The salesman had an excellent friendly behavior. He brought me many shoes to try so I could find the most comfortable and nice pairs. I enjoyed the shopping. A positive great atmosphere.

Not only did he register that my foot is in pain and provided me with a proper fitting, he asked me how my day had been so far! Everyone can use kindness!

I recently stopped into the store to purchase a pair of shoes as a gift for my friend. As I was browsing a skinny kid with glasses asked me if I needed help with anything. I informed him that i was just looking and would let him know if i needed his assistance. As I continued to look around he approached me again and asked the same question. I told him once more I was good and did not need any help. this occurred a third time before i told the guy, listen man, I dont need your help I will let you know if I need anything. He then proceeded to call me very inappropriate names along with fowl language. He used racial insults as well. Im very disappointed with how i was treated and will NEVER be shopping with trade home again.

This is interesting because I read the most recent review and I myself had a similar situation with an employee by the name of shane that matches the description of the previous review which I read. I was interested in a pair of running shoes I had come across in the store and asked the employee in the store how much they cost because there was no price tag. The guy straight up ignored me and kept playing on his phone which is what he was doing when I entered the store. So i brought the shoes to the counter and asked again...I was a little frustrated and maybe it came off slightly in my tone when i asked a second time. He looked up at me and told me to get the **** out of the store. The most unprofessional employee Ive ever encountered in a retail store in my life. Defiantly will not be going back there any time soon.

This store never came to mind, but after two visits with exceptional service from very knowledgeable employees who care, I will stop in there first and highly recommend them to friends and family. They are a bit expensive, but I factor their customer service into the cost of the products-- their products are fantastic anyway, so you definitely get your moneys worth when shopping at Tradehome.

I just went in today to replace a pair of Birkenstocks I have had for at least 6 years, which were very worn out. As soon as I got to the store, an associate named Romeo immediately said wow, you really havent taken good care of these and continually made comments about how worn out and gross they looked, when all I wanted was to get a new pair and get out without all the snarky commentary. I got to the register and he and his coworker even went so far as to show my old pair to another customer to warn her to buy extra stuff to take care of her new pair. I felt extremely humiliated because these employees made a spectacle out of me. News flash, Romeo (this is coming from a former retail worker): dont you ever dare make these sorts of comments towards your customers, and ESPECIALLY not in front of everyone if you want to keep your job. Never going here again.

Its hard to find a store like this anymore where the sales people are knowledgeable and helpful. Some stores you cant even find someone to take your money. I like the quality brands and service.

So after writing my review received this message from the rude arrogant employee from trade home. This just goes to prove my point. They need to fire this kid and get someone who can respect people in the store. Hope the corporate office sees this.
