Wanted to give 4.5 stars. Was easy to get an appointment and Chelsea made it very easy and comfortable to talk and find a car we liked. They didn’t have the color I wanted but quickly located one and I took delivery in 3 days time. Only reason not 5 stars is because paperwork wasn’t ready when we got there and we had to wait quite a while for them to finish it up.

I’ve never had an easier car buying experience. Felicia was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. I think it took me all of 30 minutes to lease the Telluride I wanted and I picked it up the next day. She also made sure to email me 5 days later to check in and see if I needed anything. I have been dealing with Kia Dorschel for about 10 years now. After my first experience trying to buy a New car because my current car could not be fixed at a reasonable cost, and it was 10 years old. I went to another dealership that would not tell me the cost of the car just that my payments were where I wanted them to be. They would not tell me my interest rate etc. So I went to Dorschel and met with Scot Kell-Murphy. He was very courteous and took time with me. There was no haggling back and forth, no let me talk to my manager game. The price on the car is the price on the car. Scott never has pressured me just gives me the facts and figures. He doesnt call a million times to get you to come back he lets you go home think about it and tells you to call him if you have any other questions. I must have contacted him by phone and email over a dozen times and every time he was polite and never sounded annoyed. I would never shop anywhere else for a car again.

What started as a possible turned into a quick reality. Looking online at deals and available used cars, I was contacted by Anna and told that I would be contacted to schedule a test drive and meeting. Art Chase was the first person that I met with, that saw me through the majority of the buying process. Bought our brand new Kia Soul from Dorschel last year. The AC stopped working here in mid-June and our first call to the warranty department went to voicemail, and after 2 days we recieved no call back. I then call the service department directly to just get the car in and looked at only to be told they cant get it in until OCTOBER. When I asked what im supposed to do with do with a brand new car without AC during the summer their response was everyone has problems.So if youre wondering if Dorschel stands behind their products the answer is if we get to it

I was uncomfortable signing off on the PDI before the items on the list were checked off by the service person.2. ...which lead to the gas tank not being full upon delivery. Luckily I noticed the fuel gauge before leaving the lot--fortunately Dorschel has their own gas pump out back.Wouldve rated 5 stars except for the issues noted above.

I hate the whole car-buying experience. On top of that, I live in Buffalo, so I gave a lot of thought to going to Rochester to look at a vehicle. Everything looked good online, so I called. The person I spoke to (Anna?), who was very pleasant and professional, told me a salesperson would call to set up an appointment. Shane Price called later that day, and we arranged for me to see the vehicle (2017 Kia Soul). Let me keep this short and say that every part of the transaction with Shane -- arranging the test drive, discussing financing, evaluating my trade-in, coordinating pickup the next day -- was as pleasant and professional as I could hope for, and without any pressure or nonsense. I cant recommend Shane too highly! I expect to get several years out of the Kia, but when I need to buy again, I think Id start by checking in with Shane -- in spite of the 75 mile drive!

Let me preface my review, I went to Dorschel Kia at 6 PM on the last day of the month, the dealership closes at 8. For anyone who doesnt work with sales reps, this is the craziest time for them as they try to complete sales by close of business.Positive Feedback:Felicia my sales rep was great and very helpful throughout the whole process of leasing my car. She was very professional and a joy to work with.I didnt need to jump through many hoops to get to the test drive. I was looking for as basic of a car as possible, Im weary of many modern features.Negative Feedback:I dont have anything overly negative to say, just some nitpicks.The show floor for the most part is clean and neat. Some of the signage was old and sun faded, and an empty desk was being used as a catch-all.The design of the building made the show room feel a tad on the dark side and a little cramped. The parking lot is awkward and there wasnt many spots for customers.When we initially arrived all the reps were busy and we came back around 6. It just couldve been how late it was, but, I didnt get and information on the service schedule. The owners manual does have the information.Conclusion:I would definitely recommend Dorschel Kia they gave me a fair deal and were easy to work with.

False advertisement they’re advertising a $25 gift card to come in and test drive cars I was looking at a 2016 Kia soul EV when I called to set the appointment up they told me that is only at the Toyota store and only for new vehicles when I read the terms of service of that deal it did not disclose anything being for the specific store and or a specific vehicle now the vehicle was being sold by the Toyota store and there was nothing specific for classification on the vehicle so I could be new or used it’s not specific and now nobody will return my phone call because that is false advertisement

Dorschel Kia is without a doubt the best dealer I have done business with in my 50+ years of buying or leasing cars. The last two cars my wife and I have leased have been from Dorschel. On both occasions we dealt with Sales Consultant, Chris Stelter who is great. He is professional, friendly, and product knowledgeable. He is simply a joy to do business with.
