Went in today between 4-5pm and the men at the front were completely unhelpful. Basically just told me I was told incorrect information from the chat agents and I was not even able to explain why I was even there. Horrible, horrible customer service!!

I hate doing bad reviews but unfortunately I was at the store on 10/15/2021 and their wasnt too bad of a wait so thats good but the rep who helped us was a complete snoot, rude, disrespectful, and really unfriendly with no personality who treats customers as if theyre lower class to her. I unfortunately didnt get her name but shes the girl that is Asian, big old eyelashes, acting stuck up, hair to past her shoulders, darker color, I hope that will narrow it down and I do hope shes spoken to about this because again over the top rude person. Ruined my Outlook about Comcast completely should have never hired her to begin with. Disappointed customer here!

Internet barely works and when I had a technician come I was told”not my problem we don’t guarantee stuff works” like that’s not what the store told me. Internet goes out regularly for large intervals. Even for stuff in the same room as the router. Then you can’t get ahold of anyone via phone, we been apart for over ten years and contemplating switching

I made an appointment, which I highly recommend, and when I checked in the process was smooth and easy. I got a new phone although they didnt have the one I wanted in stock but none the less Im extremely happy with it and Im pleased with the service. I highly recommend xfinity mobile. Well priced and great service.

Since they moved they have gone way down on decent customer service. You can not even get a WiFi signal outside in front of the store let alone in the area itself. Went on a trip to Arizona and could not get any wifi and had to buy additional data to make calls and use maps. On a fixed budget I had to give up one TV and reduce my internet speed just to come close to my previous price guarantee which they really never honored.

12 days without service during ice storm. Couldnt talk to a real person to let them know my feeder line was down until pressing the option to add to my service. Only received $86.83 adjustment for those 12 days! Doesnt sound like CenturyLink is a good option either?

Very poor quality Internet. Always rebuffering. They came out said my power strip was bad, so left a new one. Plugged Modem plugged directly into outlet same problem if not worse. Im looking for different provider.

Awful. Waited until we wasted an hour there to tell us we had to sign up for auto payments, if we want to get the deal they told us about over the phone, and they then couldnt get their machine to accept debit cards. This should have been disclosed to us before we ever left our house to drive all the way down there but at the very least, they should have told us this when we first arrived, not an hour later.

Seems like everyone is always just trying to pass the responsibility on to the next guy. We’ve had issues for a long time and when we think we are finally going to get a technician supervisor the don’t call or just don’t show up. Or recently stand out by the van don’t knock or call the other number on the account then leave two minutes later.even know I sit in my house and I have one bar.!!!!

Representatives don’t have the experience to help solve issues created by the company. Three visits resulted in no answers, they had no idea why I was being overcharged for months. Finally, after six months I received a 659.00 credit to my account. Not a refund to my debit card where they took it from! And still today no one could tell me why!

I was sold a LG K51 Phone and wouldnt you think that they would sell the phone case for the phone? I was told to go to BestBuy but they didnt sell the case either. I was told to try the Williamette Mall and Boy am I glad I did, at Custom Cellular, I met the nicest and most helpful salesman name Joe. He had a variety to chose from and I found the exact One I was looking for. Thanks Joe!!! No Hassle and No Haggling on the Price, it was worth every Penny!!! In person service call, fix lasted 40 min. Two more service telecalls and two hours later was told to take my router in to be exchanged. Router rented, terms of contract violated by comcast. Zero stars. Update- Two hours later new router is dysfunctional. Next round starts tomorrow morning with another in house call, Im sure it will be really fun. zero stars and dropping.

Comcast has always been manipulative and repeatedly take advantage of their customers. They know that they are the only option for many and they take full advantage of that by charging random/extra fees, not helping when you call Customer Service, and lying about why charges have been put on bills. For an internet provider, their website and apps are terrible for navigation and assisting their customers. I feel for anyone who is trapped with them as a provider. If you have another choice, go with them and avoid Comcast at all costs. I dream of the day that I can run far, far away from their services and use a company that actually cares about the community, their customers, and doesnt lie through their teeth to your face.

Was able to help me and I avoided a long wait because he was effective and quick on his feet. I appreciate the few seconds he took to make this a pleasurable experience. Was not very happy. Customer service couldnt help with problem they created. The guy did try to help. But help was almost as bad as trying to get Customer service on the phone.said that they would give a time to pay, turned bill into collections a month into 3 month grace period given by supervisor and dropped my credit score. The grace period was given during Oregons fire evacuation and didnt know if I had a home to return to.

