Did a great repair with the brakes.

Upon verbal recommendation of a friend, I took my car here and had the exhaust line replaced. (front pipe with converter, downstream 02 sensor, gaskets, and hardware) I first took the car to my regular shop and the estimate seemed like predatory pricing. It was. Turning Leaf gave me different options and their associated prices. They communicated thoroughly and in a timely fashion. Brian and Adrienne were polite and professional. My repairs were nearly HALF the cost of what I was quoted elsewhere. I feel secure with an honest and competent garage. And guess who is my regular shop now? I wont ever take my car anywhere but Turning Leaf again.

New to Roc and needed a shop. They were recommended to me by a fellow subaru lover. They charged me half the quote of other shops to do struts. All car work is expensive everywhere, but I think their rates are good and they finished it faster than what they quoted me for. They made recommendations for future repairs which I like. Any professional should keep their eyes open for other problems.The receptionist was notably awesome. Super nice, super helpful, and it makes you feel good about going there to work with them.Going there to drop my car off for the first time was a bit weird. Not super easy to find it if youre not familiar with it. Couldnt find much for signage and its connected to a larger garage that handles truck repair. A huge dark lot with tons of semis in the middle of the night felt a bit weird. Just look for the sign at the end of the building.

Wont let anyone else touch my cars. No BS, honest mechanics. Wish there was a 6th star I could give them.

This is my favorite auto shop in Rochester. The folks that work here are just passionate about cars. They are also incredibly kind.Brian is the most approachable and honest mechanic Ive ever interacted with. Hes willing to work with his clients to find the right solution for their car and their budget.DO NOT go here trying to haggle, they are already trying to give you the best deal for your options. These guys are very up front and honest with their clients.The shop isnt flashy, but youre guaranteed that the work is done right.

Thought I had a major issue with my car and was concerned about safety. Brian and Brad patiently listened to my description of what I was experiencing. One hour later, Brian explained the issue had me test drive to ensure I was happy. Very reasonable cost and I was on my way. I will recommend Turning Leaf without hesitation!

I can not recommend Brian and his staff enough! My extended family has taken their vehicles to this shop over the past two years and we have always driven away with quality work at significantly below the going market rate for labor. He seems to find reasonably priced parts as well, leading to cost savings and a really easy-going experience.Small shop so give them a little bit of a heads up, but theyre also usually willing to squeeze people in if necessary.Use Turning leaf! Youll be recommending them to others as well.

Bri is a great guy. Hes easy to work with, honest and offers competitive pricing. Hes also patient if your the kind who asks a lot of questions, like me.

Small place but took care of my car in a timely manner and at a good price. If you are going to them the first time be aware that they are on the side of a warehouse building without much signage.

Took my car in for a preventative checkup. I was shocked by how low the price was, compared to many other places for a checkup. They were very open about what they found out wrong, told me what the timeline should be on when I should think about getting it fixed, and were happy to send me on my way with the knowledge that there were some things which should get touched up within the next year..

Brought my car here for an inspection and to fix my heating. Told them that I thought it was the engine block but got a call twenty minutes later saying that it was just a broken valve. What I thought was going to be a very expensive repair was only $7. Fully trust this team and would recommend them to everybody!!

I recently had the clutch on my 08 Subaru Impreza WRX fixed here even though I live out in Buffalo. He came highly recommended from several of my friends as being an expert tech, especially with Subarus and being very reasonable with price.My friends were 100% rights. It was absolutely worth the drive to the ROC and best of all he literally came in 100s cheaper than anyone else and did a clutch change in 4 hrs! 5 Star, you earned it!
