The staff here is super helpful. If I walk around, three or four staff members usually check in and make sure Im ok. Ive been to other dealerships that dont even say hi. Their relaxed too....telling me to move bikes around if I need a closer look.I purchased one bike from RM and it was a great experience. The employee rode, and had tons of input and knew what he was talking about. He was super patient and we talked forever regarding a smaller bike for my kid.....not a huge purchase. I appreciate the time he took.The parts department is great. If I need a part they always provide the right one, and hand it over quick. Other dealers have sent me home with incorrect parts after I stood around for a half hour.The service department seems good as well. I bring street tires in for a change/balance. They seem to finish everything ahead of schedule. They are really good about calling me, and when I call back they know me/the order. I havent done any engine work or serious repairs through them, but I would call them first.RM is the best dealer Ive been to. None of the others are even close.

I found a 2019 Suzuki Boulevard c50t 800 online that was BRAND NEW 0 miles and wanted to trade my 2015 GSXR in Back said it was time for a cruiser I called them up and told them I was coming to get it! Got there and the stress level was the lowest I have ever felt!! A salesman by the name of Marco helped me out and had the paperwork down, bike oiled up, and me ready to roll in a matter of about 2 hours. TOTALLY SATISFIED with the purchase, and everything in between! Inventory is extensive!! Clean and courteous! Stop by if you are in the .ode of finding a bike!!

I visited the shop for the first time and justloved it! What a good selection of bikes!I drove an hour to check it out and was rewarded with an awesome deal on a bitchin bike! Yamaha Super Tenere ES.The sale was easy. The service was friendly and helpful. I had so many questions and hadseveral different folks there willing to help!Parts counter was great the the fellas back there were so easy to talk to! They helped me pick out the right stuff to add to my new bike.All said it was an A+++ experience. Terrific ride home and couldn’t be more satisfied.Until I got an email from the Inventory Manager Colby. He wanted to know if the top case I had ordered was intentional, it was an older model and apparently didn’t match the newer model side cases I ordered. I told him I didn’t know the difference. He upgraded my top case to match, and even though there was a price difference he matched it for me!!Just excellent service all the way around! My new shop for service and future purchases!So awesome when you feel like you exist in the eyes of a retailer. So rare in my experiences.I hope you’ll try this shop out! How many times has your order been less than quoted and they do extra just because its the right thing to do? Lately never for me, until I got my bike serviced here. The Service Team here was exceptional the did the work I asked,(Replaced Tire and Brake pads) but also adjusted my Throttle and inspected the bike thoroughly which is rare with that type of repair. Most shops dont care enough to do that frankly. I was impressed with the team and store in general. Thank You!

I have an ‘05 Kawasaki 1600cc Nomad with a problematic FI light that was coming on and off.Dean is very good at getting the right technicians/mechanic to work on the bikes that come into the service center. I found him to be very helpful over the phone and he followed up with me on the repairs.They did a great job - though I couldn’t speak directly with the mechanic, (reason for 4 stars instead of 5), Dean was very good at explaining what was causing the problem and how they corrected it.I also highly recommend Greg Stephens in the Sales Department. I found him to be focused on serving others, helping them with information to make an informed decision rather than dealing with a typical salesperson. Greg is someone I would work with when upgrading my ‘05 - 5 Stars to Greg Stephens!

The salesman was happy to take a $500 deposit on a brand new bike. He failed to tell us that the bike was a Red Sticker bike. I had no idea what this was. Luckily a salesman at another shop explained it to me. Apparently the bike can only be ridden at State Recreation parks for 8 months a year. Definitely something I would like to know before I buy the bike! Ok, so I asked for a refund of my deposit. A month and a half later and I’m still waiting for the refund!

Looked for a quad here today after viewing some on the website. Website is misleading. States one price but when you go in, the price was $900 more than the website. Salesman said it was extra costs. Refused to give me a breakdown of costs and put the price on a business card instead. Left feeling lied to and disrespected. I went straight to Roseville Honda Motorsports where the service is professional, honest and knowledgeable and bought a quad for my 14 year old son there.