Horrible local service. I was left dirty recycled bag with the hardware and little instructions. I have a picture of the filthy bag. Not sure why, when there is a pandemic going on, I was left with a bag that obviously has been used before. Horrible app setup. Instructions on app setup said find a line. I have lines all over in the house, even in the bathroom. The only reason I would give it a star is because Joseph at the tech line went out of his way to help. Then I was sent an email that they may charge me for setting up what should have been set up. AND Ive already been billed for something Im not receiving.Edit: Thetech that came out the next day was very personable and helpful. Got it up and running.

There was a lot of back and forth whilst I was here. The prior person whoever he, she, or they might be, didnt cancel their service. So I had to show proof of address to be able to receive servu. After that, I then had to wait another two weeks. Apparently this isnt that uncommon. At least I was able to receive service.

I upgraded my Xfinity and it is horrible I have no WiFi no service it does not connect I tried everything Im so frustrated and stressed out and I spent lots of money for something that doesnt even work. I’ve had several modems and hundreds of resets, yet my internet STILL cuts out at least every other day and sometimes twice a day.I’m done with Xfinity/Comcast. I have patience but this has been happening and progressively getting worse for 4 months. If you need internet for work or school do NOT rely on Xfinity!

It is so unfortunate that there arent any other Wifi companies in my area - because Xfinity is awful. Their automated system will not connect you with an actual human, when you request a phone call on their website it takes hours longer than whatever they quote you - theyre constantly trying to up-charge you to a higher service, no matter how many times you tell them no, and theyre incredibly under staffed. I just recently moved into a brand new house, so I needed someone to come out to set up the wifi for the first time, and they didnt have an appointment until a month out - in a time of COVID when everyone is working at home and needsWIFI to do so- youd think theyd have more employees actually doing it

I had to call 3 times to disconnect my service, they dont put in the notes when you request to cancel, next time you see your account charged again, you have to proove to them you called. You allways get customer service out of the country, who dont know how to understand you and what the heck you are talking about, so frustrated !!

You call and get stuck in the automated maze with no way out. The robo voice has very few options. You waste your time on terminal hold. They treat loyalty like the unloved stepchild. Better deals when you quit and come back. Try getting a person to speak to in your lifetime. Over all poor customer service!!!

So I had internet here and for the longest time my bill would randomly change and I’d have to call and deal with it. I ended up cancelling my internet b/c of where I was moving and only kept my phone lines through them. Well I was never told that if you quit your internet your bill raises $20/phone line. Bringing a cell phone bill to $195.96 that’s insane. In order to prevent that I’d have to get another internet box at least worth $40 (I have 2 lines). But again why would I pay for a small internet bandwidth for $40 just to feel like I’m getting use of my money? They shouldn’t be allowed to do that especially during covid.

I went in at the beginning of August to schedule the last day of my service, and somehow instead of having my plan set to be terminated at the end of the pay cycle in September, they scheduled it for the end of the pay cycle in August (which would have been about a week later at that point in time). Once I saw the wrong end date in my confirmation email at home, I rushed back to the store same day to get the end date corrected. The store associate who helped me the second time (named Benjamin) told me he fixed the problem and that I would have service until September. He even gave me his card and told me I should talk to the people I was moving in with to switch to Xfinity.I would honestly have left a 3-4 star review based on this experience (the associates were both nice, didnt have too long of wait given how few customers were allowed in the store at a time), except I came home tonight to find out my WiFi had been shut off and my service plan ended sometime in the last few days, even though I had already paid for the entire month!It took me almost an hour to get my plan back, mostly because their live chat assistance feature isnt easy to find when you cant access your account. I really appreciated the help of both live chat assistants I worked with to fix this early cancellation, and am giving a 2 star review only because the online assistants were extremely helpful and fixed the problem pretty much immediately once they saw I had in fact paid for the whole month already. Really grateful for the live chat assistants (who arent affiliated with a specific store location). I just wish that the mistake had actually been fixed when I returned to the store same day, instead of suddenly having to deal with it several weeks later unexpectedly.

In April I moved and didnt want my equipment to get damaged in storage, so I turned it in. I turned in the cable box and the router. I was still being charged for TV (cant use it since I turned in the box,right?). I got in my new place in May and then I want to say early-mid June is when this CHAOS began. I now have 2 open and active accounts! I have spoke with people in the store, and every single department you can think of when you call in and NOT A SINGLE PERSON seems to know how to do their job! I send my husband to get the equipment because I have to go to work and both the sales department AND the billing department told me that once we get the equipment everything on the account will be squared away and normal. Sounds good right? WRONG!!! He goes to the store and whoever helped him said oh you dont owe anything til your bill is due...GUESS WHAT!?! NOW MY CABLE AND INTERNET IS SHUT OFF BECAUSE SOMEONE DIDNT DO THEIR JOB!!! IM BEYOND MAD RIGHT NOW WITH EVERYONE IN THIS COMPANY!!So...DONT MOVE if you currently have sevice with this company.

