Usually good service but I have been shorted change multiple times now here, if it was just someone being slightly bad at math and missing a dollar or a few cents I wouldn’t mind but it’s been a few times now that I have been shorted 10+ with change. Usually when this happens it’s slightly busy with maybe a few customers in the store and the employees just try and rush you out the door so you leave with no receipt. Feels dishonest

This is the BEST Kwik Trip in Rochester. Get my coffee here every morning and everyone that works there is always in a happy friendly mood. Terrific customer service. If something is wrong they drop everything to help and fix to get you on your way fast. Truly the Best!

This is my “go-to” for gas and convenience items! The staff feel like friends. Please keep them safe! We appreciate the efforts of the store staff, your drivers, and the folks in the supply chain to continue to keep the necessities available in our neighborhood!

This particular Kwik Trip is now my favorite. Their coffee station is spotless and the people who work there are wonderful. I look forward to getting my morning iced latte there, especially on Mondays when it is $1. I have only seen this place swamped once, during finals for Century. There were a ton of students and teachers there but the lines went pretty fast. Keep up the good work!!

Best gas station chain in the country. In no small part for the tuition reimbursement, pay wage scale and employee profit sharing. Partly best coffee, soup, bread, chips, meat, eggs, milk, donuts and bakery, pizza, gas aint bad either. Stop in and discover what convenience can look like.

Friendly, competent staff and good service, although wait times at the checkouts can get a bit long at times. However, they are pretty good about opening extra registers when theres a crowd. Best prices on milk, butter, and other dairy items since Kwik Trip has its own creamery. Their ice cream is unimpressive but their new chocolate bars are pretty darn good! Good bakery with yummy (although spectacularly unhealthy) donuts, muffins, and cookies. Good coffee at a good price, with a great selection of both the coffee and add-ons like creamer and flavors. Fair market prices on gas, a good car wash, usually enough parking except when Century parents are using this place as a pick-up point after school. I really, REALLY hope the parents and students buy their gas and convenience store items here, to make up for the traffic jam they create, because the after-school traffic snarls are THE ONLY bad thing about this station and it is 100% NOT Kwik Trips fault.
