Always friendly, helpful, and efficient. I wish I had more reasons to come give them business other than mailing packages, they’re just that great to deal with.

From the moment I went in a very professional, competent, and well-dressed sales associate helped me return my packages. He was excellent!

My husband and I were there when Sally J was there. Yes the clerk was helping her first. She brought like 8 bags full of gifts, unboxed. She wanted them to pack and ship all gifts for her (which we do realize is a service) and stated she was in a hurry. While her first package was processing through the system, the clerk took quick return packages from other customers. There were more and more customers coming in and he was trying to service quick ones and her at the same time...using the computer processing time to be efficient and help others instead of standing there. She did not like that, through a fit, took her packages and left. The clerk did nothing wrong and had great customer service.

I usually have the best customer service at this store but today it was the worst! The man was in the middle of helping me when another customer came in the store. He immediately started helping her. I told him that I was here first and since he started with me to please finish helping me. I had only 1 box! He said he was trying to satisfy all customers. I then said that he wasnt satisfying me so I left. Never have I ever experienced such awful customer service at this store! If I see him again, I will leave and go elsewhere.What Ann Westphal said about my experience is totally untrue! I brought in 1 box to be shipped. It was ready to go and needed nothing more other than to be weighed and for me to pay the shipping charge. I did not have multiple items as she said. I think she is confusing me with the other customer who did come in after me with multiple items. Since I had only 1 item and I was there first, thats why I complained about the customer service. Why not take care of the customer who was there first with 1 item then you can give your undivided attention to the second customer with multiple items? That makes perfect sense! Ben wouldve handled the situation differently. Hes the best!!