Just had absolutely the worst interaction with two of their workers. I have already had a hard time getting internet the last few weeks because of having an address issue, Ive had to go through multiple rings to try and set up my service. I talked to someone on chat earlier today and they said in order to complete and move forward with service I would have to go in and talk with someone in the store. They made that very clear. So I drive all the way across town to take care of this so I can get internet as soon as possible. When I get there I am greeted by one of the male workers asking what I am there for. I told him the problem I was having and that I was told to come down there. He quickly responded by saying I would need an order # to get into the store. I then explained again that I didnt have that because they needed to put in a ticket in for me since I was having issues with my address. Again, he repeated the same thing saying they were only letting people in the store who were picking up equipment. I told him that I had a ticket put in and that I was told multiple times that the only way to finish setting up is to come in the store. This went on for minutes of me trying to explain and him just telling me the same thing. It was then intercepted by another worker who said we cant help you. I told them they clearly had a lot of miscommunication and he agreed and was very rude. This ended with me telling them I guess you guys dont want a new customer. And they didnt seem to care. I walked away very heated and upset. Luckily I chatted with someone on the phone a couple hours later who was VERY helpful and was confused as to why they wouldnt let me in. Seems like these workers need some customer service skills and know how to handle situations better and maybe ask more questions before turning people away. I get we are in a time of crisis, but now is not the time to be rude.

During this terrible time in our country, I have been given the option to work at home by my own great company and have to have internet set up to be able to do so. So I ordered my modem for store pickup. When I arrived, there was a man (assuming a manager) out front asking questions about services people need and directing them. I couldnt take my kids in with me due to the social distancing policy and he assured me it would be quick. I went in, and not only was I out in less than 5 minutes, it was incredible to see the measures they had taken for the health of the customers and employees. WAY TO GO!

Not sure what everyone is upset about, or why this place has bad reviews. Comcast may suck, but everyone at this store is very polite and helpful. Often times you can get better deals in this store / in person instead of over the phone. I’ve been in several times and they’re always quick and get issues resolved. The last two times I came to get a splitter and a coax cable for a new setup, and they just gave them to me at the front desk, no questions asked.

Horrible service, I have been working from home with this whole Covid Crisis and decided to boost my speed up with a higher plan and new equipment. After doing so I have never had so many issues with my signal. Then trying to call Comcast you just get an automated voice telling you to restart over and over again never actually getting you to anybody. I made a complaint about my connection and that nobody has been helping me, and due to the bad service, I have been having to go into the hospital to work rather than staying home. I work in I.T. and I know how to troubleshoot these sorts of issues, and I know its not on my end.Even after filing a formal complaint, I still havent talked to anybody. Buyers remorse going with comcast.

Worst customer service over the phone. The reps lie and deceive people. Its almost impossible to speak with someone. The chat is useless. They just tell you to call because they cant help. So you call and the automated system tells you to chat. What a ridiculous circle. If you opt to have them call you back you wont be able to press the option to accept the call as they dont accept calls on calls phones. so you start the whole process over and wait on the line for 2 hours. I would never recommend comcast to anyone.

This is the absolute worst internet provider do not use them as they will out right steal from you and change your monthly rate by adding services you dont ask for without informing you. Their phone number is an absolute nightmare which goes directly to a robot tjay refuses to let you speak with a representative. I am still dealing with these jackals even after I cancelled my service since they apparently continued to charge me for something, HOWEVER I have no way to contact them since the robot will only allow you to contact a cx service rep with your phone number or account number, which no longer possess since I cancelled service with them.

My visit to the Xfinity store was a mistake! Shain and the store manager Dexter completely screwed up my service. So far we have been on the phone with Xfinity for around 4 hours and still cant get anything to work. I hear from them what great customer service they have but they cant seem to fix my problems. So far it seems like choosing them is a punishment.

I’ve been in the store for an hour now. Waiting to pick up my router and cable services. 4 people were ahead of me when I walked in. They said 15 minutes at most. And guess how many people are still ahead of me. 4. I’ve been here for an hour. I asked them what’s taking so long and they told me they have to fill out the router to my account. But that in no way should take an hour. I would recommend not coming into the store. Do everything over the phone or have someone come out to your home to set up. Not even worth it.

Waited 5 minutes before being helped. Staff was busy watching basketball instead of helping customers. Also got an upgraded package that I was told in total including everything was $99.99 then get in the store and they want to charge me $150.00 a month instead of what was agreed upon over the phone. Im cancelling my service today I will be going home to collect devices and return them because i went into the store and sat for an hour and watch two white employees help everyone else except for myself and another Hispanic family I watched them both pace an empty room looking for something to do even check the list like they didnt know who was in need of help and then follow each other into the back room as they waited for the black kid to finish his customer so he could help us then they came out and assisted the white customers that were there after us
