Arrived 16:12. Pressed bell and immediately greeted by employee asking for my pickup numbers. Assigned a door immediately (door 7). Axles to the back and Dropped trailer at door 7 and waited bobtail by the fence as instructed. Loaded immediately and was out by 17:15. Easy. Wish they were all this efficient. Not sure what everyone is complaining about in other reviews.

No reason to say something bad, but nothing good as well.Driver sitting and not getting loaded. Could be better with a better communication. Management, please look closely at your service.

Terrible doesn’t begin to describe this place..arrived at 1510 for 1530 appt. pushed the green button for someone to come to cage Nothing... now 15:55 still nothing.... finally someone on a forklift comes up to cage ... oh that guy uhhh I’m not sure where he is. I may have to load you but it’s gonna be a while... no problem bud ... By the way does the light work??? Yeah is the answer.. Sooooooo ya think maybe to answer it and not let someone stand in your birdcage for half an hour check in??? No other trucks on location by the way only me. Never again .... typical rude inconsiderate NY bs

Delivery here bad attitude and long waiting

Nothing to complain about. In and out in 45 min.You have to sweep your trailer otherwise it is gonna be rejected.Broom and trash can are available.

IP is a great place to work and a safe place to work. Just went a year without a recordable. Good pay and like the people.

The personnel are good working and very strict, especially when your tandems are not pulled to the back They will not load you. Otherwise keep time

Shipping and receiving is around the side at the first stop sign

- Arrived 1hr early for my 3pm appointment, waited 15 minutes in the Shipping & Reciving Cage before I was approached and told to go to Dock 15.- Tho they require appointments reciving is first come first serve!- Waited 30 minutes by door 15 no one around to unload. Called the company was told receiver is backed up but hell come around just wait. Apperently theres only 1 loader for 15 docks here. Reciver came 7 minutes after the phone call. Unloading was very quick once started!- Drivers must slide tandems all the way back, disconnect red air line and hand over the truck keys to the reciver during unloading.- Overall Id say I was lucky, Seven Rolls of Paper delivery took one hour and half.

Shipping office at the back. Super slow, 4hrs to load.

I’ve been here countless times and never once has it taken under 2 hrs to get loaded, the usual is 2.5-3hrs regardless if the product I’m picking up is ready or not. It’s nice that these workers punch out and drive a short distance to get home to family. I however sit here at their dock for 3 hrs thanks to these inconsiderate shippers. Then drive 6 more hrs to try and hurry home just maybe to get to see my kids off to bed. With the ELDs it’s always a race against the clock but clearly who really cares.
