Mo was very responsive and met with us with a great selection of carpet samples. Price was reasonable. Scheduled and came back on time as promised. Installation was great. Cleaned up and left the project looking great. The job was a landing at the top of the stairs to the basement of 13 stairs. Before and after pictures.

Outstanding service from Carpet Zone!!Mo met us on a Tuesday at 3pm to take measurements and by lunchtime the very next day Wednesday they had removed old carpet and installed new carpet and padding in three bedrooms and a hallway. I had carpet zone installed my carpet in one of my rental property in East Cobb few moth ago.At first I was a fried trusting a local flooring company in doing the project while I was out of state.But They gave me way competitive price than Home Depot, they did the job the next day and the most important part my tenant liked the quality of the carpet.I would definitely use them for my future projects.

I had Carpet Zone install hardwood floors in my new house. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with job and the value. However, they didnt get 5 stars because the installers could have been a little cleaner when installing the quarter round molding and finishing up. I painted all the baseboards before the installation and found the floor glue on many areas of the freshly painted baseboards. I also feel they could have done a better job installing the molding. Seems like as they neared the end of the job, they started rushing. With that said, I WOULD use them again but would monitor better and make sure they cleaned up better.

When we bought our new house, the builder wanted $4k per room to put in laminate. WHAT? We kept the very nice wool carpet in the bedrooms, until one of our foster cats went bananas on it downstairs. We were always planning to change it out for wood, right? So we did, and I found Carpet Zone and his team. He and another guy, whose name escapes me, were in and out in a day, and our floors look awesome. If we do any other floor work, we will definitely call them.

VERY happy with Carpet Zone. The guys in the shop (Moe) were very nice and very helpful. They helped me pick samples of carpet that fit what I was looking for, staying within my budget. When they came to give an estimate, they brought all the samples that I liked with them so that I could match them up to my walls. I thought the price was pretty reasonable.On the day of the installation the two installers came on time. They ripped up all the old carpet and bundled and wrapped it so it would be easy to put out on garbage day. They worked neatly, and quickly and did a great job putting down the carpet. Before they left, they cleaned up any mess they made, even though I told them I would do it......the gentleman that came with the two installers insisted that they could not leave us with a mess.
