I went there because an iPhone 7 I bought there was still logged into the old owners Icloud account and he worked diligently to figure out why that was but when we had no luck he helped out tremendously by giving me a brand spanking new iPhone 7 that was ready to use, thanks again Eddie. They seem to know there stuff but customer service is lacking, they removed the screen protector from my phone without replacing it. Now theres dust and bubbles under the screen protector that could dammage the glass and makes it hard to see the screen...

My pen was stuck in my phone, I did some calling around the price was up to $150 to get it out. I first went Charlies waiting for someone to wait in me for over 45 minutes so I walked out. Then I went to this guy, and no waiting and he charged me $5!!!!! Hes a good guy!!!
