I want to start by informing you all that I spend hundreds of dollars at this specific location. On launch day the experience was and is always absolutely terrible. The representative Giselle was beyond rude. She insulted me and my sister. I don’t appreciate the team leader Megan standing by while this all happened. No one was able to assist or answer the questions I had or even took the time to check my order. I was dismissed was informed to call customer service. The unprofessionalism displayed at this location is at all time high. I work with sales and customers DAILY so I’m aware of how escalations should be handled. From this point on I’ll make it my prime mission to let everyone know within my reach the disaster that took place. I hope management will be able to converse with those reps about customer service, ethics, and all of things HIBBET SPORTS claims to abide by.

Very helpful staff in a busy time.

You have to find help to be assisted with. They dont know anything about when new stock or new arrivals would be coming. The team leader that day, Megan was rude and stayed on her cell and got mad because I asked questions while she stayed on her cell. I will find another shoe store for now on

Jewel was such a huge help with finding the right size basketball shoes for my son today!! I have never experienced someone actually care enough and go the extra mile to make sure that a pair of shoes would in fact be the perfect fit! Thank you so much for your help Jewel! You’re awesome!!!

Fair prices and the customer service was good.

I walked in and starting looking for some assistance, than another lady came in after me and the workers did not offer to help. I went towards the register and saw two workers just looking at us. Great selection & pricing but customer service was poor as we had to wait to try on shoes because staff was preoccupied amongst themselves.

Store is neat and well lit. They offer a variety of sporting items from shoes, clothing, sporting equipment, sunglasses..even cbd products for muscle pain. The associates are always friendly and ready to help.

This place takes the phone off the hook so they dont have answer it. Saw it myself.

Terrible customer service. We had to hunt somebody down to get us what we needed. I also asked for a certain pair of shoes and the girl took 20 min plus to come out. When she finally came out she didnt have anything in her hand and she just sat down and kept doing what she was doing before. Didnt even give me an explanation about the shoes i had request.
