The Dewey Ave location has a lot of items. Youre very likely to find what youd like, minus any customer service and cleanliness. No one greeted me in the morning. I spent a lot of time looking at items I wasnt sure of with no assistance. I didnt ask for assistance because I wasnt greeted in the first place and didnt want to be a bother. Even when I eventually took everything up to cash out, no one gave a greeting until I did.To be fair there could be several reasons for why there was a lack of customer service, none of which have to do with me. Life happens and I am not gonna shame someone for not going above and beyond if it was a bad moment in their day. However, the bare minimum customer service was delivered. For someone who appreciates customer service so much (especially the non-fkae, genuinely care kind), this made me give it a three star.Really wish the building was better to look at inside. More traffic inside might help, but no one might wanna go back without decent customer service. The store has what it has and you might find a product that works. It serves its purpose. Really hope to see this improve.

I went here for dry scalp product and the young Lady that was behind the counter was very Customer Friendly and very knowledgeable of Her store inventory and where everything is stocked.I was in and out the store Thanks too this Beautiful Employee and they have just about everything too do with hair products.

Now this place has just about everything that youre looking for. If you are looking to attend a celebration and want to look your best this is the place. Customer service and management is pretty good not bad at all.

My experience at the store was awesome. I love going to the Dewey Ave store most of the girls are friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone to go to this location. If your not sure of what you want or need there are two licensed hairstylists at the store to help you with all your needs. Awesome store!

Smaller than Chili location, but the young lady at the cash register was polite and nice

The customer service is poor. The girls will literally talk among themselves behind the counters without bothering to ask if you need assistance. They are very unprofessional. Good thing I know hair and makeup. Just saying for other customers who really need help.
