The shop was amazing. I came in praying they could figure out why my car was leaking inside. They cleared the drain ducts from the sunroof. Easy peezy. So friendly and fast. I will definitely refer people to them.

I had a used 05 Jeep w/an aftermarket sunroof that flew off recently. Found out this was part of a recall. I called around and was referred to Bullet Audio. They were able to clean up the damage, replace the glass and track pieces, warranty the work for the life of the parts, and have me in and out in less than 3 hours! The final product looks and functions perfectly. It is a bit hard to find, and they have a heavy backlog with their phones ringing off the hook. I had to make an appointment, but the process was smooth and painless.

A friend got his sunroof installed at this shop three months ago. Recommended me to get mine done here. I called the shop and a girl answer the phone. I don’t remember her name. She gave me a estimate for installing the sunroof including the price and taxes. She told me that they didn’t have any in stock. Asked for my name and phone number to get called when a sunroof was available in stock. Never called me back again. Bad experience. She probably think I was a bum and didn’t have any money. I won’t waste my time calling at this shop again or go to their shop just to make my time waste. Or make me waste a day of my job. Time is money

Great service went to their shop for sunroof issues would not close and storm was coming in over the weekend they checked it out found the problem fixed and said just send your friends gave me a few cards and said free no charge took him 5 mins to fix issues I highly recommend this company

They have great services and make sure you are taken care of. Whatever work that is schedule to be done, is done very professional. Very nice people to know, in another word I rate them 10.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Just really disappointing and taken advantage of!I came in because I had my windshield replaced at capital auto glass and experienced some leaking during the heavy rains. They asked me to come to bullet to determine if it was the windshield that was leaking or the sunroof that was leaking. I explained this to the lady working there upon arrival. She said okay, took my keys from me and told me it would take about 15 minutes.About 10 minutes later she tells me that the sunroof is stuck open and since I didn’t want to repair it they could close it up with cardboard and tape!!She kept explaining to me that it’s my fault I brought her a broken sunroof and that they couldn’t do anything about it but tape it shut with cardboard. Then tells me to try and close it myself.I asked them what it would take to just close my sunroof just like it was when I brought it in and the tech that was working on my car and got it stuck open chimes in and tells me they can get it closed for an hour of labor at $120!!!I’m a broke college student without a job and just wanted to know if the windshield I had gotten replaced was leaking or not. That’s all.After arguing with the lady while she kept telling me it was my fault they finally tell me I can pay the tech directly $25 and he’d get it closed. I agreed just so I could get out of there and get back to school.IT TAKES THE TECH LESS THAN 10 MINUTES TO GET MY SUNROOF SHUT!Why couldn’t he have done that in the first place as soon as he realized he got my sunroof stuck open!?Instead they tried charging me $120!Also as a side note to the owner and the lady running the front desk who I assume are married. Your customers can hear you when you’re in the back arguing!They were yelling at each other and using vulgar language which made me feel really uncomfortable being in their business.

This is a great shop!!! I have had several things done by them and they are always the most professional, honest and just down to earth people. You cannot go wrong with this company for all your car needs. I highly recommend them.

Took my truck to get a new sunroof put in and the wonderful woman working at the desk notified me that it was a recall for the sunroof and they would take xare of it for me right away. I found these guys a couple years ago when needing work done on a my wifes Mini Cooper sunroof, and today was the third car I took in for sunroof problem (so far, Ive only been there for sunroof issues, but definitely plan to have them do some audio work soon!) . I want to say their pricing is so logical and fair (their estimate for repair was $45, and Niello BMW was $175), but the best thing is their integrity -- for all three of our cars theyve worked, their attitude and information about options to consider has been incredibly helpful. The repair they did today on my daughters X3 was originally quoted at $300 -- I agreed, had the repair done, and when I went in to pick up her car they said it took less time than expected and the bill was $120!! We need more places like this!!

I had searched everywhere from Reno NV to find someone to cut in a sunroof in my Ford f250 that was not even a factory option. I only found these guys and called to schedule with Kathyrn and could not be more impressed with the whole process. From scheduling with Kathyrn to end result was an absolute outstanding experience. These guys are an A+ class act all the way around!

Justin and Cathrine were the greatest help, and they did an amazing and professional job installing a 10in subwoofer and a nice deck. They fixed my speaker problems and were overall amazing!!! They do their best every time!

I went for an event. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Parking lot, clean, off the beaten path, and restrooms. I didnt get any work done, but a few of the folks I was talking with only had positive things to say, about craftsmanship and service.
