Huge, organized location with good customer service. I stopped by when they were putting up their Halloween stuff so can’t wait to stop by again and see it up.

I placed an order for delivery for a birthday (coincidentally, also mother’s day). I had placed the order on a Wednesday and realized I made a mistake, so I called and they were happy to change the requested balloon. When Sunday arrived, I called the store to check what was the status of my delivery - the person I spoke with said he was actually on the phone with the delivery company that he would call me back soon. He called me 5 minutes later and explained that he did not understand why my delivery wasn’t delivered yet, he apologized and asked if I would mind if he sent them with an uber that he would order. Management 10/10 - this guy was quick, responsive and did the whole balloon arrangements again (with the correct number)

Store was well stocked, clean, and not too crowded when I visited. Ashia was very pleasant to work with and made recommendations that made our celebration even better.

Be aware that the only workers there to work are the cashiers. They are understaffed and if you need to ask a question thats where you gotta go to ask. Everything there is pricey so get ready to throw some money...

As a owner of my own business I would never let anyone walk into my store and ignore the fact that a customer is there, she as a manager totally did and to top it off calls a young kid to come help me out as if she was too busy, gave him an attitude for not being up front, he then says he had a cart he was putting up and reply you know you have to be up here filling up balloons. We all have bad days but if we are getting payed we shouldn’t be disrespectful and ignore clients even tho I look like a young person I’m not, she is doing a horrible job as a manager. And everything I ordered was out of stock. Not ordered.

Always stocked with supplies I need when I go in. Curbside is great! I like going to this location when I am looking for things before a big rush. I am always welcomed, always offered assistance and store is clean and not overwhelmingly scattered. Staff is friendly

There are 2 girl work in the big store. One doing cashier, another girl walk all over the place with lots of customers questions her and need help,I have to walk all over the place looking for someone to help. Finally I got nothing, they run out of what I want to buy. Waste of my time there for nothing!

They need more help in the store these two girls left alone are on overload. Too many customers not enough help. If Party City cared about their employees they wouldnt overwhelming during this time with a lot of people buying stuff. Party city is still good as it was years ago. They have a huge variety of costumes and a great selection of birthday merchandise. Everything you need for a birthday or celebration this is the place you should go. Good atmosphere as well and nice associates.

Are you all hiring? The 3 times Ive been here the line is long like 20 customers deep and only 2 girls. One is blowing up the balloons and other at the register. This is so frustrating

I didnt feel like it had a variety of colors for balloons. The shelves were pretty empty not just to what I was looking for but multiple characters. And I was charged a helium fee without buying any balloons that needed helium. Luckily I seen that on my receipt and was able to get a refund. Not the greatest experience but also not my worse

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER! My mom and I went to get balloons and were told to ask a lady in the back by the blowing station. When there my mom ask the lady if she can blow up the balloons and the lady didn’t respond. Then the some other coworker said she was “ on her break”. The lady at the cash register was extremely slow. After we finally got the ballons, we realized we didn’t have any weights for them. We were then told we had to rejoin the line! 👎

Customer service not good. Looking for items and asked the employee on the floor and all she said was for me to look in the girls section (where is it?) And pointed and turns out it was the opposite way.

Great amount of items always in stock but very poor customer service. Cashiers are rude and some floor staff seemed very bothered when you ask them questions.A customer was being assisted and the worker stated where did this lady go....

Horrible service! All the staff were working on balloons and clearly there were other customers trying to check out. Extremely understaffed and no one seemed to care. We waited 20 minutes in line and NOTHING. There was 1 person in front of us and it still took so long! Finally we couldnt take it and we put our stuff down and LEFT! Do not reccomend at all!!

Get a better system and more TRAINED staff, please!!! Very unorganized and I had to ask 5 employees to help me before anything got accomplished 😡 Extremely disappointed.

Nice store, slow customer service and very slow driver order pick up. Received notice that my order pick up was ready. Then hours later received an update that some of my items were not available. That was a huge inconvenience.

There wasnt anyone around to help us out. The place has such a negative vibe (feels like your in a mausoleum); the 1 employee we saw was the cashier and she wasnt welcoming at all.

