Company quoted me $170 to come to me and replace my car window. They did not show up at the time the said they would be there, nor did they call to let me know they were running late. I called 3x and even asked if they were still coming and if they could please let me know an eta. Horrible communication & completely lacks punctuality. I called another company whom was already on their way by the time this company even showed up! Btw they showed up over an hour and a half later!!! I don’t know why they have such great reviews… guess I’ll never understand since they damn near showed up days later

After calling around several businesses for the cost of replacing my windshield, I had become reluctant that this was going to cause a pretty significant hit into my finances. Then I remembered that I had received a recommendation from someone about this one place off Franklin boulevard and how inexpensive the service was. Now if I could just locate that paper that had the name and number of the business. Bingo! I took a deep breath and made the call and to say I was completely shocked is somewhat of an understatement. What was costing me upwards of $300 everywhere I called was only going to cost me $170 out the door and he would be able to replace the windshield the next day. So I booked my calendar for approximately 11/2 to 2 hours. This place is very easy to find as it is almost directly across the street from the very popular Mexican bakery La Esperanza! I pulled my car into the bay as instructed by the staff member and gathered a few things to take with me into the waiting room. I hadnt even had a chance to really get myself situated before I was being told my car was ready to go. 20 maybe 25 minutes was all it took. He gave me the instructions to follow for the next two days and off I went! When I got into my car I noticed that the one he installed was in fact a better one than what the car originally had. I often got glare from the sun beaming between the two sun visors. This particular windshield had the sunscreen built into the windshield! And what a nice difference it is to look out and not see any cracks. Every staff member there was extremely nice and professional. I cannot stress how much I recommend this business as your choice for windshield replacement!

I was skeptical about this place at first but reading all the good reviews, I gave it a try. My car was broken into early in the morning. I spend all morning trying to find a auto glass place. An hr after I gave up looking and calling around, I got a call from this place about getting a miss call from me earlier this morning. Got a good quote on my Infinite g37 . Told me to come In around 10 am, soon as I got here the owner already knew what I was coming here for, I didnt need to say anything. He brought me to the waiting room and got to working on my car ASAP ! All the workers there were friendly and nice and super professional!! Paid $150 for my passager side window to be fix, as well as an extra cleaning up the broken glass inside and between the door. Excellent and GREAT service!!! I will be taking my services here next time ! It was under an hr to fix my window and i got my window fix the SAME DAY as well so I didnt need to worry about my car getting broken into again ! Highly most RECOMMENDED!! I WILL be sending all my people here from now on. Thank you to the owner and staff here !!

Owner was willing to stay after hours so I could get my windshield chip fixed before it cracked. I don’t doubt it would have cracked all the way if I had to wait another day as the crack line had already started forming.

Cannot recommend enough. Called several shops and they by far had the best price.They had the window ordered end in their shop in 2 hours and installed in 20 minutes.

Got my Rear Window replace, luckily they have window fit for my car. While handling the cash over, i made a mistake on the bills and over paid, they pointed out to me and corrected it.

Carlos was THE BEST FAST FRIENDLY.. Told me 30 minutes I didn’t believe him. Walked across the street to get cash sat down what seemed like 15 minutes looking at my phone and he was done! Make sure to be specific, give the right information the make also model of your car and call ahead of time at least a 2 days to a week prior to avoid waiting. Definitely recommend going, Carlos serviced me with a great attitude.

Had a great experience with these guys. I came outside to head to work at about 8 am and noticed someone had broken my front driver’s side window. I called these guys and Carlos gave a great price, said he had my window in stock and that he could send someone out to me between 10-11 am. They came and changed the window out, vacuumed out all of the broken glass inside my car and (to my embarrassment) even threw away some trash under my seat. The guys went above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone.

Saw this auto glass shop on Franklin Blvd and dropped in to ask about price to replace front windshield on my wifes 2009 Honda Odyssey. Carlos quoted me a price I couldnt pass up. My girlfriend got one of her windows broken earlier this week. As I was browsing through Facebook I found these guys. They are honestly some of the kindest people. They asked information about the car and the window needed. My girlfriend said she was there no longer than 45 minuets. I had the honor to speak with them over the phone but my girlfriend got to experience the customer service in person and we liked it.