Spent a week trying to get a quote out of Augie in sales culminating in a call on Thursday afternoon to try and get a price on a Star Eluder. Nothing on Friday, so I called again to be told Augie had retired Thursday! Asked if someone was working on my quote (it seems not). Tried 3 times to talk to G (sales manager), but I guess he wasnt interested in picking up my call... I give up guys and will take my business elsewhere!I grumbled and you reached out to make it right.The upshot is youve since worked hard to earn my business, and Ive bought the bike I wanted from you... and what a bike!

Felt like I was being singled out like some kind of criminal for not knowing I needed to leave my helmet up front, but I like the service department so I will give this review based on them. Have gotten my oil changed and everything inspected on a bike I just purchased, will go back to have my maintenance professionally done there, the parts guys are good workers, knowledgeable and care about their jobs. The front desk is the only place that really makes me want to avoid the store

New location or not the service here has always been terrible. Great place to grab a part when you need it that day but price wise they are always high, including new bikes. It is like a car dealership, they are just there to make sales and money with as little effort as possible.EDIT: No one one the sales floor even talked to me the 3 times I went in to look at your bikes. Went and bought a KTM with a higher MSRP for less than you would quote me over the phone after the 3rd time I wasted a trip to your store.

Missing brake caliper bolts not their problem.I bought a brand new bike from them which they said they were assembling in their warehouse. Did my 600 mile oil change with pcp motorsports and was told i had missing brake caliper bolts. I called roseville motorsports about the problem and they said why would they help me if i was getting it serviced by another shop which they recommended due to them being booked in the first place. They told me they dont assemble bikes and they told me to tell pcp to get a bolt from ace hardware to fix it. What inspections do they do when selling a new bike because brakes would be one of the first things to pop in my head? And do they use ace hardware and harbor freight bolts when they dont have everything for the assembly?

Ive purchase from Roseville Motorsports on several occasions, each time was nothing short of perfect.In March of this year, I purchase a new RZR Turbo S, shortly after it somehow rolled several times causing severe damage and a total loss. I decided to retain it, rebuild it to a complete custom RZR. With the personal help from Brandon in parts and Zac in Service, they spent what ever time needed to go over all of my options, make sure we used only the best parts and make sure only one tech did all the work. With COVID, it was difficult to get parts in a timely manner, Brandon stayed on top of it, Zac kept me informed and the entire process and the RZR is better than I thought it could ever be.GREAT team work, GREAT communication and GREAT outcome.Thank you Zac, Brandon and Glen!

Ive bought more motorcycles than I care to admit, and Roseville Kawasaki is by far my favorite dealership. The new location is AWESOME. Theres tons of parking and the new sale floor is HUGE. My last purchase was a Z125 from here, and the salesman (Mike) was super friendly and knowledgeable. I am definitely buying my next bike from here!

I have bought 2 different motorcycles from Roseville motorsports (now in Rocklin, lol). Each time I felt that I have gotten a great deal from the sales department (I shopped around and they were always the best price, seriously). More importantly they have always gone above and beyond in working with me whenever something came up with my bikes and were able to get warranty service done. They are great and I always recommend them any time someone wants a Yamaha, Suzuki or Kawasaki.

Wouldnt honor 14 day return policy. Comes back and tells customer he can provide pro-rated amount back. Meaning they are willing to take brand new &tested part back within 14 days but not give you the full amount. Roseville Polaris will just place it on the shelf for full amount. Dishonest dealer, I will continue going to Auburn dealer.Edit: 5/18/2020Store owner continues to blame customer for expressing themself in store. Your employee and yourself had all the time in the world to contact me before credit card company did the charge back. You did not approve anything, don’t try to make yourself look like a hero or distract from the problem. My name has nothing to do with how I was treated.

