- No Overnight Parking.- Receiving in the back of the building.- Arrived 30 minutes early and got a dock door right away.- Dock red/green lights dont work, always red. Have to go to the receiving office and check. Once unloaded your signed BOL will be sitting in the receiving office window.- Unloaded in 1hr.

Arrive 30 min before appointment and dont start till 1.5 hr later. Only 1 other truck here. They work dropped trailers instead of trucks.

No problems getting unloaded.. Waited over 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. This post is for forklift worker when looking through locked door with bell for assistance I could hear you clearly my freight helps pay for your salary..

The key at this reciever is to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before appointment. Its usually 45 to 60 minutes to unload.

Drive all night in bad weather to be told we can’t unload you at the time you are supposed to be unloaded

Appointment times matter, I try to show 30min early because you wait at the window for awhile. I showed a day early once and they let me sit for 4 hours but unloaded me, they could have told me to come back the next day.

Made a delivery of polar products to their warehouse, no problems

Receiving hours 8-3 they wont take you earlier than 1 hour before your appointment time. They usually get you unloaded in under 1 hour!