Went to the store on October 5th to drop off a balloon, bought some more balloons at the store and paid to get them blown up. To start off the lady at the cashier didn’t ask me when I wanted them for, she assumed it was for that day. When I saw them getting blown at that moment I told her they were for Saturday, the other lady at balloon kiosk didnt even know how to place a balloon order, the manager had to come over. I left the store very uncertain but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Saturday I called first thing in the morning to make sure my order was ready, not to my surprise the manager Tanya tells me they couldn’t find my order and my babyshower was 2 hours away. My order was never found and when I went in Sunday to get my money back, they found my order of course it was too late. Manager claims everyone there has been there less than a year, not an excuse for the horrible service. I also had to file a chargeback with my bank since they never process a refund. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Son needed Thanksgiving plates and napkins for school party and no store had them. Only Christmas stuff. Because as a nation we go from Halloween to Christmas. LOL After five stores, I figured Party City would have them and they did!! Should have went there first! Got what I needed, great selection and price. And service was good also. Very pleased!

Very dissapointing will definitely not be going to this store any more. They never have the designs I want. The online things that the store said they had in stock were not there. They called offered me another product and called back again because they did not have that product either. So disorganized and the manager has no clue. Dont let them ruin your party go somewhere else

Went to buy some items they were 50% off. Went to register paid as I walk out realized not eww everything rang 50% off. Went back in I should have received 11.25 back... only got 6.35 and they tried to tell me the 6.35 was correct and they gave me credit for everything. No they did not but I did not have time to argue with them. On another occasion my daughters and husband had a party for my birthday and got balloons. And the order was incorrect the balloons were deflated and they refused to correct the order or refill or replace the balloons.. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THIS STORE OR ANY OTHER PARTY CITY.

Nearly awful as usual. The store is always a mess, the staff is never happy or consistent, always understaffed, and they are frequently out of common items. I ordered online and my order was not ready, they did not actually have the items I ordered in stock despite what their site sold me, the manager obviously hates his job and is rude/disrespectful in the opinion of all customers standing around me and many that all had issues with their orders. Id rather go to Publix for less selection and a pleasant experience.

The staff was so unpleasant. I needed help finding a few things and there was literally no staff on the floor and when I finally found sales associate (Emily) to help me she seemed as if she didn’t want to be bothered. Everything that I asked her if they sold there she would tell me no and to look online. As I continue walking around in the store looking for my items, I found everything that I asked her for. She had no knowledge of anything.

I took balloons to the store to be filled with helium. When I left the store both very large number balloons came off the strings and blew away. The store replace them for free which is why theyre not getting 0 Stars. Three stars is for the range of emotions that I experienced in a five-second period.

I ordered online, easy pick up at store plus I purchased some party supplies, which were in stock and prices were great! 5 STARS!!

Havent been here for such a long time, unbelievable variety of party supplies was having trouble finding things Danielle the cashier up front and another pretty manager had help me find birthday candles for my 92 year old mothers birthday also cards very helpful great experience and very reasonable prices

Fairly good range of party favours for kids (which is why we went there). Perhaps not the cheapest place, but definitely well laid out store making it easy to find what we were looking for.

I typically am pleased when I leave this store. Recently they have hired one young lady who is extremely lazy, rude, inconsiderate, and a waste of time and space to even deal with. I simply just avoid her at all costs. Other than dealing with this pain in the a**, I have never had a bad experience. Very helpful staff, good variety, clean store, etc. Thanks again!

It was the most horrible and frustrating shopping experience. After 45 minutes of waiting in line I was told I need to do a different line and then back to the first one. The worst customer service in the Wellington-Royal Palm Beach area. DO NOT SHOP AT THAT STORE

Staff was barely helpful when I asked them questions. Were more involved in their own conversation than helping me or any other customers. When I asked an associate if they would be able to make something for me out of balloons and showed a picture, the associate asked when I would need it by. I told him I would need it either later today or tomorrow, his response was to just say ooo yea no sorry.

Love the relocation store but there needs to be more than one person on the register! All the multiple items to be checked and one person doing balloon orders - really? Is there anyway to get the stock person trained on the register just so your line time is not over 20 minutes?

They had a new set up for costumes this year and although Im sure it works better for the company, it doesnt always work for the customer. Had a lady in front of me waiting 15 mins for 1 costume and they didnt have it anymore. I feel like it could be a good idea if it was tweaked a bit more. Was the first year for it so hopefully next year will be better or more improved. Other than that it was quite easy.

I returned some items a while back, I didnt have a receipt so the guy gave me store credit (understandable). I was given a receipt that said return receipt. I asked the guys if this is what I need to purchase anything when I come back he said yeah. I come back couple months later and the lady couldnt take it. She called her manager and they told me its just a return receipt. I lost money in this store that day... on top of this the manager wasnt very pleasant. She basically said tough luck. She didnt bother to look up this guys name and be fair at all. Not a helpful or professional place.

Wish I would have listened to the other people and visited a different location. They are extremely disorganized and had me waiting almost 20 minutes to pick up an order that had already been ready for 2 hours. Got the balloons home within 20 minutes and the one important one popped.

