Last Christmas my husband bought me a starter for a gift to put in my truck. My truck has been in the shop for most of the year, so that wasnt happening. I went in and told them about the truck, they said they would put it in my honda. The Honda got smashed three days before it was supposed to be done, they put the starter in the new car I got after. All I have to say is thank you for dealing with all the car swaps i love not having to go outside in the cold to start my car :-) you guys are awesome

Went in the other day just to get a few spade terminals which were only $.50 a piece so $1.00 total and I went to give him my debit card and he told me not to worry about it and gave them to me for free, after going back out to my car I found a dollar in my car and went back in and paid for them but still it was a great gesture and something simple like that shows me what kind of business man and upstanding business he runs. Recently had new speakers and amp installed in my F-150 at Terrys. They did a fantastic job on the install, system sounds fantastic and I couldnt be happier! You want it done right, have Terrys do it!

Both my boyfriend and I have had our car starters installed at Terrys, and they work beautifully. When the battery died in my boyfriends starter fob, Terry replaced the battery at no charge, and gave him an extra for the next time he needed one. The work they do there is always quick and done right, and if there are any issues, they are more than happy to fix it right away. I would suggest Terrys Car Audio to anyone!

I was looking for a small upgrade to my system and ended up getting well more than I expected within the amount I was looking to spend. Their prices are great and their warranties on their products and labor are terrific. They were very knowledgeable and provided a clean professional installation. They also did additional labor work on my vehicle and did an excellent job. I would absolutely recommend them.

I bought a car a few months ago that had products installed by Terry and his team. I was having issue with the car starter, I stopped in to ask for help. They helped me right out, turns out the battery was dead in the remote. They changed it and showed me how to start the car with the remote and set me on my way. Great customer service! I will be back for sure!!

These are the guys to talk to for true nominal output on amps and making systems operate within rms. Bought an amp online and it crapped out in a couple weeks, went to Terrys and learned the nominal wattage output was 1/4 of the power it said, he showed me available options and I got a Memphis. It sounds like I expected the online one to run. Crystal clean bass for 6 months so far and not once has the amp clipped or overheated. Good specs, advice and cutting edge products

I purchased 2 Rockford Fosgate P1 subs, a quality used amp, and a box 5 years ago and they are still in tip top shape. Terry is never one to sell something just to sell something - he looks for what is in the customers best interest when it comes to car audio, and that goes a long way. Needless to say, I will be going to Terry for any car audio work in the future.

My dad bought me a sound system from Terrys audio for my 18th birthday all the way back in 2008. I still have the same system! Terrys Careys quality name brands and installs at a good price. Since having the system installed in 2 different vehicles I have had a a couple instances where system stopped working. Each instance I have brought it back to Terrys and he trouble shoots and fixes the problem on the spot. Free of charge! Just goes to show what kind of business man he is. I would recommend anyone goes to Terrys to have a good car audio experience.

I have had several vehicles done at terrys car audio. I told him the sound I was looking for and he helped me out. Even let me know what was on sale. Terry went above and beyond on my last install. As it was in my 2013 Chevrolet Camaro. They had to take a lot apart. Not charging me extra. Gave me an excellent price on the sub box and amp. Terry hides the wires well.the sub box matches my car the sub matches my car. Sounds amazing. And looks amazing. Want a great price?? Want a professional opinion??? Want a professional install??? Love the new stereo and the car starter

If you are considering going here for anything, Id advise you to turn away and drive to Burlington to have your work done - it is BY FAR worth the drive.Last year I had these guys put in a new touchscreen head unit that set me back $130. After the work was done, I picked up my car. The head unit itself worked fine, but there was 0 sound coming from the speakers for my ipod, CDs, DVDs and radio. Obviously, these guys did not check their work after they finished and I was extremely unhappy. I brought it back the next day to have them check it out, and they sent me home saying the head unit was defective.I ordered another, setting me back another $700 thinking the original was defective. In fact, the original was just fine, the installers actually WIRED THE UNIT INCORRECTLY, thus producing no sound. I then find out that I cant return the second head unit, basically wasting $700 from their Audio Experts advice.I had to fiddle with the wiring for a while, but I got it to work - and they couldnt. They also put me in a $830 hole from their poor work - and were unable to back it up or help in anyway.Even if you have absolutely no experience installing car audio, doing it yourself is far better than bringing it to this crock of a shop. Your best bet is to go to Burlington or Lebanon and have your work done by ACTUAL PROFESSIONALS.To this day, they still refuse to refund me any money - and that my friends, is a place you ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WANT TO SHOP OR SPEND MONEY.
