Mike and his crew took care of my wifes car and did a great job. She caught a rock less than a week later and they repaired it for free as a courtesy. I will be taking all of my vehicles to him going forward and I would recommend others do the same.

The owner operator is very professional very knowledgeable very accommodating and most importantly does top shelf work. I will if needed be routing all my auto and home glass needs through horizon glass.

Got lost on my gravel driveway, turned around and left, driving as if they were on pavement, no respect for property. Wont call them when I need auto glass.

Awful. I made an appointment and they came by I walked outside and they just drove off and speed down Myrtle pretty fast .... they then called me 10 minutes later and said that the other glass guy ( some glass company fixing a neighbors car) could do it. ... it doesn’t work like that I would have to make an appointment and they left after they drove into the apartments. What kind of company does that. I have had another car of mine fixed by them and it a ok work it’s just the fact that they have such a bad work ethic that they leave their customers in the parking lot woundering why you drive off.I don’t not recommend them. I also found a cheaper company when I told them what happened they said that horizon has lost a few customers by doing things like this .... to keep ur customers try and not drive off after they walk outside and try and talk to him to fix their window. Smh 🤦‍♀️
