A really big disappointment today Im trying to find pearlized white paint to paint the inside of seashells I asked one of the people working there she took out her phone she did something with it and she said its on the left I went on the left there wasnt any I went back to her and said I dont see anything on the left she says I dont know where it is then I said okay can you take out your phone again and look it back up she goes Im stalking the shelves I go okay Ill go to the front so I go to the front and I asked them is there anybody to know if you carry perlife pain they said to me theres nobody here today that would know anything about paint okay I wont go back there again I will go back to Michaels but not this one they absolutely have no interest in customer service and theyre really poorly trained

Associates and management staff are all very nice and pleasant. If you need help, the associates are pleasantly accommodating. Produce and meats are fresh and nicely displayed. The store is kept clean and neat. Will definitely be shopping there again.

I really loved the service here . I went to buy flowers and I was amazed with the variety they offered. The sale associate whose name I dont remember, she was really really friendly and caring. She told me that my choice of flowers was pretty and since it was pouring cats and dogs, she was concerned about me and the flowers getting drenched. I really loved that gesture, not alot of people will care but she did. Ill be returning here often.

So I decide to pre order from this deli since they didnt have what I wanted in my local deli. Anyway, when I arrived they didnt have my order ready, even worse they said it was out of stock even though they let me order it. In the past when this has happened I would get a courtesy call informing they ran out of the item or the item was out of stock. But no, no courtesy call at this Publix.

Its publix. A chain. They have everything I need in small size containers your 1 or 2 people. Customer service is attentive and friendly, too.

Very nice and clean store, friendly staff. A little pricier than most but its tolerable for the quality. A lot of the fresh seafood is pre-frozen so look for the never been frozen items. Overall great store!

Publix has some fresh breads! The staff are very helpful too. It’s great that they aren’t the size of Walmart.

Catering did a lovely job on the 150 sandwiches we needed for lunch on Saturday October 16th

I love Publix so much I am a publix fanboy I wish they would give me a shirt or something that said Worlds ssikkest Publix fan. I love that little Publix dinosaur even though I havent seen him around in a while. There is nothing better than pub subs, soup, iced tea, lemonade, and fried chicken. Major shouts out to Publix.

Big black cashier insulted me and my partner at the self checkout.Was trying to check out, and she kept on insulting us by telling us what a plastic bag was. Then she kept bothering my partner until she finally told her to go away. You shouldnt have to tell a publix employee to go away. They should only help you when you need help. That was our last trip to Publix

Manager Carlos was very rude. Store was nice but my encounter with the manager completely ruined shopping here for me.

We love publix !The experience and customer service is always on point. My last experience in the deli with an online service was not the best. We arrived 20 minintes after the order pick up time and sandwiches where still not ready but they responded quickly to accommodate us.Inside the store is always clean and carts are sanitized :) I wish I could say the same about the outside area and parking lot.

Beware when buying groceries here. This location always have expired items. Its been happening to me many times, yogurt, premaid guacamole, packed ham. I always notify the cashier and manager and they dont seem to care. Time to find another location. 🙄

I have been hesitant to enter Publix because of their lack rules about wearing face mask. However, in this particular store I noticed that almost all of the people were wearing masks except for one family and two employees amazingly. I have been consistently a disappointed that Publix has not been able to provide paper goods whereas I have found them plentiful in other stores. I also have noticed that Publix has raised their prices during this pandemic unreasonably. I have had a lengthy association with Publix but Im going to have to re-evaluate that relationship.

David from the Deli is really amazing and every time i go shopping there to or to get my lunch, he always has the best personality and is always happy. Making subs is not the most artistic or best creative outlet but at least he isnt Negative or moping about.

My go to store for almost everything

Where do i begin? First let me say this is loooong overdue, I am actually ashamed of myself for not doing this sooner. i wanted to write this 2 hurricanes ago and then one hurricane ago and now it has taken a pandemic to stop from my crazy schedule, and write this, btw, that is no excuse. I simply can not say enough about this group, or better yet, family of folks who work here. Without being too gushy, they have been my savior, time and time and time again! From Bill, who has literally taught me recipes to help my husband eat better, to Robin, who is always there for my special events and tips, to Shea and the rest in the bakery, thank you for making the our birthdays so special, and all the men and women behind the deli, who are ALWAYS so patient and pleasant, even when some customers arent, to the wonderfully helpful produce people, not to mention the seafood and meat dept gentlemen who are always there to help me with my special orders, including my orders for my raw tar tar, for it is only them that we trust with our raw meat orders and finally, to the those in dairy and my girls in in the beauty and over the counter drug dept who always know where it is that i need. Also, a special thanks to the pharmacy who run a timely and professional dept. and last but not least, the wonderful cashiers, like Marcia and Kale and the rest(sorry, if i forgotten all your names), who always have a smile and pleasant words for us even during such trying times. Oh, I forgot all the wonderful stock workers, who work tirelessly to fill those endless empty shelves in our most vulnerable times, from the young like Ed, to the younger, who always ask me if there is something they can help me find! This Publix does not police its customers from abandoning their shopping carts 100 yards away at the pedestrian gate to the neighboring community. Trash everywhere.

It has excellent service but i wish they were open until 11. Also sometimes the lines can be crazy long. Ive been in line for 10 mins.

Great personalized service, they will not only bring your groceries to your vehicle but also help you load them in! Deli service could be quicker, usually only 1 person on staff, but the meat and cheeses are good quality (Boars Head). Just like any other grocery store be advised of any products that have been pre-opened or the seal broken

My grandson goes to a school for children with special needs, as he is on the autism spectrum. There are some children at the school that are less fortunate than others, so at Thanksgiving I purchase roughly 12 to 15 turkeys for them so they can enjoy their holiday. As they should. This year I went to your competitor, which I should have known better, but their prices were cheaper, but they refused to let me buy the amount of turkeys I needed. When I came to you and spoke with your managers, they were nothing but gracious, kind and understanding. I wish there were more big companies would have employees with the kindness your employees showed to me today. I wish you all a happy, healthy, safe, and peaceful holiday season and always. I hate how early this Publix closes compared to other Publixs. That hour makes a big difference when you need something late at night. The store always seems clean and has a good selection of products but the hours they are open at night are inconvenient for me.

Lady at the register (Widmy) was very disrespectful. When I gave her an item I decided I did not want to buy, she said with an attittude If youre not gonna buy something then dont put it in your cart. I have never had such a terrible checkout experience at publix. Definelty wont be coming back to this store!

Shopping is definitely a pleasure at this clean and friendly Publix. Theres never any long waiting lines and the staff go out of their way to help you find what youre looking for.My only complaint is that one of the employees was out collecting shopping carts, all while on his cell phone the whole time. He was not paying attention and one of the carts got away from him and almost hit my car.

Where do we start. This Publix absolutely is horrible. For starters, it is not hard to find expired food on the shelves. Always make sure you check expiration on any and all items you buy. Generally they are out of produce bags, Publix meat is usually never cut ( Although they are trying to get better). Every manager that I have talked to at Publix, always apologizes, but nothing is ever taken care of for improvement. I have had to write emails to corporate to try and get a better shopping improvement, which has resulted in little changes.Thought by now, Publix would strive for improvements. Thought Publix had mystery shoppers. One day, maybe they might change the entire shopping experience.
