Steve was very helpful, they didnt have a part but he assured me theyd have it tomorrow (Saturday) he was very professional and showed great personal interest.

Family had a breakdown, luckily it was in town and the timing of us being out and about worked out great. Needed lugs to get the tire back on otherwise the vehicle is stranded in an empty parking lot. The only staff member available, I believe his name was Mike, was absolutely awful. He was not helpful in the slightest. Took nearly an hour to find what he said was the right set of lugs, but were in fact not the right ones. He was rude and unpleasant and three other customers actually walked out while we did our best to deal with him. I hope I remembered his name correctly, but if you find yourself here, keep an eye out for him and save yourself the trouble and stress of dealing with such terrible person.

I like that I don’t have to search the store for what I want and have a chance of getting parts nobody else has. The drawback is that you have to wait a while for anyone ahead of you. The first employee made decent attempts at matching my parts, but when asking the other employee for ideas, he was shrugged off. They didn’t have anything I was looking for. Not a single employee or other customers wore a mask either.

Their driver Jesse is pretty awesome always happy and smiling very good person. A++ 😁

These guys were amazing!! Stranded on the side of the road and they were the only ones to help and ensure that I had the correct part.

Called about a belt. Said they had it and I asked if they closed at 6, the guy Michael said yes I needed a specific size belt that they had. Showed up about 5:45 and they had shut down and I knocked on the door and he was visibly angry and said they were closed I told him I called about the belt and he said they shut down the registers already.

Always helpful friendly staff plus my AAA 10 percent discount makes shopping there that much better

This is the worst Napa I have ever been to. 1 person at counter. 5 people walking around. Not sure what those 5 people were doing. Phones ringing and they just ignore it. Napa Corp should take a look at this store. I have been to plenty Napa stores all over South Carolina. This place is a joke. Sorry, but true.

Horrible store! They dont honnor their tools warrantys. They told me that they are not a corporate store and there was nothing that they could do for me and was extremely rude while doing so. I will never go there again, instead I will go to a real store like Advanced auto parts
