I knew I should of walked out from the start.. I had already pre-finance with my bank and was having a hard time with a sales rep and my bank communicating, so I kept trying because I had my eye on a 2020 Nissan Altima. Well I finally was able to speak with a sales rep name Renee she tells me I’m pre-approve the car is still available and I tell her I’m in south Austin I will see her tomorrow to get the car she tells me they will get it ready.. as I walk into the dealership she tells me the car I want was sold.. I was so disappointed but than again I drove from south to North during traffic at 7pm I end up getting a 2019 Nissan Altima worse choice I made..front window has a chip, as I’m driving home that night my tire pressure light turns on one of my tire pressure indicators is missing.. they offer to fix both … turns out the window chip is too bad to fix they can only stop it from spreading and I took half a day to drive back to the Nissan dealership for the sensor to be checked and I was handed my keys and was told all done to drive off and guess what the tire pressure light is back on and yet another sensor is off .. I was told come back and maybe they can help but the sensor are eventually going to go out… again I’ve only had the car for a week! I should of walked out when they sold the car I wanted and not call me to tell me.

Ive worked with many shops & service departments throughout my life. Wayne has always given me the best experience. Knows how to help me keep my car maintained & does it without making it feel like Im being taken advantage of. Hes very honest, friendly & yet professional. IMHO, an asset to Round Rock Nissan

The car is nice but they definitely treated the purchase process as a used car. I admit. They fixed a window switch for me but when I get the got another was slightly damaged. I was told the car would be topped of with gas(it was not) and the car was vacuumed but not washed but it’s fine. Was kinda shock to find out my down payment doesn’t go toward the principle. But again most of my cars were 2-4K cash cars so what do I know

This last visit was a wonderful experience. The whole team was great. Sean was wonderful. I really feel great. They fixed my transmission and my car has never run so good. So happy.I shall return to Round Rock Nissan for my next visit. I highly recommend these folks!

I had the most easy-going experience when purchasing my first new car! I worked with Jesse and he was very attentive. He explained the whole process to me and made it so effortless. He’s very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, and explained all the upgrades and functions. He made sure to answer any and all of my questions (and trust me, there was a lot) and made me feel comfortable with the choice I was going with. I had to take my car back to get a clear coat added and Jesse made sure I was always in the loop as to what work was going to be done, when it would be done, and when my car would be ready. I would 100% go back to Round Rock Nissan and work with him again if I were to purchase another vehicle in the future.

We purchased a nearly new Nissan Leaf last weekend; our salesperson was Wally and our finance person was Chris. The sales manager at Round Rock Nissan agreed to a certain amount after negotiating, then they stealthily added items such as tinting charge without actually tinting the windows in order to increase the principal amount. I really dont appreciate them cheating and taking advantage of us like that. I recommend staying away from this dealership.

Service advisor was great. Very nice. Complimentary car wash was a joke. It looked like it was sprayed with a hose. That’s it. Not even dried. As soon as I got in my car I wanted to throw up. The body smell left in car was DISGUSTING. I immediately left dealership and went straight to nearest car wash to defunk smell from my car. This was my 1st and LAST time to go to Round Rock Nissan.

I went in for my first oil change and I Inspection today and was promptly greeted. The service was done in a timely manner and I was on my way out before I knew it. Thank you Wayne!

I can always count on the guys at Round Rock Nissan when repairs or maintenance are needed. They seem to care and try to help solve any concerns I have. I have a Pathfinder with over 215000 miles on it and it runs great thanks to these guys.I bought a set of tires from them for the first time last year. The tires cost a little more there, but the quality was better and they automatically include lifetime road hazard insurance on their tires. They also *always* answer my questions. And I usually have many.Thank goodness for the tire insurance! With all the roofers in the area after all the storm damage in the spring, I ended up with multiple nails in my tires and a shredded tire!It was a huge pain to deal with, but Round Rock Nissan made it easy on their part. A new tire was completely covered by the insurance and the replacement also came with the same guarantee and insurance. (Ive purchased road hazard insurance on tires at other places that limited coverage to the first set of tires.)My bill was $0 and the job was done quickly. And they still washed my car!Thanks again guys for keeping my car going.

I got my oil changed here. They provided a great report said that everything was good, including detailed inspection, tire pressure adjustment, etc. But later I found the tire pressure was the same as it was before the service which needed inflation. Obviously they missed it. I had to drive back, let them adjust the tire pressure. Staff were friendly and they helped me fix it quickly.Hopefully they didnt miss anything else.

I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and 50,000 mile check-up. Lynne, the Service Manager, kept me apprised of the status and showed me repairs that needed to be done. Issues were found with my car that I couldnt afford to pay for. So, I took my car home to determine my next steps.I am pleased with the service I received because I was treated with respect by a professional, had everything explained in a way that I could understand and was told what the best options for my situation were.

Was told when I bought the vehicle from them that because it was a certified pre-owned and financed through Nissan that the first two oil changes were covered. I mention this when I went to pick it up and of course no one knows anything about this.I verified this through the nissan website.

My vehicle was having an issue with the AC and I took it in to get checked out. I was told that because it appeared to be mechanical issue, that it would be covered under the warranty. Though, there was a $147.05 fee for the diagnostic test unless it was considered a warranty item. The repair was a warranty item, but they said there was some minor cleaning out of the air intake for the AC and this was not covered by the warranty and therefore, I was now on the hook to pay the $147.05 diagnostic fee. It was quite obvious that they were looking for something minor so that they could collect the diagnostics fee even though it should have all be covered under the warranty. I do not recommend Round Rock Nissan and if I have another warranty item, I will be going to a different Nissan Service Center.

