Bit disappointed, went looking for Christmas items only to find that they only have the stock left over from last year and was informed by the cashier that they are not getting new stock.

Love shopping there for Christmas decorations, costume parties etc.

Terrible experience !!!! The staff were very unhelpful. Firstly, It took me SO long to find an assistant to help us & then she took SO long to go & check for what we required !!!The cashier was moody AS HELL.She was SO sulky & rude & made an issue with me for a simple thing as an exchange.My previous visit too .. similar experience.. VERY moody cashier.Seriously.. How much does it cost to smile & be polite ????Gosh I really dread visiting this shop & seeing the cashiers paw paw face !!!

Nice and affordable prices on the products. Tho the prices sometimes dont include vat till you go and pay, then its added on the total amount.

First time dealing with this company and experience is horrible. People seem like they dont want to work, they sign over the phone, giving the impression that they are not in the mood to assist and they dont read their email thoroughly.

If youre a bookworm like me but cant afford books from expensive bookstores, this is the place to go as the books are fairly priced and they have a very wide range of genres.

Fantastic shop for all your gifting and party needs. Baskets, boxes, wrapping paper, ribbons, cards, balloons, paper plates and serviettes, novelties for mothers day/fathers day, toys, teddy bears. They can even fill balloons with helium. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Love, love love it. Do not rush otherwise you are going to miss something. There are a lot of different things at very good prices. Lot of different cards and bags for different occasions e.g. birthday, baby showers.

The products and quality of the products is pretty low. Also, they do not allow any refunds, even for defective products. Finally, getting to their place is quite the chore because of the traffic, which even extends to weekends. If you can, go to a different wholesaler.

Books, books, books! The only place to go to stock up your and your kids home library or buy a gift that keeps giving: a book. Set aside at least 2 hours as there are thousands of titles - from the latest fiction and non-fiction to the classics. They also sell party supplies, gifting items and thousands of greeting cards. Dodgy area, but the parking is fenced, guarded and safe.

The sales lady was very helpful and friendly with big smiles and helped me find just what I needed. But the cashier was very moody and unprofessional. She slammed the card machine on the counter once I had paid. Not good. BUT 5 stars for the sales lady.

Love the books. My 12 yr old daughter is a book worm. Her highlight of a saturday is mac books. She has started a book worm page amongst her friends. Where they share the books. She even resells her books she has read and invest in new reading material. Hope they could open sundays once a mnt.Love the recipe books

The staff were unhelpful. The quality of the gift bags were terrible . I put a bottle of wine in the bag and it fell right through. I had to tape the bottom of the bags a few times and even then it didnt help as the sides of the bag then came undone.
