This review is for the Pharmacy! I went to get my second vaccine. The techs helped make sure I was able to get the paper work done correctly and efficiently. Receiving my vaccine was fast and easy. They also made sure to check in on me and they staff were super friendly!

I called the store on October 23 and asked to speak with a store manager. An associate transferred me to a phone which was never answered. She never came back on the line. I hung up and called again. The same person answered and again transferred me to a phone....again unanswered. I called several times afterwards only the associate refused to answer the phone. I wanted to file a complaint against the electronics dept. Manager where cellphones are purchased. At 7:30 that morning, he was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I ultimately had to call corporate headquarters to voice my concerns. There are certain front door greeters who obviously have no desire to greet certain customers because as soon as you walk through the door, they turn their backs to you and turn back around once you walk past. I turn around and notice this. I am going to ask for names in the future and report them accordingly as many times as necessary.

The employees for the most part where nice on this visit I didn’t encounter none of the previous employees that normally give us a hard time & everyone we passed wen I would ask for help was nice about besides the 1 girl in electronics I needed to get a charger & block out the cabinets & wen I asked her to help me she came over but never once answered any of my questions about the type of chargers I was asking about then she just walked off & took my stuff to the register & didn’t say come on follow me or anything so I followed behind her & she started ringing up someone else that had just walked up behind me even tho I was standing there to be checked out for my charger so I asked her to put it in 1 of the security boxes & I went to the front & checked out & the lady that checked me out was awesome she helped answer the questions the other girl failed to answer. The store was clean & there was new freight coming in but they were out stocking it as it was coming in nothing was seating in boxes on the floor like some stores, everything was pushed to the front where u could see it & for the most part everything was stocked besides a few things.

Drive through at the pharmacy does really be helpful. Good service.

With the crisis going on in the world, unfortunately, WalMart didnt have what I needed. Still a great store.

After traveling to Rockingham Walmart to get a particular couple of items, a equate facial micro roller and Maybelline brow tint pen, I asked a employee in the area they were posted as being in if she worked in cosmetics, she said no and continued to work.. a second gentleman who supposedly works the area did look briefly on a shelf and said got too many items… fortunately another employee helped me look and find both items… unfortunately I didn’t get her name.. she was white older lady with dark hair. I want to commend her for assisting me in finding what I was looking for with a smile… She is giving good customer service!!! Hopefully the manager will know the employee.. I was there 8/18/2021at 11 am.. Thank you!!!

As with any business youre gonna have a day where nothing you need is in stock. . Yepper nothing you need or want is in stock! I dont know if Ill ever be able to wrap my head around that! If something is selling good then reorder and order extra. Itll sell if not right then itll sale for sure eventually.. Yes this is a pet peave of mine. Ill never understand why inventory that isnt selling they always have plenty in stock. On the other hand a popular item that many people puchase on a regular basis its never in stock🙃 Im going to throw this out there Richmond County residents. If I was a betting manId say our locals plus a few from Scotland county would flip out if they couldnt go to Wally 🌍 World. On a serious note, Id like to say thanks Walmart bc you do have some reasonable prices.

Worst yet. Only 3 checkout lines open and each one had customers backed up into the clothing and other merchandise areas. But all the self-scans were open and many staffers were in there. Plenty of workers elsewhere too and when asked questions about where something was located, the answers were either I dont know or I dont work in this aisle and none offered to find someone who could. Walmart has ranked first in the Fortune 500 for the ninth year in a row, consecutively. Surely they should be able to properly staff their stores with salary and benefits.

They have everything you could possibly be looking for at a variable reasonable price. And if you cant find what you were looking for the associates are very willing and enjoy helping find exactly what you were looking for. So the customer service is absolutely amazing along with the cleanliness of the store.

Wal-Mart is just getting more gross by the week. This store had no door locks in the ladies room, the paper towels were so thin it took 4 to dry my hands, and only one sink worked. 1 register open with a person, and NONE of the self checkouts took or gave cash. I had to ask an employee for help, no one offered. It was well stocked and clean outside the bathroom though.

It’s a Walmart! Not necessarily the cheapest when you hey are there they only show in town. Why can’t they open more lanes or use the closed self checkout registers?