Pretty big place, decently organized. I liked that everything is in the same general sense at any Party City you go to.

Theres everything available for party planning and then some. Beautiful things, nicely arranged store. There is someone there to help because it does get overwhelming.

Placed a balloon pick-up order 2 days before I needed it. Scheduled for pick-up at opening...got there and they didn’t have anything ready...took 50min before they even bothered to tell us that they supposedly didn’t have the order, but also said it didn’t have a pick-up time...well how would you know there isn’t a pick-up time listed if you didn’t have the order!?!? Beside that I have a email confirmation stating that the order would be ready for pick-up....either Party City’s online ordering system is a failure or the people working there lack customer service skills...either way, very disappointed

Horrible customer service. When trying to buy a balloon you have to pay first then pick up the balloon. So I wait on a long line to find out they dont have the balloon I want. So now have to get off the line to find another balloon and hope they have that one or start the process over. Why cant you order the balloon where they fill them then pay?The cashier who can barely speak English, wasnt at all interested in helping. Bye bye, Ill shop somewhere else

Dont even get me started. Took 30 mins to fill a balloon with two employees running the helium tank. So disorganized!

Signed up for curbside pickup there is no sign for curbside like it says in the instructions, and the phone number isnt working and they have the building locked. There is a line of people waiting in front of the building for there orders. This is not curbside pickup. Terrible serviceUpdate they just brought out my bag torn missing 2 items, am in front of the building trying to get someone to bring out the 2 items I payed for, never using them again.

Great place for costumes but not always clean and orderly. Most likely because people leave items all over the place however this is something that should get reviewed throughout the day.

This place is horrible the customer service is unacceptable. I asked to speak to a manager to make sure the issue was resolved however he never showed up. I would not recommend coming to this store if you need assistance.

Whoever manages this place had either given up or is downright terrible at their job. I walked in and headed for the counter to find nobody there. I walked around the store twice and still nobody to be found. Finally found a kid eating candy in the back of the store that could help me.... at checkout the kid working the register took a personal call in his airpods mid checkout and was dropping f bombs as if he was on his couch at home.

Was in there for balloons for my daughters birthday and the two Spanish looking dudes behind the counter really made my little girls day special.

Spent $30 on latex helium baloons on 28th, a few hours later they were on the floor. Its helium. Its supposed to stay at least a few days. We think the helium is not concentrated. They charge you but cheat you. Dont buy baloons from them.

Dysfunctional is giving this location too much credit. Customer service is beyond poor and their knowledge of their products and timeliness of fulfilling ballon orders placed one week in advance has yet to be met on serval occasions. This location is nothing shy of a miserable experience. Stay away.

They do not have things in the store that are on the website. According to the website the store had 5 in stock when I got there they said they dont even carry that. I told him it was on the website and they said they have never had it in the store. I drove 45 minutes for nothing

Ive always loved Party City but I love them even more now. Dr.Seuses birthday was Friday and my 7 yos school was having Dr. Seuss dress up day. Of course I waited till Thursday to go shopping. Was out all day. Not 1 store had anything (besides books). About 8pm it hit me, maybe Party City might have something, a costume, anything. I walked in the front door with my girlfriend and we started screaming and jumping for joy. Even scared a few ppl. They had everything you could think of. Even tattoos, where you can see he wanted Dr. Suesss name on his cheek. I even made little goodie bags for the kids in his class that had Dr Seuss pencils, erasers, pins, little hats. Party City definitely saved the day and mommy looked like a hero. Thank you Party City!!

Everyone at party city was friendly and helpful, except for one guy at the register he had a attitude, he is the one with long curly hair.

The girl who checked me out was super nice and sweet..but I got one of those huge balloons for my niece and the girl who blew it up made me irritated. She blew it up once and it popped (whatever) but then she blew it up again and as I was walking to the car I heard the air coming out because she didnt tie the string correctly so I went back and she gave me another one. About 30mins later the ballon has no air. She didnt apologize, she barely spoke..she was to busy chatting it up with one of her coworkers. So needless to say, I was annoyed.

This location is rough. One or 2 people working usually and neither will be qualified to answer a detailed question or move at a swift pace.If you have to go to party city, take the drive out to okeechobee and military, you will spend the same time waiting in this party city with double the frustration. Or just stop at the dollar store off Crestwood and royal palm (which will usually have what you need).

I love party city this one has just about everything, if ur looking for halloween costumes id recommend going like atleast a week ahead atleast* minimum because it runs out quickly.
