Things are priced on the high side as any small paint store is but the atmosphere is comfortable and the staff is friendly and happy to help with any questions or concerns I had. Unfortunately I was not able to purchase any paint due to the shortage at the moment.

The service staff at the store in Salina, Kansas is amazing. Every time I go there I am greeted with a smile and given total attention. They even let the phone ring if they are helping me which I appreciate. If I take the time to come in, I should get priority over someone picking up the phone. The paint selection is superior and the quality of paint is unmatched. My home recently sold for more than asking price and the buyers said it a determining factor was that I used Sherwin Williams paint. They knew that they wouldnt need to paint it for a LONG TIME!

Shop there because they are so helpful even when you are not sure what you want or how to proceed. Kent deserves a commendation for customer service and patience. They made the dreaded update of our home so easy to proceed. They dont hesitate to answer your many questions. I was even advised of upcoming sales and cost savings. SO customer friendly.

Color the paint correctly. A refund is great but the painter has already painted most of the room with the wrong color. You do not cover that cost and left us with a color we didnt want or like. To repait it would have cost $900.00. Would you recommend this to a friend?

We never buy any other paint, and believe me we’ve tried them all! I just use my SW color snap ap on my phone to either order a sample or a gal of paint, and run by and pick it up.
