Great store but the deli is an absolute joke. The employees talk more than they work. It took over 10 minutes for the two people in front of me to each get ONE thing. The other employee kept saying, we will be with you as soon as we can while she prepped meat for the shelf. When there are 10 people waiting you stop doing that. Will go to a different store because of this deli.

Got the worst deli chicken I have ever gotten from a Publix. The breasts looked like someone had already carved off half the meat. Even some of the skin was missing. The remaining meat was really dry and lacking flavor. Reminded me of the Christmas Vacation turkey.This is not my usual Publix. And I can say I probably wont go back there. Ill stick with what I know.

So, the pharmacy has the kindest people. I went for a refill and asked about a discount through my insurance. Not only did they look up a less expensive price found that way but refunded my last one to the discounted price. They went out of their way. That was impressive to me.Also I have had several very kind employees help me as Ive had a neck injury and been hurting this month. Some without me asking at all.

A convenient, pleasant and local grocery store. I really enjoy their deli selection and sandwiches.

I have to go here now that the publix on barton in rockledge is being remodeled, and it was a good experience, publix keeps to its promise of being a pleasure to shop at.

Went in for some subs. There was a little wait but it was worth in. The employees were working like busy bees. Super friendly.... also got my Covid vaccine at the pharmacy while i was there. The also were super friendly and courteous... This is a great Publix to shop at.

Best Publix in the area, employees are friendly and helpful. Marilyn, who works in the deli is stellar! The grocery, meat, frozen and produce people go out of their way to assist you if needed and are always cheerful. It truly is a pleasure to shop at this store.

Publix is nice. Parking lot can be a little hectic but its a nice place. Food is nice and fresh, shelves are well stocked, and employees are nice.

No matter where I go, Publix is always a must for me. Somewhat curious why the Mission wraps are not on the bread aisle but Im aware that Mission is usually run independently.

Went to this Publix location to buy and enjoy one of their locally famous deli sandwiches. The lady who was going to make my sandwich did the following two things before providing me her version of Publixs nationally recognized customer service. First she smushed the garbage wrist deep into the trash container that was on her left. Second she then WASHED HER HANDS FOR FIVE seconds paying attention (if you want to call it that) to only her fingers and the top of her right palm. This should be noticed on the security cameras if store management wishes to review this. I just walked away speechless and stunned. Date and time of my visit was Saturday August 14th, 2021 at approximately 2:40/50 pm.

Store is always clean and the employees are friendly. However, it takes the deli department a long time to fill sandwich orders.

I went to the Publix deli while on the road to get a sub because I was tired of McDonalds (no offense)! The store was very well kept and this amazing lady named Marilynn at the deli was the bomb.com. She must know all her customers bc she said she didnt know my face. We chatted while she put together the best sub ever!! Shes going to celebrate 14ys at that Publix so if you run into her please shout her out!! And happy birthday Ms. Marilynn!!

Cheesecake was disgustingWe had this cheesecakeAnd it was the weirdest cheesecake we’ve ever had… The crust was soggy and the cheesecake did not even taste like real cheesecake…i haaate writing these reviews but this was awful.

I live in HH SC, called floral dept on Friday to try and get mothers day flowers delivered. I for got here name (sorry) she said it would be tough but she would try. When I told here the Americana resort on 1 between pineta inn and grill. She said I go by there every day. Any flowers were delivered that day. HAPPY MOMThank you

I mean it’s bounds better than the one in Cocoa just to the north but the selection isn’t as large in general for any Publix’ compared to the grocery stores in the Midwest. I hate Florida and I want to go home. But ya, this Publix is pretty good

Dont expect to get a fast sub and go normal for 1 sub is 35 minutes if your second in line, employees spend more time talking then working,4 people behind me left rather then wait if I hadnt already waited 20 minutes I would have gone to McDonalds poorly staffed,poorly managed,and this is at 5 to 6 prime time,need more help and a manager who does her job!

Very friendly store with plenty of cashiers for checkout. Also, of note, its one of the brightest Publix supermarkets Ive ever been into. Almost blinding when you want in the door at night, but once you get used to it, the shopping experience is very pleasant. They were out of the Publix brand hash brown potatoes (but they were also out on stadium parkway too)

Ive taken to shopping at this store because its most convenient to me. I am new to Publix having moved here from the land of Kroger. The scuttlebutt was that its a great store for employees. I think that may be true. Unfortunately I dont think its a great store for customers. Employees definitely come first and customers last and it shows in every dept throughout the store. The deli always has 6 employees or more sometimes and 2 of them are usually out front, the rest are in back doing who knows what. One works the deli sandwich counter, one slices meats, they do it SLOWLY. Also they take phone orders for deli and they will give making those priority over making them for people standing in line. I usually give them 5 mins and if nobody has helped I just skip the deli. And that is FREQUENTLY. I get served 1 out of 6 times I visit. Its a shxxshow. Ive walked along the back dairy area where there is an exit for employees from the back rooms, and the employees burst out of there and step right in front of carts as if it is our duty to stand back while they walk. One day it was the store manager, burst out, stepped in front of my moving cart, and stood there looking around, right in my path. Ive been blocked in aisles by employees standing there talking while stocking and blocking the whole aisle. Even going out the front door on the right which is purportedly the exit, 5 out of 8 times I get stopped by employees coming in the out door, usually in pairs, sometimes alone, and yep they walk right in front of my cart and force me to stop and wait for them to get by me. I think they take breaks around the corner. I go in all times of day quite a number of times because I live in a motor home and have a small fridge, and its always like shopping in someones private house and just feeling like you are in the way of the employees. Ive got a walmart 7 miles away and some days I just do the drive to Walmart because Im so irritated at the people that work in this store. Im not sure if this is how all Publix are run but its not customer friendly in any way, maybe people here grew up in the NE and are used to being poorly treated in stores, I grew up in middle America and the Customer ALWAYS comes first there, and its upsetting to me to shop here.

Publix employees are the best. They will help you find items. They will run to the back to see if they have anything you need. Love Publix!
