I showed up to Samsung/ Neovia right on time. There was no wait at the gate. I showed my license and gave my pickup number. A copy of my license was made and I proceeded to check in at door 46. The shipping clerk was really nice and quick. I was given a door but it was taken so I was allowed to pick a door near that one. They immediately started loading me and less than 2 hours later my trailer was loaded. They secured my load with a couple of my straps. Make sure you show up with at least 2 straps or load bars. Very good customer. Would go back again.

When I arrived at my pu I had the incorrect numbers but the beautiful Norma/shipping Mgr went above and beyond by calling and sending emails to the appropriate people. She was kind, curiosity and aware of her job!! We need more people like her. She deserves the upmost respect from drivers!!! Thanks Norma for all your help. She deserves a raise asap!!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I like samsung products, however, if you pay for an installation of a washer/dryer with your purchase they will not send you someone with experience nor all the supplies they need even if thats what you paid for. The install guy who came said it was his first time and couldnt do it and was very rude and constantly complaining. They wont give you an option to keep the appliances if they dont figure it out they will just take them back to the warehouse and youre just expected to reschedule a delivery. They will reschedule on you at least 3 times causing you to take off days of work multiple times wasting your time and money. When you call customer service they just bounce you around different departments and dont help you. Just awful

I was loaded in 20 minutes! Actually 1 hour before the appointment! You should count all the boxes and wait a little. You should have 2 straps. Good luck!

I strongly encourage anyone buying appliances to consider other brands than Samsung. I’ve purchased 1 range, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher and 2 refrigerators. All have broken down except 1 refridge (which is new). Their support is absolutely horrible... literally, “have you tried plugging it into a different outlet” type of support. Online chat is simply buck passing.Don’t buy Samsung home appliances!

Picked up here. 3pm appointment, loaded by 4:15. You have to count your freight and be present an the dock while loaded. Bathroom available.
