Yes. It was good. Well presented, eclectic mix, useful not bizarre home and household items. Simply chose, take home and use. Owner is on site and interested in what is going in. Above all not the pretentious overpriced rare opportunity tat that seems endemic in VT. Good job and the best and sweetest shop dog.

Amazing family runs this furniture and antiques and ‘curiosities’ shop and have made themselves a local mainstay! They have great taste, the place has quick turnover and the prices are beyond fair. If you are seriously looking and the owners are there, request to see their cache in the basement before it makes it upstairs!

Great place to stop if your in the Rutland area. Lots of reasonably price items. You always find something for yourself or a gift for a friend. A little advice “Buy it when you you see it”. Things don’t last. It’s a must stop if your in the area.

This place is reasonable, quaint, and has nice antiques. Wed shop there again. The employee was gracious and pleasant.

What a nice shop.

Today was the second time my wife and I have been to The Curiosity shop in Rutland. Each time we had something very specific in mind and each time we left with something that was perfect and unique. This store appears to be an antique shop but it isnt really. They sell antiques but they also sell custom pieces that the owners create or flip from recycled and antique furniture. Its amazing. We have found two pieces that we love. The pricing is amazingly reasonable and the customer service was incredible, they even let us look through stuff in storage. They also carried it to out car for us. This place is a hidden gem in Rutland and you should look here for something you need before you go to Walmart or a furniture store because its already put together, it will last longer, its less expensive, and Rutland needs small modest stores like this to stay in business!

Love The Curiosity Shop. You can not ask for better people.
