We purchased a vehicle from David Hoffman and it was shipped to us a few states away.To our dismay one of the tail lights was broken. Not only did David Hoffman replace the tail light, he did so immediately without question by shipping us a new replacement.The measure of a business is how they react when an issue occurs. Hoffman Auto is superlative and I would have no qualms about buying there again

They have become extremely cocky and arrogant since they have expanded again. The owner admitted right out of his mouth that they only fix what they need to fix so the car can pass inspection. The tire pressure sensor light came on...fine..then the car started stalling the same day I got it and the check engine light came on. When we took it back for repair..the owner refused to guarantee that they would fix the engine issue and when I started questioning why and expressed concern of not wanting to end up with a serious engine problem....they went outside and took the plates off the car and said they were canceling the deal!

My door handle broke within a month of me having the car. I called and complained about it. Instead of calling me back they blocked my number. My number has been blocked for months . I used someone elses phone and got through within 2 rings. Complained about door handle and being blocked. She told me to call from my number and played some bluff ringing noise like it was me calling when I hadnt even dialled out yet... Any, she tried to convince me Im under a 30 fay warranty when Im clearly paying and extra for 1200 a 12 month warranty. Basically brushed me off and said theyll call me back. I highly doubt it. Go elsewhere. Save yourself the headaches. Selfish people

Where do I start? Let’s start with Junior. You couldn’t ask for a nicer salesman if you tried. The whole team at Hoffman are kind. Even when there was problems with the car. They fixed it. They don’t drive these cars every day like we do they don’t know all the little things that are wrong. I simply called him up and brought it back and it was fixed. No questions asked. Amazing service department. Whenever I have to bring in my car for an oil change, Always kind words. I saw Junior get verbally abused by some woman. He simply said ma’am I’ll be with you in a second and I’m really sorry for whatever you’re experiencing now I will take care of you. She continued to yell at him. He was kind to him back and said really just one minute I will take care of you you will be my priority just like this person is My priority right now.i do promotes to give you my full attention. He did!! Mike made paperwork so easy. Thank you all.

I bought a car there a couple months ago and when we brought it home within the first week the Tire Pressure Light came on. I checked the air in it and have them (Hoffman Auto Sales) look at it, they said they were going to fix it and when we brought the car in they, called us later and told us it was fixed which was a lie because the same problem occurred, we brought the car there a total of 4 times and they lie to us saying they fixed it. The last time (4th) we brought it there they ended up switching the front passenger tire with the rear driver side tire. They are unprofessional, liars and terrible business people. I would never recommend anyone there and to stay away from these crooks.

Hoffmans is the most unprofessional horrible place you can ever go to to get a car from save yourself the headache and hassle by not going to them they sell horrible cars and refuse to fix them Properly cause they sold me a car with a broken engine and then took my for warranty to cover it so any other issue that went wrong with my vehicle I was unable to get fixed due to them selling me a car with a broke down engine and then the new/USED ENGINE STILL HAS THE ENGINE LIGHT ON They claim that they’re fixing your vehicle and never do it they reset your battery in order to get rid of engine lights they are horrible overall and I wouldn’t even give them one star I would honestly give them a zero! Worst experience I ever had vine the car in my whole 30 years of living!!

I would not ever buy another vehicle from this guy. I purchased a Harley and when it came time for inspection needed new tire he honored it and had it replaced. Ok so I got it home and never registered it cause it was December. Now its July and had to move it to our new home well when we had it in idle it smoked and clattered like it was ready to blow up. I called Dave and he said it ha no warranty and that theres nothing he could do and it about it so nonchalantly. Only to find paperwork that says there was and this bike has only 13,000 miles on it. I believe as state on the back of paperwork that the lemon law applies.

If you need a car run from this place! I would give them a zero if i could! I purchased a saturn station wagon a little over a year ago. While having my car it was more in the shop then out.I was always taking it back for the same things.Finally the engine went! The service department told me they put another engine in.Well guess what less then. 8 months since they put in another engine they say they did anyways.My car is at another shop, because my warranty ran out at Hoffmans and they told me my engine was gone!!!! Never buy from them again!!! If you were smart you wouldn t either.Now this car is going to be repossed!!! Smh! To the owner for your response! I wouldnt of had to reposess If you guys fixed the engine right the first time and second of all less then 8 months ago your service saidwe put a newer engine in! Then yesterday towed to another shop and they tell me the engines gone! Really???

Clearly the information and Communication Has not been brought to your attention or you just don’t really care as much. Because had it been ALL the times I’ve called and ask to speak to the owners and the messages I left I should have heard back from you or someone with some type of authority and not been given the runaround. I am not here to bash anyone first and foremost but the experience I’ve had has been a nightmare to never forget. Yet and still I ’ve really tried to give this place a chance I really have. The issues I’ve had with my truck has not been fixed as they calmed it was. I dropped my truck off and I wasn’t notified when it was ready when I called I was told they were closing yet I’m on the other side of town. I Pick my car up still no jack was put inside which I was told it has been ordered a while ago and would be put in truck after was serviced. The other day my truck started smoking I called I was to have it towed to you which it might have not been fixed by the time I was to leave to go home mind you I live an hour away. So I had to reschedule due to this being My only source of transportation. This will be the last time I purchase anything from here. I was stopped by someone and told good luck with this place. Mind you my first review I was ask to take it down and give you a chance which was understandable and not to mention a joke. I get it this is a business and can get busy but for me to be lied to about anything being fixed on my vehicle Is unacceptable I have three children which ride in this car and it needs to be safe for them and myself. I am to drop vehicle off Friday for this smoking issue let’s hope it gets resolved . God Bless.

I went to the dealer because the ac control switch was broken and was quoted $1,200.00 for the repair. It was an old car so I went a whole summer without ac. I went to Hoffman’s and somehow he found a used part and fixed it for $200.00, and three years later the ac is going strong. I wish I found Hoffman’s earlier. Great mechanics and reasonable!!
