Service had always been great at West Herr, but especially on my last service appointment. They needed to keep my car longer than expected and Chris provided me with a loaner car. During that time, I had a family emergency out of town and Chris graciously allowed me to keep the loaner car to travel there, and when I returned, my car was all fixed up and ready to go! I had such a great experience! I dropped off my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited at 7AM when the repair shop opened and was first in line to drop off my vehicle. I was greeted by Michael who came right out to my vehicle and asked if I had an appointment which I did and what my issues were. He was very attentive to what I needed fixed and immediately asked when I needed the vehicle back by. I dropped my Jeep off at 7am and received a notification that everything was fixed by 10:30am same day! The staff here was extremely friendly and made the process very easy. Will definitely recommend and come back for any further needs on my vehicle!

Perfect experience from start to finish. I was in the middle of a lease with another car manufacturer and they were able to quickly see how much equity I had in the vehicle. Less than 24 hrs later I was driving a new minivan (best detailed new vehicle I’ve had) with $1500 in my pocket, Leonard and crew did all the heavy lifting.

The dealership was very busy but we were constantly checked in on so the wait never felt terrible. After going to about 6 different dealerships, West Herr treated us so good from the moment we walked in compared to where weve been. My wife and I worked with Jessica. We assumed in today’s market that it would be impossible to get another jeep. (Let alone at a reasonable price). Our lease was up the same month as our baby was due!!! Which made things even crazier. Nobody wants to do both. But Jessica made our lives extremely easy. I can’t stress it enough. We did 90% of the deal over the phone, and they even delivered the car right to our house. Everything was so easy and she answered all of our questions. We shopped at another jeep dealer for the last 4 vehicles we owned and we will never shop at any other dealer again. Jessica will always be my first call. To sum up our experience- EASY PEASY.

This dealership it a well oiled machine. From the moment i drove threw the large glass automated doors (me a first timer) was given priority treatment. The agent was polite and friendly, immediately showed me to a modern well stocked waiting area. my vechicle was well cared for and repaired in short order. He got me in and out in short order. My vehicles always get fixed correctly the first time. There’s no bringing vehicles back 2-3 times because issues remain. I’ve been treated fairly and know that this dealership isn’t trying to up-sell me with unneeded repairs. Jerry tells me what I need and counsels on potential issues that may need attention in the future. As a JEEP owner, this is the only dealership I will let work on my vehicle. They did very good work on my jeep everything g seems to be working correct. I had issue with steering apparently was all ready started at purchase. They fixed the problem once I actually knew it was there and took in. It steers better then when I bought it. Id recommend to any one. Very great customer service. Only thing could have been better discussing work and price before doing . Its a dealer though so higher end price to be expected. They even worked with my warranty company to reduce bill as much as possible. Thanks again over all 5 stars.

I bought a 2017 Jeep Renegade back in March. I recently had some radio issues and my Jeep was running sluggish. This was the best experience I have EVER had with a car dealership. Mike was incredibly professional and got me exactly what I wanted. I could not recommend him more. Great guy and great place.

I called to make an appoint to test drive 3 vehicles and the person that answered the phone was rude, I felt rushed, and he made me feel that I was wasting his time.When I met with the dealer that I was assigned to, he questioned whether I could afford the vehicle I wanted without even knowing anything about my finances. He immediately shot down leasing and said its not a good time to lease, and wanted to talk about financing right away. Then he followed up our test drives with saying my car payment would be about $800.00 a month (which doesnt make any sense unless he is assuming that my credit and interest rates would be horrible) without know how much money we would put down or without asking if weve even looked for our own financing. He even gave me a used vehicle instead of a new one to test drive because he said it would be cheaper. Personally, Im not paying over $50,000 for a used truck that has over 50,000 miles on it when I could get a new one for $8,000 more. This is the 2nd time Ive come here and both times Ive never felt taken care of or valued. I dont think he wanted to sell me a car. I will not be returning to this dealership to buy. I will leave you with knowing that I think their service center is great and friendly! The sales department.. not so much.

It takes a bit of time, even in the Fasttrack lane, but the service is always done correctly and as planned. Although busy, the service managers are thorough and friendly. I was driving through Rochester, NY for a work related reason. My Jeep started driving funny and I was pretty sure it was a fuel injector, I happen to be right near a West Herr Jeep dealership and pulled in. They were very busy and I obviously didnt have an appointment and wasnt from the area. They couldnt schedule me an appointment for a week. But if I could leave it they would be able to take a look between vehicles within a couple days. Basically stranded, or would have been. I figured I would rent a car, Sean could tell I was stressed, and right away said they would take care of rental car arrangements at a much lower rate than I would find. Told me to have a seat in the waiting room. Less than 30 minutes later he wakes in with a gentleman from Hertz who was dropping off a rental for me, he just asked for my license and a card for a small deposit, handed me the keys. I assumed Id be getting the equivalent of a smart car size. It was a Ford Edge, same size as my Jeep. Got a phone call a day later with what was wrong and they could have it fixed in 2 days, called for my total which was only slightly more than my estimate, which was fine especially when I realized that was including my rental which I expected to be a MUCH larger bill. They took care of paying Hertz directly so I didnt need to worry about it and left the rental with the dealership. They did all this without knowing that I had bought the Jeep from West Herr in Buffalo. The girl at the desk when I picked up as also very friendly and had everything waiting for me to be on my way.