Did a Yamaha demo day there! Enjoyed riding a few different motorcycles, only reason I give 4 stars was they had motorcycles demo motorcycles that you couldnt ride once they hit there riding limit. Went to Honda in Roseville and was ignored by everyone. Came to Roseville Kawasaki/Yamaha and was approached instantly. Learned a bunch, sat on a bunch of bikes. Way better to learn while speaking to a knowledgeable salesman than learning on your own, like I did at Roseville Honda.

Then I went to Roseville Polaris and Randy treated me like I was important to him. Found low financing, 0 down and thru in a bunch of freebies. I got everything and more than I asked for. Just picked up my Ninja 1000 from the folks at Roseville Yamaha Kawasaki.I really enjoyed my experience buying from them. I showed up expecting to have to negotiate to get to the price I expected to pay. Ali told me that they like to put their best foot forward, and they certainly did. He quoted me a price within $100 of the lowest price I had been quoted in calling all over California.The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.I wont hesitate to do business with them again.

Bought my RZR here and have purchased many accessories and oil change kits . Everyone has always been great. On Nov. 23rd they had their annual Black Friday sale where they have different items on sale every hour. Nice gimmick, but after driving from the Bay Area in pouring rain. where I was delayed by several accidents for over an hour, Brenden refused to give me the sale price because I artived at 2:15, when sale was from 12-2 pm. He did offer me a lower discount but when I told him I wasnt interested he rambled on about how much money he loses during the sale and how ungrateful I was. Dont offer a sale and get mad when people want the price.Very unprofessional . I will never shop there again.

Worst Polaris dealer I’ve ever been into. Walked in with the intention of buying a Polaris General 4 seater. No one tried to help me. Once I found someone; they were unable to actually answer any questions. So I decided to not spend 23K that day. I’ll find a dealership that wants my business.

Came in 10 minutes before they closed. They still took the time to answer my questions. Thats a positive in my book.

I have been to this store several times, for parts and to look for a motorcycle.I went to look for a motorcycle and found the new bike I was looking for. It was the right color and the right make. They had it labeled as a 2017 even though it was a 2015 and they said they would get me a price for the older model.I waited around for about 10 min (which was totally fine as I really wanted the bike) and they gave me a price of 8300. A decent price but I wanted to see if they could do any better. They gave me a price of 8100. I still tried to work with the finance salesman (Mick) and I was still unsure of the price.He asks me what do you want to pay for it?I said 7000. I knew I wouldnt get that price but since he asked I gave him my answer. I was hoping he would counter offer, but instead he insulted me.He started saying that if he offered 6 dollars for something expensive (like a Ruth Chris steak he said) he wouldnt get it and going on about how I basically offered him nothing compared to his offer. I was shocked by this. Ive never been treated like this in any dealership.He could of told me no or that it was too low but he was more keen on insulting me. If he couldnt go lower I would have understood. I wanted that bike and was willing to spend about what they asked for. They knew I wanted that bike and felt like they didnt want to work with me to sell it.I have no plans on going back to buy a motorcycle from them.

My experience was awsome, the helpful and courteous staff made this trip a pleasure. If you happen into the store be sure and ask for Dan, he was super knowlegable and just an all around great guy.Thats not to say the rest of the staff wasnt helpful they were also awsome and ready to run across the floor to help you, quite literally.I would definately recommend this dealership (in fact i already have) if youre in the market for a dirt bike like i was, or a street bike or even quads, from polaris, suzuki, kawasaki and yamaha youll probably be able to find what your looking for here.Thanks again to the great staff at roseville kawasaki. These guys have been taking care of my bike since I bought it used. They always give me sound advice about products/parts/service/etc.I keep going back, that ought to say something. Im not going back to Capitol Yamaha, that ought to say something else.

I called Roseville Yamaha to install my whitewall tires and I had an appointment the next business day. They did a great job and the place was clean and the people were very nice. I will go here all the time. I live in Jackson so it is a ways to go for me but it was worth it.
