I spent several hundred dollars on an auction held by John Farley of Galeria West over a year ago. Instead of sending the items I won, Mr. Farley sent a single bracelet someone else won for $80.00. Although he did refund the money for my original purchases, he has not, as often promised, reimbursed me $36.79 for duty, and taxes on the original amount plus $8.42 shipping I paid to return the bracelet.In spite of several promises from Farley; I will send you acheck for the shipping and your customs fees. I want to make it right with you. let me know as soon as you can so that I can resolve the matter quickly. I apologize again for the inconvenience. He has failed to do the right thing and makes repeated excuses and requests for me to re-send information that he does not act on. Also- please send me the amount you are owed. I want to compare it to what I have. John ; Right after we spoke, businesses had a mandatory shut down here. I have not been able to work on your information. I am not supposed to be in my business until May 1st. I will issue you a check by the latest on May 1st. If I can get in my business before then I will as soon as I can. I was able to verify all of the things you said. JohnIn the mean while Mr Farley was able to hold another auction on Invaluable and Auctionzip with approx. 200 items with no problems apparently.Then after another reminder that this should have been dealt with a year ago, Farley wrote; So I dont know if you realize what is happening around the world. Maybe you are that ignorant. I will start adding insults like you do in your emails if you like. If you would like to report me to invaluable, please do. You are way past their refund policy. I was trying to do the right thing and get you refund even though it is way beyond the time frame. Our business was shut down by the State of New Mexico 22nd of March. I have not had access to my business since then. You need a note in your car for the police to go to work right now. I worked on the information you gave me before the closure and had gotten most everything. I did not get a total amount that I owe you. I do not have access to company checks at the moment. I will try to go as soon as I get a chance to issue you a refund. You may try to be nice to people attempting to do you a favor in the future. Please conduct yourself like someone that needs my help. I do not need the attitude. Well, Mr Farley, you have lost yourself a good customer and warned a well deserved public review of your business dealings.

We love the variety and quality of the inventory and so made an additional stop on our way home to Texas. However, the best of the experience is the couple who manage and or own the store. Im sure we will return.
