We were looking for a quick buying experience, trying to beat the price of a new Casper, and Mattress Firm delivered. In and out of the store in less than 30 minutes with our nectar mattress on the way from the warehouse. We got a full memory foam king size for under $1000! This branch has great sales available and great service.

The purchase was easy with no pressure to buy a more expensive mattress. The salesperson loaded the boxed mattress into my car gladly. My only issue was that in order to get our old mattress taken away it would have cost $100! I could understand some fee for that but not that much. So of course I declined it. I would recommend this store.

I actually went here as a last resort to shopping all day on a multi-state search for a same-day pick up with uncommon requirements. This store was open later and had exactly what I needed both on display and in box, plus at a price competitive with Amazon. The sales associate was knowledgeable and very efficient and my purchase was loaded by hand. The whole transaction took less than fifteen minutes an it left me with a very satisfied feeling. So far I’m unhappy with their customer service. I order my mattress going on almost two month now and still haven’t received my mattress. They didn’t even inform me that it was going to be delivered. I checked the status the night before it was supposed to be delivered and says not u till three more weeks. I tried to get ahold of someone, all I got was automated phone or chat person. Then three week go by and the night before my delivery i get a text saying that my delivery is rescheduled and to check my email.. still can’t get hold of someone about this and I’m about to request my refund. Horrible customer service

I did not get the name of the gentleman we dealt with but me and my wife felt verbally assaulted by his sale tactics. Dante sold me a mattress and boxspring last October for our vacation home when this place was Sleepys, it was fine for about 3 weeks then it started to sag big time in the middle.Spoke to Sleepys numerous times and was never able to get any satisfaction!! I will never buy anything from this company again, they treated me very unfairly. Our set was only slept on 40 to 50 times as it is a vacation place and I will probably end up bringing this mattress to the dump!!! Do yourself a favor and dont shop here, you will be sorry