After my vehicle was stolen the collision center at West Herr was so kind. Especially, I think his name was Charles…after not being able to get a rental he made a few calls and made sure I had one while they worked on my car. They dealt with GEICO insurance directly and made me feel taken care of!

Have a 2020 Jeep renegade. Took it in for its first oil change. They never lubed the gasket on the filter. They tightened the oil filter it so tight that it broke my snapon oil filter socket (80$) to try and get the filter loose. I had to beat a screwdriver into the filter to get off, that didnt work so I than had to resort to chiseling the ring off of the housing. Never bring vehicle here for oil changes, they are careless and inconsiderate. Very rude in the service department as well. The first oil change they did was supposed to be free but they tried to charge $100. All around bad experience.

As a service business, we have several pro master vans (7) and have had several problems with them. All have been purchased at this dealership, and warranties getting honored always come with a struggle, or just a hard decline. Today a van under warranty lost a transmission and we couldn’t even get a call back from the service department. We called another dodge dealer, further away, and they towed the vehicle in at no charge, and is promptly handling the repair fully under warranty. I can tell you very easily who will be getting all of our future van purchases, not West Herr.

Quick in and out service with my booked appointment. My first time using the service department for my new leased vehicle. Full synthetic oil change with a tire rotation, fluid check, tire depth report, and brake pad check all for less than $100. Not a terrible price for all thats included. I was in and out in less than an hour and the waiting area was setup well for limited interaction with other customers. Bathroom were clean as were the customer areas.

What a terrible experience. Numbers that were already agreed upon were left out. They tried to confuse me with the numerous rebates and coupons. And then to be argued with when it was very simple math made my decision to buy elsewhere that much easier. When I cancelled the deal, I was not offered an apology. Just a bad attitude and a prompt hang up of the phone. West Herr Presidents Club salesman-what a joke! I will not be shopping at West Herr for my next vehicle.

Great sales team and management! The service department could use some fine tuning. I purchased a 2017 Explorer and within a week of my ownership I had a couple of issues. The battery would not hold a charge and needed to be replaced. The service department told me it replaced the battery with a new one. When I opened the hood to inspect it I noticed a born on sticker of 8/18. Then I was told I would have to use my extended warranty for the other problem and they would waive my deductible. That caught me off guard because I just bought this vehicle 8 days ago. I understand it’s a used vehicle but when things work during the test drive and then they stop days after. After some back and forth with the service department and the service manager everything was taken care. A loner vehicle was made available to me, until the repairs were done. There is a lack of customer interaction when you pull into the service area.

Parts/Sales have been perfect over the years - parts come next day most of the time. Service department could use work -9/9/2020 Pretty messy picking up my Hellcat. Had no clue if I was the owner. Nothing in the system. - Was about to get the registration out of the car when another service member searched through files again and found the vehicle under a wrong name? Tried to charge $140 for a recall when told over the phone there was no charges prior to pickup. Legally you cant charge the customer for a recall. Lack of communication. Did not end up charging in the end after explaining the situation.As for the V86 recall with new downpipes/o2 sensors car was smoking very bad first start up - Got a bit better after 15 miles but in cabin fumes/smoke is quite noticeable and not acceptable. Still quite a bit of smoke coming from rear of engine too. Gut feeling is the new cats breaking in..seems odd though. Its being sent to a specialty HEMI shop tomorrow 9/10/2020 for work as a coincidence -> Will update if normal or damaged during recall.Edit: Update. They left all stickers on the replacement exhaust components causing burning/heavy white smoke.

The Salesman, Mike Huynh was excellent in finding exactly what I wanted and was able to get me a payment in the range I asked him to. My new Renegade Trailhawk is awesome to drive and is surprisingly comfortable and has a lot of power when you want it. Very satisfied with the service at West Herr and the vehicle!

Jerry in their service department was super thorough diagnosing and repairing the high AC temperature on my 19 Ram. They kept my informed at each step of the diagnosis and repair. Pickup was quick and easy.

Two things I was hoping to take care of couldnt be done. The EPA wont let the Dealer disable a start/stop feature that has been off for 4 years. And paint bubbling cant be repaired until some minor scratches in that door panel are rubbed out. THEN they can repaint the whole panel. Frustrating!

Salesman Shawn was great. No pressure. Just told me what they had. Even explained competitions add. Couldnt ask for more.

Service was great and timely considering issues related to the check engine light staying on. The service rep also kept me updated with progress and diagnosis of issues related to check engine light.

Christopher is the best service advisor I’ve worked with in West Herr. I’ve had problems that had to do with sales and he worked his butt off until it was corrected even though he wasn’t responsible for the mistake the sales department did. I recommend working with him.