Walmart is the same no matter where you go its always got stuff lots of stuff to look at lots of stuff to buy lots of stuff to think about to buy lots of space to walk around and lots of places to social distance if you want it they got it food drink clothes electronics even a bathroom and a fit room if you need to try it on a go while youre here so I really enjoyed that because the Walmart in New York is not as close as it used to be so that gave me a chance to shop there thanks

Walmart has never disappointed me. I especially love the sale aisles. I am on limited budget and it helps.

They seemed to have fewer choices in the health and beauty section for facial skin care.

I love going to Walmart. But I especially love going to the one in Rockingham. They have such a huge variety to choose from.i can go in the store and shop for hours. Sometimes I think I walk down every isle. Each time I think I notice something new. What I love most is the variety of granaminal baby and toddler clothing. If you are a Wally World shopaholic you need to take a trip to Rockingham and if you are not you may become. It is not my local Walmart but I make a special trip sometimes. Support your local Walmart.

I love how I can get everything under the one roof

You know I called ahead for all my medications to be ready, so there would not be a wait time....When I got there I had to wait 20 minutes for my medications to be filled, after I had called at 10 oclock this morning and I went to pick them up at 2:30 this evening. If I could get my medications some where else I would go there ....

I really dont enjoy shopping there anymore. They really need to thoroughly clean this place. Trash is everywhere. When I opened the door to get some milk, there was a foul ordor of sour milk. At the bottom rack you could see old spilled milk on the floor. Also please smell the meat before you buy it.

They definitely need to keep up with stocking, and stop moving things (departments) around so much!!! And I know that were going through a pandemic, but those employees that are there working need to be in there station (area) Im ALWAYS lookin for someone in infants, and in hygiene!

Love pick-up so I dont have to go inside.

We have been using Walmart grocery pickup for about a year now. It has been the most helpful service throughout the pandemic. It is easy, convenient, helpful, touch free, and the staff are wonderful. I wish all shopping was this easy. And I cant praise the delivery staff enough. They always are smiling and take their time to make sure we are happy with the substitutions. I highly recommend this service.

Staff was professional and courteous. Trash all around the front of the store and in buggies was the only negative thing.

Went in there late Saturday night (before 8:30), could find any help in the electronics dept. Had to go back Sunday morning to get the cable I needed for my phone.

Excellentay as always. I am a huge fan of Walmart. They have good prices, and everything is pretty easy to find. This time the cashier we had was friendly and attentive and helped us to have a good experience.

Havent been to this store in years but they have made changes and its really nice. I always like to get my granny flowers for holidays and I found these cute ones in a jar for $10. Couldnt pass up on them. They now have the grocery pickup option and the lady at the front door was super sweet!

Unhappy with my grocery pick up service. My ordee has been delayed for over an hour. I try to call to see if I can get an estimate time as to when it will be ready and no one will answer the phone. Unprofessional. Whats upsetting is I have never had this issue before. Highly disappointed. Ill just shop FoodLion from now on.

Early this Sunday morning an associate named Kane set the tone for my day! He was super helpful, friendly, and informative! Thanks Kane! I swear thats a first going to ANY walmart Ive been in, but this was my first time in the Rockingham store! Yall are alright with me!

This Walmart is big and has plenty of room between the isles they usually have everything in stock only downfall is they have 20+ registers and only one open . I was buying a shotgun and the sell was pretty quick for Walmart just had to wait over a hour for a manager to walk me out with the firearm.

Large Garden Center. Lots of cashiers. Plants looked fresh.

I go there to buy my Monthly Supply of Cat Food and Other items of Interest . I usually get great Service if I cant find what I need .

No check out workers. Took our picture at self checkout- invasive. Child couldnt buy gum since self checkouts no longer take cash. Workers all sad. Customers angry. Time for Target.

One stop shopping. After a few times I could always find things I am shopping for. Could use a little happier enviroment. Otherwise a very reliable place to shop.

Use the dog tag maker which was beautiful to see my pup oreo to be excited about his new gift from mommy & dad !

Lines were backed up. Even tge self checkouts are backed up.

This particular WalMart has a bunch of employees working for a check,not interested in helping customers much and dont get me started on the lack of stock,since covid in a row a lack of 42ct., And the single selection isnt really a selection...bout over the attitude,the lack of stock and friendly associates are few and far betweeni hate going inside,but love the curbside when Im not waiting too long, roasting in the hot sun.only complaint on last curbside is the wait and no e-receiptWould have given inside a no star

No one in a quarter mile radius in the paint department. A couple of employees to run the 2 check out service areas. Walmarts customer service is getting poorer while the prices of merchandise is getting higher. So sad, but true!