I decided to reserve a spot for an oil change at this location. I was greeted with a smile when I arrived. When I checked in their was a small misunderstanding with the coupon that was emailed to me. But it was quickly resolved. I was in and out in 30 to 40 min. Love using this spot! Very convenient🤗

Garret was very polite and clear on necessary repairs to my Xterra. Vehicle repairs never happen at an opportune moment and everyone in the service center was very attentive and nice to work with. All things considered the cost wasn’t too bad either.

Eric (service advisor) communicated with me on a regular basis and kept me informed of everything going on with my vehicle. The repair cost was reasonable and much quicker than I anticipated. There were no bait/switch games, no added services and no games trying to add unnecessary repairs. Im highly impressed and I recommend Round Rock Nissan for any repair needs.

I recommend working with Christian. I did not end up buying my car here because they didn’t have the one I wanted available but Christian was so transparent, very relaxed, and informative. I never felt pressured and if he didn’t know the answer, he was quickly able to find it out. He was easy to talk to and had a great sense of humor. If you do go here, ask for him!

Less than one star, how about no star. This oil change was $20.00 more expensive, and the courtesy wash was not working. Last time they scuffed my rims and this time charged more for no reason. Same car, same oil, same labor! At least they could offer their courtesies on another day, but the salesman said they are trying to be competitive with other places, so charge more for less...got it.. What a crock. No manager available, their phones were acting up! Really?

The service at Round Rock Nissan I would have to say is excellent. I deal with two service technicians over there by the name of Bretts and Wayne. Both of them a great service advisors. They keep you updated on your vehicle and always help you with any questions you may have. Theyre always polite very friendly and a great personality and they know exactly what theyre doing.

Ive been a customer here for many years but today was probably the worst experience Ive had yet. Two weeks ago I made an appointment for today for an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. I knew it would take awhile, since it is Saturday, so I dropped my Rogue off in time for my 10am appointment. I then went out for brunch with my family, went to Costco, and ran a couple more errands. Three hours later, I returned, and they had yet to even start on my car. It was parked exactly where I left it. Of course, they supposedly got to it shortly after I got back. Two hours later. I finally got to leave. Five hours total for an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. Pitiful at best.

I received great service when I brought my Murano in for an oil change. Michael in the service department was easily accessible when I called to check on the status of my car. Very pleased!

The dont remove vehicles off sites, and when vehicles are sold or moved they lie to you in order to get you to the dealership or buy some other car. This place is lies please avoid. Im pretty convinced the other reviews are fabricated.

Ive now been to have my Nissan serviced there 3 times. I only have 1 complaint and that is their online booking site.After you log in, you identify the model and year of the vehicle and the mileage. You choose either an oil change or a service. You choose the level of service you want and it gives a price. When you arrive they again ask what you want done and tell you because of your model vehicle, the cost of oil is an extra cost. Whats the point in filling in model year and work required when you book online. The real price doesnt match the online price.? Its only a small thing but I find it annoying.Once there the serviceIs fantastic.

I was able to get my car in on time to have the front brakes worked on. Unfortunately, the front brake rotors were not in stock at the dealership, and had to be delivered from another dealer. Repair was made. To compensate me for my inconvenience, the technician gave an additional discount on my coupon. I was happy to have paid less.

I ended up a Round Rock Nissian because the Service at the North Town Nissan is hot garbage on a Tin Roof. For some reason North Town thinks it’s acceptable for a routine state inspection to take two and a half hours. Long story short I rescheduled my inspection at Round Rock the next Day. My technician’s name was Eric. Thanks to him I was in and out in about 20 minutes. He even put my car through the wash. I was very pleased with my experience. 10/10 would go again

When I arrived, my Service Advisor (Jim) was immediately available and confirmed why I was there. I bought a used 370Z from a third party that only came with one key. I felt that I needed a duplicate in case I lost one. Jim quickly arranged for a technician to program the module and cut the new key for me. I waited in a comfortable customer lounge area. The key/module was ready in a very short time and works perfectly. In less than an hour, I was good to go,.

Easy purchasing experience, in and out in a few hours. Only downside, didnt check the tire ware, and ended up needing to purchase 4 new tires a week later. Rather than making things right the GM decided for profit rather a satisfied customer who might return. Would not recommend this dealer!!!

Happy! The dealership was the best! Lynette had my estimates ready when I arrived so I could make a decision. She asked if I needed a ride home and I did. I arrived at 7:00 am and had my ride by 7:25 am. Ronnie, my driver was charming and professional. The mechanics did the work on my car and washed it. I had a shield zip tied and they fixed that no charge without being asked. I haven’t gone to dealerships because I thought they were high priced but they surpassed a quote from a tire shop! Mixed feelings. I took 2 cars for maintenance and the first one with an oil change and regular service was promt and efficient. But the second one, it has many issues and they told me they will check the car and notify me of cost of repairs before hand. By my surprise, when I went to pickup the car because they couldnt finish checking it, I was told that I had to pay almost $150.00 because some updates to the transmission and some diagnostic procedures. Eventually the manager voided the charges but let me a bitter taste of the transparency and level of service of that place. Not sure if I want to go back next week to find out was wrong with the car. I dont like surprises.
