The banana pudding is delicious. I have tried several items, including cookies, brownies, and doughnuts and have always liked what Ive had. The prices are very fair, staff is helpful and friendly. They offer some vegan and gluten free options too.

This is a cute bakery. They have delicious cupcakes, and the bagel sandwiches were really good too. I happened to go on a day when they had free coffee, so that was a plus. My kids love going here to pick out a treat as well.

Completely appalled. My wife ordered vegan dairy free cup cakes specifically for someone who has a severe allergy to dairy. She spoke to someone on the phone, and specifically told them her needs. They did not do what they told her they would do. I had a young child leave on a emergency because of a severe allergic reaction he had 2 minutes after he ate the cup cake. What a piss poor excuse of a bakery. A kid could of got seriously hurt or possibly died from this negligence. Food for thought if your advertising about vegan friendly dairy free foods do it and do it right. No cross contamination, use separate pans, use have new gloves, etc etc.

There are many varieties of cupcakes and coffees to try . I got to taste 5 types of cupcakes. In love with the place and its is so cozy and employees are very friendly. I will visit again😍

Fabulous selection of cupcakes: regular and mini sizes. Plus, donuts galore, bagels, cookies, sandwiches, ice cream. Even puppy cupcakes. Small tables and bar seating along the windows for safe dine-in. I bought 30 assorted mini cupcakes for my event tonight. They look delicious!

Cupcake Station did an AMAZING job on the cupcakes for my wedding. They were 100% vegan, per my request. They have an incredible vegan selection, and they displayed them beautifully. We received compliments from so many guests (vegan and non-vegan) on how delicious and beautiful they were.

We stopped in here for a light dessert after dinner. We opted for a mini carrot cake cupcake & a chocolate covered cheesecake bomb. Both were good & we sat out in front to do some people watching while we ate. Prices were reasonable & the treats were fresh & moist. No complaints.

My mom saw this place on tiktok for gluten sensitive desserts. The GF donuts are not the same as a normal donut, but it’s the closest thing you’ll get to a donut in the celiac world! Also offered GF cupcakes in mini and normal size. Chocolate buttercream is way better than the vanilla, but would definitely go back when in town

So I stopped by this location expecting to see the cupcake station.... and quickly found out It has been renamed and transformed to Bakehouse 46.This place is fantastic. They have a neatly decorated and refreshed variety of custom cupcake concoctions and cookie/brownie desserts that are sure to over satisfy your expectations. I then noticed they also had authentic cider mill donuts and candy apples.I will be back soon!!!

I had to rate this place a 4, because it is just what I expected from a Rochester bakehouse, that is, good, but expensive. I purchased 3 cupcakes for nearly $12.00, and they were fresh and tasty. I have yet to try their bagel sandwiches but will let you know when I do

Kids working here are insane. They dont understand if an individual is an actual customer or a door dash person. When I went to place my order and requested to separate cupcakes and doughnuts in 2 bags. Instantaneously I was asked if it was for door dash. Funny. I would never go here again. I would rather drive to cupcake station at Plymouth downtown.

I should have picked up the day of but I picked up the day before. Did not taste fresh after overnight in the fridge. For over $4+ per cupcake youd think less than 24 hrs later, there should not have been such a difference.

We did cupcakes from here for my 100% vegan wedding. They have a very elaborate custom vegan cupcake menu to choose from, and they were a big hit for all of the guests. My only regret from my wedding day is not eating more cupcakes.

We didnt purchase anything to eat. My daughter had to use restroom really bad. But I frequently come in and purchase treats,right now I gotta behave since all the treats I want to eat.lol

I paid for the order and even made an extra purchase (totaled around $140). Yesterday I go to the Rochester cupcake station and overhear the building will be renovated. I asked the person waiting on me (an older female) if my order will still be fulfilled.I give her my name and am told they have no orders. I explain what I ordered, I show that I paid for the order, including the posted transaction from the account/card I used, and what day I paid for it. Several times I tell her it was ordered on July 23rd, 2020.She asked if I had the order form/receipt, I said not on me but I can try to find the receipt. She tells me that I need to do some “investigative work” and see if I can find the receipt. I leave my number and she says she’ll look and try to find the transaction. She says that she’ll see what she can do if I can’t find the receipt and laughs when I angrily say “it’s only money right?”I receive a call and am told she found the transaction but it was made... July 23, 2020 not June 23rd. When I tell her that’s what I said I am told that because of the masks it makes it difficult to hear. She says she can refund the amount of the order to my card. I give her my card and she says it’s not the right card (it’s the only card I have for that account).I told her I found the receipt and I give her the order number and she says that’s the same number she has in front of her. I told her the receipt shows the last 4 numbers of the card I just read off to her and... that’s the card on the order!! I’m given a half-hearted “I apologize” and am told I can place an order with the Birmingham cupcake station (I think it may be Ferndale?) If I would like.It pains me to write this because a few years ago we used this same location for our wedding cupcake order (paying a good chunk of money for the order). The cupcakes are great but poor customer service makes even the best food taste awful.Each time we have had interaction with this particular worker we get an attitude and the feeling we are putting her out. Thank goodness I entered the building when I did because I never would have been notified and would have been scrambling for what to do for the birthday party.

$25 for 2 stale doughnuts and 4 hard and crumbly cupcakes but they looked so delicious..... So disappointing.

I think they know me by name and favourite cupcakes! I love the owner and the friendly staff! The cupcakes are always amazing and the place is always clean and inviting. They also stay open late, which is super helpful when you have a hankering late at night! They also make an amazing vegan cupcake:) I highly recommend getting one of each cupcake! Its always fun to come in to try the new monthly flavours.

OK. The beautiful blonde lady made me cry HARD. I also work in Rochester, and love coming here, as well as going to chomp, across the street. I stopped in, just a little bit ago, because I really wanted some vegan cupcakes. I had an absolutely horrible day of people coming at me for the rules that all the stores have to set forth for Covid. I literally went in to get some vegan cupcakes before going across the street to pick up our dinner. She was so kind. Upon hearing what I had to deal with today, she really took care of me. I was literally reduced to tears because of her kindness. I tried so hard to choke them back and leave with my delicious cupcakes, but I couldn’t speak. All I could do is cry and say thank you. You might think this is little. Like, winning $1 million would probably reduce you to tears of happiness. Maybe some nice jewelry. But no. It was day old vegan cupcakes and her kindness. This is what the world needs more of. I was so taken aback that I didn’t get her name. But the times that I have been in there, she has typically rung me up. She is a gem. Everybody needs to be kinder to the people that work in stores. She was so kind to me, today. Thank you... I appreciate you!

Monster cookies were dry. In addition, they are about half the size of the former monster cookies by the Cupcake Station.

We used the Rochester location for a small cake to cut and mini cupcakes in multiple flavors. They did a great job on our cake, it was beautiful! They even worked out a custom filling flavor that we had requested. Everything was fresh and tasted very good. We had everything delivered and they arrived right on time. No complaints and would use again!

Experience an actual baked good. With everything frozen and defrosted at groceries. I had forgotten what actually baked taste like. The quality is there. I do not mind the expense because it is a work of art and the passion of employees is uplifting.

We just stopped in to try these cupcakes for the first time. Mid-afternoon many flavors are sold out, but I still was able to get a half dozen cupcake variety for the 4th. My daughter and I each tried one there and oh my! I had Party Time—best buttercream frosting and moist cake combo I have had! My daughter had the peanut butter chocolate which was equally delicious. The reviews are on point. We will make the trip downtown for these again!
