Cant call in for availability, you have to visit store. Their main number goes to voice mail. I wonder how much business they lose vs what they save by not answering inbound calls?

Great customer service, friendly helpful staff. Was able to find some redwood fence pickets that are hard to find currently at a fair market price, it wasnt the lowest price but everyone else is out so I am happy to have found it even at the highest price.

Placed an online order for store pick up. Never received confirmation that it was available. 2 weeks later I called to inquire, only to find out that it had arrived earlier in the week. Then, when trying to pick up, it took forever to find my order. Beyond that, it is very hard to find any help in the lumber yard.

UPDATE:Its been a year. Was back for another project and they had everything I needed. Been back a few times in between. Once again, great service. Great little store and its easy to find things. Good selection on lumber and fast loaders. Nothing bad to say. Their location is only a few minutes from the freeway and Ive never hit traffic getting there.

I love all the folks working at this Meeks location. Every visit Ive made has always been a very pleasant one. Theyre such a friendly and super knowledgeable bunch. I highly recommend. Amazing service.

They were amazingly helpful with my Eagle Scout Project. It was wonderful to work with staff on making sure I got everything I needed for the project and delivering it to the site in a timely fashion. The redwood they sold me was perfect for the job and posts were exactly what I had wanted! Thank you Meeks for Everything!!

Love Meeks!EDIT: Today I went in, walked around, and left without buying anything because I couldnt find what I needed. I saw at least 4 employees (and no other customers) while I walked around. Not a single person said hello or asked if I needed help. Now Im going to Home Depot 🙁

Have used these folks for over 15 years. Just great to work with. Very experienced and knowledgeable staff. Often much lower on prices than Home Depot or Lowes.Highly recommended.

Lots of help. You dont have to hunt it down. A real lumberyard, you can load it right on your truck instead of a cart. Good plumbing and electrical selection also.

Went in looking for odds and ends to build a school project. The parts I got were not a good match for my project but the service was on point. Quick assistance in isles and at the counter.

Actually went to order a front door because Therma-Pro said this was their gallery store. Ummm well they had 5 doors not really what you can or should call a gallery store. The person who helped me took all my information was going to check on the availability of the door I wanted to order, she never called me back. I called her and Im still waiting for that call back.... finally went to Lowes and ordered the door. Lacking customer service for sure.

Visited on 10/12/18. Helped quickly but inside staff didnt know if they had inventory in items, said they dont sell rough cut 2x12s when do, yard staff could care less about anything.
