They always do the best they can toget your prescriptions to you as soon as possible.

Always only one cashier and the lines are always too long.

The worst experience. I had to wait 10 minutes for assistance and when someone finally showed it was obvious from her expression that she was dismayed about being called away from whatever she was doing to assist me. When I finally got to check out the cashier was on her cell phone and gave a visible exhale that she was interrupted from what she was doing. I did not receive a greeting instead she threw her phone behind the computer and proceeded to scan my items. I put my Walgreens bonus card information into the reader and when it didnt take the information after total was tallied the cashier said it was my fault. She bagged the items the whole time glancing back at the customers behind me. Before I could even take the bags she was already chatting up the customer behind me giving me looks like I should hurry up because I was holding her up. I have been coming to this Walgreens for over 15 years and I have had bad experiences before but the last two years the customer service has gotten worse. I am sure at CVS and Rite Aid would appreciate the business more than Walgreens obviously does.

My boyfriend filled out an application and called about two weeks ago and all the manager said was he didn’t have time to look at the application. they have about 5 workers working there from what i was told. the walgreens i work at have many workers and our manger is unbelievable amazing. this is absolutely crazy. they’re lines when i was in there were so long it was crazy they didn’t even have enough staff to do back up.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I ordered a photo book for Fathers Day YESTERDAY for SAME DAY pick up and I received an email stating that my order was ready TODAY at 3:00 pm. I get a call from the store stating that their machine was not working and they could not complete my order. This is the second time that I have ordered photos from this location and the machine was broken or my photos were not ready. The employees in this store are not friendly whatsoever especially the cashiers. One particular cashier always seems like she doesnt want to be there and always has an attitude. The customer service here is DISGUSTING and I will NOT be returning.

This is the third time that I have went to pick up pictures that were not ready! But the technician had enough time to talk about Burger King and hamburgers! I moved into the area and used to go to the 24 hour Walgreens in Parkville and I was so spoiled! I will go back there to get my pictures and better service.

My go to place for prescriptions, photos, cards, cookies, gifts....You name it, Walgreens got it. I am always greeted by the cashiers upon entering the store, they are always very pleasant and friendly. I probably have lost encountered the Pharmacy staff during my visits, they are just super friendly, always very attentive and helpful. They are always very hard at work filling countless prescriptions, I never have to wait very long, if there are insurance issues they gladly contact them or the doctors to help out. We’ve even had one guy do a little dance for us in the drive thru, the staff here is great, the store is always clean, neat and well stocked. Displays and signage is always clearly posted, they always have great sales on something or another.

The worst......Avoid at all cost....couldnt find prescription...had me 9n hold for 1.2 hours....Dr sent prescription at 2:50 its now 6:48...wife went to pick up medicine and they gave her 1 of 2....she had to go back.....2rd time

This store has shorter me pills for the last 4 months and rote on the bottle that they owe me the pills that they shorted me and every time I go in to get the refills that they owe me on what they wrote and on the bottle they say that theyve never rote on the bottle and that they dont know what to tell me and im outta luck. Their customer service has went down hill 100 %...never again will i shop here

This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever been too, and Ive been to some bad ones. The pharmacy is ALWAYS under staffed and the lines are ridiculous. Ive waited in line after having an out patient procedure, for 47 minutes! Unacceptable Walgreens! You need to do better if you want to keep customers happy and healthy.

Very bad store staff here. Several years ago, I wanted to print somephotos from my memory card, they told me I need to wait for 30 minutes,so I looked around this store and bought several items from this store,but the cashier saw me kept staying in that store for over 20 minutes,so they called police, although the police did not take any actions, butI am very angry about it. And the cashier forgot to give me the biggestpicture, I checked in the car and went back to get it, the cashier didnot say sorry, I do not like this store and hope it closes soon.

The manager Tom and Brookes are the rudest and very nasty, taking the side of a fellow customer who got in the middle of a conversation I was having with an employee, she would not shut her face, so I had police called on me when someone else started the whole thing, other staff also got involved and was being prejudice towards me. NEVER do business here, they clearly dont care about their business.

The pharmacy staff here was very rude. I spoke with the pharmacy manager, who was unwilling to help me change my prescription over to their store. I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else! Interrupted me and wouldnt listen when I called her back to let her know how she could transfer my script to their store! Something she should have taken the initiative to do in the first place! Very disappointed! The store in Parkville has much better customer service!

Poor customer service at the pharmacy. Ignored by a pharmacist and when i was withdrawing my prescription from there is when it downed to her that she had made a mistake.

People in this store are not friendly at all. They are very rude especially when you use coupons. They are anti couponers. I don’t recommend going to this walgreens. I live close to this store but i rather go to cvs or walmart even though it’s a little farther.

Employees in this pharmacy are not doing good job they make people waiting longer time and they just killings their times to make money only. Please do your work in time if not go to your home
