We had motorized shades installed in a bedroom by Dave. First of all, communication by David and also by Timan was excellent every step of the way. When Dave arrived, he was completely prepared for the job. It was a very tricky installation for a few reasons, but Dave tackled each obstacle calmly and professionally. The final result is absolutely beautiful! I could not be happier.

We were extremely pleased with Timan. We wanted to shop locally and Timan showed up very high on numerous reviews. Rachelle, their sales rep, did a fantastic job. Not only did she measure all of the windows perfectly, she also gave us excellent suggestions for the types of blinds and, more importantly, recommend colors that were perfect for our home. Then Jon, their installer, was simply great doing the installation. Both employees were very professional and courteous. We are very happy with Timan.

We remodeled and built custom closets last year; however, throughout the process the one item we overlooked was window treatments.I wanted roman shades but ordering from an on-line retailer was out of the question because of our unique configuration.Adam was easy to work with, found a perfect material to match our paint color and was able to repurpose a system that worked in our challenging space.We are very pleased with the end product, quality, knowledge and professionalism that we received while working with Timan Blinds.

I met with Rachelle at my home to come up with ideas for blinds and drapes for my home. She told me she was busy but would send me ideas within a week. I never heard again from Rachelle or the company. Disappointed.

The service is great but the owner, Kathleen Timan, is rude and makes promises that she cannot or does not intend to keep. She had the audacity to refer to me via an email as unfair for contesting a bill (this is after I had paid the outrageous fee for a 15 minute repair) with zero consideration for my concerns. Stay away from this business! They only want your money.
