And have worked just as diligently to get me into something I want every couple of years. I was extremely satisfied with Sierra Blanca dealership in handling my service. Sid and Garrett were fantastic in keeping me in the loop while waiting for parts from Chevrolet. Once the parts finally arrived, the service department was sensational in completing the repair and since I did not have a rent car Sid even came to pick me and take me to the dealership to get my truck. I truly enjoyed an unrivaled customer experience with Sierra Blanca dealership and feel they went the extra distance to make sure I was a satisfied customer.I am very unsatisfied with Chevrolet however in that they could not even give the dealership dates to receive needed parts. This went on for over a week. My wife and I were visiting the Ruidoso area when my truck went down and needed a rent car. After contacting your customer service they told me to get a rent car and would be reimbursed. There was not a rent car available in the surrounding area and did not get any assistance from Chevrolet in helping me get a rental. It was pretty much on me to get this done. This also lead to me getting scammed for $1200. trying to get rental from somebody other than Enterprise that you preferred. I have been a Chevrolet customer for over 40 years and after this experience my loyalty will be challenged for future purchases. Thank goodness for Chevrolet that the Sierra Blanca dealership did back flips for me once they finally recieved parts. One final note I certainly am not happy with having a new 2021 silverado with 5600 miles and had to have the motor rebuilt.

I was looking for a Nissan Armada to purchase, because I trust Nissan autos and have owned a few. I saw this beauty at Sierra Blanca Motors in Ruidoso, New Mexico and had to have it. It was used,but had all the bells and whistles that I wanted. I took my Infinity to this dealer and was treated well.So happy with the service. It had a little issue with the heater and front brake rotors with I took it back to repair. No problems at all. Fixed with smiles and we are on the road. Great place to buy new or used. I highly recommend.

We were visiting Ruidoso a couple of weeks ago when our truck broke down. The nice salesman at AutoZone recommended Sierra Blanca because it needed the alternator replaced immediately. As soon as we got there the staff was very friendly especially Jennifer and told us they would be able to repair our truck immediately even though it was already 3pm in the afternoon. We were so impressed with their service and the fact that they knew we would need it repaired right away since we from out of town. It was such a relief and great experience. I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service!

Very good experience with the service department. It was my first time in to SBM for service, and I showed up for what I thought was my appointed time to get my transmission looked at, but due to a scheduling snafu on their end, they didnt have me in their books - no matter though, they took excellent care of me and my truck. Courteous, professional, and efficient evaluation and service got me in and out in under 2 1/2 hours with the problem fixed. Very different from my local Dodge dealer. Well worth the hour drive to get there. Im very pleased, and when its time, Ill start my next vehicle search with them.

Needed warranty service on my car from out of state and they were excellent in every way. Will definitely return and will recommend them to others. My dog gave them 5 stars, too!

When my husband and I went over to the dealership, we were merely looking. We wanted an idea of what my credit would allow as I do not have anything close to a perfect credit score. We called on a Tuesday to set up an appointment for Thursday. I knew the exact car I wanted to look at and they were aware of that. Thursday, we got there and they said they were waiting on a tire to be replaced but if we bought the car that day it would be ready. We bought the car with the usual run around and stressful negotiation from the pushy salesmen and of course after the papers were signed we were told the tire didnt arrive but they would deliver the car the following day.On Friday, no one called me so I around noon called them and the tire didnt arrive but they were to call me the following day. Saturday, no one called so I called and the tire had arrived but now they were waiting on a replacement part for the dash-which no one told us about before signing the papers- so they were going to call on Monday with an update. Monday, again the salesman didnt call me so I called to talk to the sales manager who assured me that he would call me Tuesday with an update. Tuesday, no one called so again, I called and of course the sales manager was then on vacation. I finally talked to the owner and demanded that my car be delivered that day and for them to ship the part to us. The part we were waiting 3 days for was a replacement dash that my husband easily installed when it came in the following week--they didnt need to keep my car to wait for it.The hardest part about this experience was the lack of communication from the salesman and staff. I understand that they have to wait for parts but the decent thing to do would be to call me and not make me wait to call you to see what was happening.I love the car but there is no way I would use this dealership again. There was one salesman who was helpful toward the end of this experience but I would drive further just to go somewhere else.

Not happy with the way my mom and brother were treated. There mechanic tried to make my brother look dumb when asked were a part was located and, was given a wrong answer. And tried to charge over $350 dollars for parts and labor, for a $15.00 dollar part and half an hour of work.

Totally worth the drive from Alamogordo. The staff is always friendly and their facilities are very nice. Always well taken care of when I come here.

My husband had a brief interaction with one of the sales men there this morning and he was rude! Weve been looking at the Power Wagons and my husband noticed that the sticker price here was $15k higher than it is in Albuquerque. He mentioned this to the sales man who got immediately agitated and stomped off like child. Very immature and unprofessional. I highly recommend the manager trains the employees on how to handle customers who actually do research and shop around!
