This store is always nice to go to and clean. The print center has improved and the customer service is top notch. Even with COVID regulations it is great!

Went there this morning to get a desk and the associate that I encountered was snarky and rude. Asked for a price and was met with a sarcastic and rude comment. Admittedly I retaliated back and was rude in return. Still bought the desk anyways outta necessity still tho, wasnt expecting that this morning

One of the smaller Staples around. The service here has been pretty awesome and has been very consistent. The store has always been clean and well presented. The prices arent that bad here. Worth checking out if you are in need of office supplies and more!

Spent over 30 minutes trying to print a document. I’m technologically savvy, I had done it there before in less than 5. This shouldn’t have been an issue. The couple next to me asked the girl working the copy station for some help on the self-serve printer regarding one of the 3 print options. She told them she didn’t know how to help them. I called her over because the screen seemed to be frozen mid-process on my machine and again she had no idea how to help. Then the card reader froze. She was of no help at all, and instead of TRYING to help, she simply walked away without saying anything. So I left. I went back after I calmed down and managed to finish my process on the other machine. Customer service is below what one might hope for, you can spend an entire hour in Staples without even being acknowledged. One time I bought a laptop, and the guy who went to retrieve it for me just disappeared. Then instead of offering me a warranty on my new purchase he stamped it with a big “declined warranty” stamp, before he even offered me the option. Unfortunately, I’ll spend the extra money and buy a printer (definitely not at Staples though) saving myself the hassle in the future.

I thought they were nice...Tim was also very helpful at the front counter. His arm tattoo gives the store flair, and makes me feel more welcome.I also found things pretty easily...I just read the aisle signs. I thought thats what they were there for?

Ah Staples. Where do I begin? From the memories of when i was a small tadpole clutching my mothers big green guiding hard, leading me to and from the isles. Or from now, where that big green hand is mine, and I guide my own slime covered babies to the big cushy chairs. Service here is impeccable, and the staff act as if they are family to me and my little bugs. Their paper, i like to say,, ‘speaks to me’TM . You see, I used to buy my paper on amazon. But let me tell you. That phlimsy thin paper dose NO justice to those trees out there. Staples paper our herd feel warm in our heart. I am going to tell you a story. Ever Tuesday at sunset, we go up on our big hill over looking forests and fields. We take our big picnic blanket, some candles, our dinner, and a half ream of your paper, and create lasting memories. We all enjoy our meal as the sun goes down, and at the last ten minutes of the beautiful sunset, we fly our paper air plains off into the evening air. They sour in the evening kissed air and as the last beams of sunlight strike the sky, we watch our paper dance. That would never be possible without you. Thank you.

Good store to shop in. Copy center sucks. Dont have jobs ready on time. Understaffed so theres long waits at the counter. Worst of all they cant follow simple instructions, even when I give them a physical example of exactly what I want. This happens EVERY time I use the service. My projects are spiral. Puns volumes of printed pages. So far theyve forgotten to put on front or back covers, or both, have lost pages, bound the volumes on the right hand margin and with pages upside down. Probably have forgotten some others. Spend a lot of time in the store getting corrections of their errors, and they charge both for the mistake and for the do over. They dont seem to care.

The staff here works hard to do their best and are always willing to help me find anything. I often email plan sets to the copy dept. who has it ready for me when I get there. They simply make my life a lot simpler.

Nice store but extremely overpriced. They don’t price match, almost picked up some $9 glue adhesive, happy I checked online first, Staples price was higher than every other retailer by $5. The printer I originally went there to purchase was also $50 less on Amazon. Wish I could afford to support local businesses. It’s no wonder brick-and-mortar stores are disappearing they can’t /won’t compete.

Very disorganized cluttered store, hard to find stuff and then much of what we wanted was out of stock. Way too many pop up displays that you could not navigate a shopping cart down the aisles or around the corners. No one to be found anywhere to ask where things were. Seven people in line at the checkout, one register open. I will say the cashier was very personable pleasant and helpful in spite of handling all the customers by herself. Rather than drive all the way down there I will order on line.

The girls in the Copy Center were patient with my project, and fairly good with communication. However, at least one of the girls (Ashley) that works the front and/or customer service desk has no customer service skills - such as manners or courtesy - whats-so-ever. I had to call 4 times to finally be advised the associate in the Copy Center was busy. Ashley transferred me 3 times and someone picked up in the Copy Center, only to hang up on me. The fourth time I spoke with Ashley, I told her the call had been picked up and disconnected, her response: I dont know...Seriously, either screen your associates better or send them to training.

The ladies in the printing department are top notch! Quick and efficient.

I helped open this store in October of 2003. Assembled the shelving, set planograms, and overstocked furniture & office supplies. I worked with all types. Electronics and copy center/ups is probably the most annoying to work in. I learned my customer service skills here.

Recycled a printer and fax machine for a friend. Piece of cake - staff were friendly, helpful & efficient.

Great place, people and its my candy shop

This is an unusually good Staples. Customer service is always cheerful and professional.

If youre in need of any electronic supplies, go next door to Radio Shack where the prices are significantly lower and the staff is infinitely more knowledgeable and friendly.

Searching for printer and found several good options at reasonable prices

I came in to make a set of Christmas cards. The older man at the printer center didnt know how to help me pick the size and type of card i wanted. I had a Groupon coupon that stumped 2 people as to how we are to use it. I took over using the computer found what i wanted, waited so long for him to get back to me it disappeared. He kept waiting on people who came after me. The computer was super slow not loading up pictures kept glitching. People should really know there job and how to use the equipment and the equipment should be working properly in a business like this. It took a young man coming back from his lunch break to make the photos load he apologize but stated the computer was glitching, I would have to keep backing out to get the photos i needed to load and would loose any writing or customizing id done and have to do it again each time, but id get my photos. Over all i was there for almost 2 hours to fill some writing and pictures into one of your pre made Christmas cards. Not impressed

I like the store, but it takes SO LONG to get through the check-out that I will go somewhere else whenever possible!
