I w wrote a review about a month ago about how terrible their food was and their service. The owner argued with me about having yellow peppers on a torpedo sub even though they were on the label for the ingredients. Its funny how my review disappeared after a while never getting any contact or remark from the owner. It seems like they only allow the reviews that are beneficial to their business to be posted. This is this is not a real buscemis it should not be allowed to advertise their name and quality with the inferior products they sell.

I’m completely disgusted by the behavior of 2 gentleman working at this location around 6:30pm 4/10/21. I have mentioned every time I see them working when I come in that they have no masks on now i don’t want to wear one I hate it but it’s required it says so on the door! Why are the employees exempt from this. There is a huge rise in cases again and if you don’t want to wear it on your own time whatever. They are working at a business that requires it so they should be complying. The kid who told me he is the manager said he doesn’t care if I wear one or not. This not behavior or people who should be running a business. Don’t put mask required on door if you aren’t going to have your own employees follow the rules. The only gentleman who does is the sweet elderly man. One gut at leasts wears it but the tall larger kid and smaller kid don’t even pretend to care.

Fake breeze taste like burnt plastic wouldnt return it

Came here today to get some pizza, wanted a four slice combo with a drink paid for it then went to the counter to get my pizza, and the lady already had it boxed up. Im like I wanted to pick my four pieces and she said Im sorry but what you get is what you get! Well, Im sorry I paid for the pizza and I want to pick my four slices, she gave me four slices I didnt even want. Needless to say she was very rude and abrasive, I will never come back here again for gas or food. The lady that was rude is in the photo that I posted with the review, needless to say I got a refund and left

Amazing place! The best pizza ever. They just remodeled the place and it looks like it’s a whole new place! You will never see a better looking gas station! Come here and you will love it! Very kind staff!!! Therefore, I rate this place 5 stars. I would love to rate it 1000!!!

Best gas station & pizza yet. Very clean atmosphere and very friendly staff. Treats their customers with respect. I will most definitely be back!! Highly recommend.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! Best gas station in all of Rochester. The owner is extremely friendly and the young lady that serves the pizza is so sweet. The buscemis inside the gas station always has fresh pizza and is ALWAYS delicious. The greatest service, the greatest staff, and the GREATEST pizza. Love this place.

They try to overcharge you here. Be careful and keep watch of the numbers and your change.

This station owner should be made to be responsible and repair the site and equipment. This is a serious community hazard and I will not use them again even though I am a BP gas card customer. They should be required to take pride in the fact they are allowed to operate in our community. The lazy workers are never showing pride in their jobs.. the equipment is broken, the facility is disgusting and there is litter and piled up garbage everywhere - not to mention not a single recycling collection container - who tolerates the mess? Today it was 15 degrees out and I had to switch to 3 pumps to get one working. Complaining to the attendant was a joke - she didnt post signs on the pumps that are required by law when they are not working and just states the weather is making them act funny.. 2 pumps were not working due to missing nozzles - I explained that is not a weather condition - but still no signs. I reported a broken fixture to the owner back in October that is still laying where I notified them it was. The amount of single beers, wine and ecigarettes containing synthetic drugs for sale should be banned.. and the nuisance this station condones due to loitering and sales of alcohol should be legally their responsibility. They should be either removed or allow the owner a short time frame to repair - light and improve this site or vacate. I cannot believe the community tolerates this negative business entity to exist. Every other station in Rochester takes pride in their appearance.. just look at Marathon or Sunoco.

Never come here, or go inside before the afternoon when the owner arrives. I come here multiple times a week, and the times when Im unlucky enough to get here before the owner does are the worst. Every employee lives on their damn cellphone. I had to wait for the cashier to finish her text before she even acknowledged my presence and the things I placed on the counter. Then when she decides to put her phone down, she says nothing. Just rings everything in and gives me a total. I swear only the owner actually cares about this place.

This gas station is all around pretty average, with the exception that this is the first gas station that I have ever heard a Christian radio station playing.