What a filthy mess. Every aisle had items strewn all over the place, on the floors and the shelves looked like they closed their eyes and threw the goods on there. The only registers open were self-help scan and go and they were packed with people. What makes that even worse is, employees were standing around talking and not doing anything. Where is the management of this place? The only employee actually working was the one making sure you had a receipt on your way out. Ive never seen a store so poorly kept. I gave a whole star because half stars are not an option.

I dont like walmart but it provides jobs and will have my service till they bring ANY store to this area that provides all the same services.

They are always out of things some shelves will be empty for weeks. Service is polite.

If I could post a negative one I most definitely would. Why is it that they have 2 registers open that have cashiers. And all of the self checkouts are CARD ONLY. I mean dang they dont pay me and I sure dont get benefits why should I check myself out. Walmart needs to go back old school where they cared about their customers.

Shop here EVERYDAY. No issues, clean, some of the items that I shop for but out of stock. But no biggie! Its there the next day.

They have more items than most Walmarts, but dont expect nice or helpful employees or managers that care! Today an employee/mystery shopper, Bryan, held up the FAMILY/HANDICAP bathroom for almost 20 minutes. A bathroom he shouldnt even be using just to try and use the bathroom alone! Its rude to the the people who need it for its intended purpose.

I like walmart but when you run out of an item that was bought from there, most times when going back to replenish, its out of stock. It takes a while to come back in stock. Frustrating at times.

Lines to long and not enough cashers

The grocery pickup and drive through pharmacy, which are both located on the left side of the building when pulling in from the traffic light, have been fantastic to me. When I say fantastic I dont mean perfect, but any mistake has been quickly fixed by refund or fast and friendly service.

I never had bad exprience when I came to Wal-Mart. I got everything need and want. For example: I got videogames cheaper than the ones in gamestop. Another example was when I got a nice wooden desk for $40(some of their other desk are higher. Wal-Mart hasnt let me down yet!

Prices keep rising. Most times cannot find an employee that will help. If you do find one it is a miracle. Several do not want to work or help anyone. Walmart has gone down hill since Sams death.

Everything meats etc. Needto be stocked.

This Walmart super center I have to say was the best experience Ive had when shopping in any Walmart. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I guess Id go as far as to say it was like going to the little country store where everyone knows each other. Just a very pleasant experience. Im going to drive those extra miles to shop there. My local Walmart could get a few pointers from them. Thank you Rockingham Walmart super center for such a great experience shopping in your store. Job well done!

If your disabled i highly recommend going to another Walmart near you. If I can not check out with my helper in front of me helping scan stuff etc without being told to move my chair I am in the way of another register but three people already checked out from there had no issues until you told me to move so I moved and they had issues getting around me. I think Ill just stick to my home town Walmart or order whatever I need. We only had a few more things and we would have been out the way but since I moved it took a lot longer and someone hitting my chair(which is very expensive)to get done. When we got to the car I could hardly get in because someone parked on the do not park here lines. (Rockingham Walmart)

They have the door closest to the pharmacy locked, had to walk all the way around. The temperature in there warm, outside is around 90+, the coolers for the frozen food were dripping on the inside. My hair was wet from sweat as I was leaving, so happy to get out of there. If I have to start checking my own groceries, I will be going somewhere else!!, Where its probably cooler and I know my money will afford someone to check me out!!

There is a really hot lady that works the grocery pick up. Amazing eyes, beautiful smile, and a nice work effort. Sometimes I order stuff just to see her walk by. I have the biggest crush on her. Best wal mart ever!

The overall experience is very convenient and easy. My only issue was that when they load it into the car, they just throw it in there. Its a lack of consideration for the customer and their employer. The bags get thrown in there upside down so when you get home you have to re-bag the groceries. Now I believe this issue is reflective of each individual employee and not all employees as a whole. Again, the actual process is easy and very convenient.

Good quality products and helpful and friendly employees

The store is set up to only let so many in which is good. Employees are great about wearing their masks. But we arent going to go very often because there are too many people who arent wearing masks and who will not respect the 6 feet apart rule or social distancing. Walmart is such a big store that I guess its hard to limit the number of people, but until these suggestions are carried out better, we will only come for items we cant get anywhere else.
