed ops manager at a different brand dealership and understand both sides of this situation. I also understand that bad days just happen sometimes. The difference in me leaving a good review and a poor one was the lack of communication and proper expectation setting. Thankfully I found no issues with the actual service and or care of the vehicle while in their possession so theres that I guess. I was and guess shouldnt have been surprised that they did not vaccum and or wash the vehicle after service. This is a pretty common courtesy in my experience, and would have been certainly well within the price point of their retail oil change service. My dad purchased the premium Toyota care package for his truck, what I got on his behalf was anything but premium care. Im sure Yall can do better, you should try a little harder to show it.

Sold me a truck that isnt safe at highway speeds. To add insult to injury. The truck is stuck in mykey mode (similar to parental controlled) which limits the radio volume and limits the allowed speed to 80mph. The GPS will not reset. I live in North Carolina but it is still somewhere in Virginia. Im wheelchair bound so I wasnt able to look under the truck at the dealership so I took it to my personal mechanic. The amount of rust under the truck is ridiculous. My happiness with my purchase was very short lived. I wouldnt advise anyone to shop there.

I recently purchased a used 2017 Camry from here. I was treated well from the beginning. Very accommodating group of people. I walked in wanting a $250 ish payment a month, and ended up with a payment well over $350. I had a bitter sweet feeling leaving the dealership. I was called a couple days later by a man named Thomas. We didn’t meet when I was earlier at the dealership. He gave me the good news. Thomas did some independent research, and was able to get my payment lowered drastically per month. Much closer to the original area I wanted. All in all a good experience. They will try and still help you out (within reason) after the sale.

Avalon is a excellent unit as expressed by Nat Venning.Louis in sales finance did great job with handling finance and purchase of extended service contract.Transport team was very well versed in handling of all forms and delivery. 1st of all, my name isnt Gary. 2nd, your Toyota dealership has the worst customer service of any car dealership I have ever visited. I was traveling with my wife driving my 2017 tundra when we heard a loud noise from the right front brake. I got out of the truck and had my wife drive the truck slowly past me and I verified the noise was coming from the right front wheel area. I called your service manager and she said my wife should bring the truck in the next day at 1 pm, since I had to travel on to South Carolina that morning for business. The next day when my wife brought the truck to your service department at the appointed time they insisted that they had not heard anything about it and that their service manager would not have made any such promise.After promising my wife they would have the truck back to her by the end of the day and that they would call her and let her know if they found anything, they never called her nor answered any of her voicemail queries. My wife called me in South Carolina and told me the situation, so I called and was able to get right through to the service department. That gentleman told me that they could not find anything wrong with a truck, that it was available for pick up, and that because it was nearly the end of the day that he would leave the keys with the sales department which would still be open for several hours. My wife then arranged for a ride to your dealership, where she was told by the sales department that they knew nothing about this arrangement, and would have to come back when the service department was open. The next day when she arrived at the service department to pick up the truck, they could not find it. After searching for a fairly long time period they finally found at parked over in some unused corner of the lot, while my poor wife was left to believe the truck had somehow disappeared! Unbelievable!

The representative that I interacted with was really good and went out of his way to take care of my Tacoma. However I did ask specifically that my tires be rotated and air pressure checked. I knew that all four tires were below proper inflation and one was low enough to turn on the warning light. After I picked it up I made it a point to check and all 4 tires were still below recommended pressures and one was still low enough to make the low pressure light come on. So, apparently someone on the maintenance crew either can’t follow directions or just plain didn’t care to do their job.

Ive never been more impressed with a dealership, they are top notch!!! They really do care about customer service which is so refreshing these days!If you are in the market for a new vehicle, go see Nat Venning, he is a blessing for sure, not a typical salesman, not pushy which I loved but really did care about me, his customer! His demeanor is very calm, hes very polite, he knows his stuff & I feel like I made a new friend!The GM, Jamie Fritts made it very simple to work out some complicated details for me! He had a driver drive my old car to my son, (from NC to Ohio) & had his driver pick up my sons car to use as my trade in..... who does that? He also gave me a very fair amount for the trade in.......Amazing!!A shout out to Richard, the driver too, thank you for a job well done, I know that was a long day for you!!I also need to mention Thomas Dunlap, the finance manager, hes very good at his job, very knowledgeable, easy going personality & he added to my already wonderful experience with some laughs!Buying a new car can come with some anxiety but at Cloninger Toyota, they help ease that from the beginning to the end! Working in town and needing my Toyota Care 5,000 mile maintenance done. It was easier to schedule service, I got in and out in a very reasonable time, considering how busy they appeared, and the staff was extremely friendly. It took just over 30 mins for my appointment, which I guess the service manager thought was too long as he kept apologizing to me for the wait, but this wasnt a wait at all! Wish I lived closer as I would 100% bring my car back here.
